It's actually OK site if you wanna buy cheap clothings for cheap price. But remember they offer very very cheap customer care almost none and didn't tell the customers about extra custom charges in some cases. I had to pay over $60 for custom clearance which is totally not worth for the clothes I bought from shein. They told me they will reimburse half of it and now they are saying they need to INVESTIGATE very very rude
I have been waiting since April 24th for my refund. They got the dresses back untouched and they received all 3 dresses and yet I'm still waiting almost 2 months for my refund.

I would not recommend this site. I ordered items received only half order. I attempted to contact online everything seems automated. No live person. Now I can't seem to get a refund for what I paid for and didn't receive.

My order got held because supposedly wrong address... (same address thatvi received partial shipment from the same order... went to the post office and they told me they send back my clothes... no answer after that. I ordered something for Father's Day and it was marked delivered but I didn't receive it. So I emailed them to let them know I didn't receive my package. They emailed me back a receipt saying it was delivered and that was that now I'm out of 40.00 dollars

I ordered 5 tops, 2 were to be cotton, one was. 2 were to have embroidery, one was the other was printed on and nylon material. The others were okay, but not great polyester. I ordered an extra size up, glad I did otherwise not all would have fit. All were loose styles.

I ordered $200.CAD in items the delivery guy put my package in the lobby on the floor.the mail room is in the lobby but it's all one open space I got an email the next day the package was delivered so I checked my door camera.nothing I contacted shein this was since April 14th they refuse to resend my order or my money.their is no one to talk to but a robot.so if your package is misplaced you don't get no refunds from these people which is ridiculous its the courier fault my package was stolen he was lazy and did not bring it to my door.or put my package in a secure space.I'm a single mother of 6.it's not right.don't trust shein

I have shopped Shein for years and placed a recent order. I returned a few items and requested store credit so that I can get the correct size in the items. There was a balance of $12.47 that a paid through PayPal. I later received an e-mail from shein requesting that I send them copies of my banking payment information. I sent it, and they didn't accept. I canceled the transaction and they only refunded my $12.47 but kept the $68 credit I had. They DID NOT refund it. AND you can't reach them! Well I am done shopping with them. BE CAREFUL

I bought some pants and the shipping company Ontrac they use keep sending me text message requesting a code for the gated community. I don't leave in a gated community and there is not code needed.
There is no way to contact the shipping company. There is not phone number.
I tried contacting Shein and it is the same thing. Not phone number and it is a machine responding on the live chat. IT IS SOOOO FRUSTRATED. Never again.

I tried to buy a gift card online. It was impossible to enter a shipping address and a billing address. It doesn't make sense that both address are the same for a gift card. I changed everything to my address (billing) so I could use a credit card. After several tries 2 credit cards were rejected. Very bad app when trying to use a credit card when shipping address is not the billing address.

The website doubled some of the items so i was charged twice on some of them and you can't get ahold of a real person. I've had multiple issues with delivery. Whether it's returning items or obtaining them. Never trust their delivery date and always, ALWAYS track your returns. Sometimes your items are still in a warehouse and never get sent out or returned. If they would become more reliable in delivery, I would order more from them than Amazon.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
