Their products are of a decent quality for what you pay. The problem is customer service. If an item in your order is missing they will just say you got it or check with delivery ccompany. I tried returning an item for refund they had no problem with me sending package back except they claim to have never received it. So don't ever claim something is missing or dare return anything. They don't believe it's missing or that you sent it back.
I sent two dresses and I only got refunded for one. There is no customer service. No one will help you.

I was going to order a few items from this company today. I clicked on the T-shirt's and first image I got was a guy modelling a womans T-shirt. Won't be ordering from here again.
Issue
#1. You do not know what type of material you are getting. Alot of this stuff is cheap, thin, polyester type fabric.
#2. What you see and what you get, may not be the same. Colors are off. Workmanship is bad in some cases, or material makes the item look bad.
#3 Return requirement is a joke. I started a returned, then was expected to take a picture of everything I was returning. In total I purchased 22 items and had to return 13 items. I did the return as I was on my way out of the door only to discover that lame requirement. I did not have time to take pictures, missed the deadline to return, and now am stuck with pure crap!
#4. The items that were acceptable, were actually nice. Since over 50% of the stuff is unacceptable, I would not recommend.
#5. Shipping was fast.

Some clothes are pretty great to me and some just fail miserably. Jeans especially the high stretch jeans are my absolute favorite. Everything else is just to see. I've had a few tops that faded completely after a couple of washes and had little hair clips just fall apart. Just remember it's cheaper.

The product always looks like the picture expt sometimes the texture isn't made clear so you don't know what you're getting fabric wise but most the time its nice.

I shopped with shein for 2yrs.Never had a problem.
I ordered 12 items from Shein May 17th,23.In that order of the four items that were missing from the 12 were three ear light cleaners and a summer dress that I picked out for my Aunty's wedding next week.When I recieved the package I was so excited to get my dress and try it on I could barley contain myself walking back to my apt.I opened the outer bag and what do I find on the inside is a bag that's been ripped open and then retaped with yellow tape with chinese writing on it.I just felt sick.I submitted a ticket told them exactly what happened.Said wait for a reply within 24hrs.I looked today...It said SOLVED.! Nothing missing in your order.Okay if that is the way you treat your customers then I will not now or in the future as a Canadian represent your store.I read so many reviews on here of people saying their order had missing items.

I have spent hundreds of dollars from Shein. I purchased a pair of sandals for $30 and wore them twice. The whole sole came unglued. I contacted Shein's customer service and was told that they could not be returned because the were "used". A $30 pair of shoes should not break within 2 times of wearing them.

I spent thousands on Shein but have stopped due to their terrible customer service. And problems with ordering. Several orders were 'stuck in processing' due to computer and technical errors their end. Then we cannot talk to any customer service about the ordering problems, refunds etc. They give you a ticket then do not understand the problem. They just say 'items are out of stock', They don't know their own website. A customer cannot order items that are out of stock. It's computer problems they are too lazy to address. I cannot trust ordering from their online shop, as I can not be sure I will receive the order due to their terrible customer service and not resolving ordering problems. I cannot b3 assured of a refund as I cannot speak with anyone. And they don't seem to know what I am saying when a problem arises. Customer service is ruining Shein as they do not value their customers. I will try their competitors now as they do not try and resolve any problems. And the clothes are cheaply made.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
