They have the worst Customer Service ever. I shop with Shein Constantly until now never again. I ordered my grandchildren over 200 worth of clothes. I received a notification from DHL they were delivered. THEY WERE NOT at least not to me. I put in an order on February 14 2023. Did not receive my order even though they sent me a message that it was delivered. There is always someone home. Mostly my two granddaughters that do their home schooling at the table overlooking my front door. No package arrived besides I have ring doorbell that takes videos when someone comes to the door.
I contacted SHEIN on march 21 providing them with a picture of my door bell and my address number. They said they would prepare another order and send it to me. Here it is 3 months later June 21st still waiting and still hav not received anything! I checked my account and there is no mention of my order or any kind of delivery date.
What gives? Is this a real company or a scam?
I ordered a golf club on 5 June 2023 and tracked delivery. Tracking showed the item delivered on 18 June. I have not received the item and my emails seeking information remain unanswered. My advice would be, do not order anything from this company.

I ordered a packed of a couple item. One being a rhinestone skirt, I actually received everything BUT that skirt. I made a ticket with their automated customer service and they say these delivered it. It indeed has NOT been delivered and I do not have it. The package arrive torn. I shouldn't need to bare the loss of a missing item. They have no real customer service too, so I cannot receive a refund on the item I never received. For the reason of horrible customer service I will not shop at SHEIN again and I highly recommend others not to shop at SHEIN unless you want to risk paying for nothing. It is the principle not just the money, it is a disgusting feeling to feel scammed and that is on SHEIN.

I've order 17 times in the past 2 years and it's the first time that I'm missing 11 items. I contacted the app and all social media and the answer is the same "you are not missing any items, we checked!".
How can I prove myself? I told them if they have a video proving that all my items were put in my package. They also theaten that if I continue it will affect my credit score of the account! Why should I care about that? I want my items or my money back!

I ordered three pairs of jeans from this site. They arrived quickly and the jeans were of decent quality. The sizing was off for all three pair disappointingly. I'd have to get them altered to fit how I like.

Ordered Women's Medium size, on receipt it shows US size 6.6 is NOT Medium but small. The merchandise looked like baby wear. Quality is very poor as well. Learned my lesson NEVER will use SHEIN agiain

Dreadful my cart with 23 small items cost €60 but the cost with shipping and total cost is over €130 euros which mean it's costing more than my cart to deliver them it's grand seeing small price tags people but don't be fooled by shipping costs

PROBLEM #1. SPEEDX the delivery "company" SHEIN uses is the most incompetent careless service ever! I don't understand why SHEIN uses then KNOWING they are a mess! They do not deliver your package properly instead DUMP your PAID MERCHANDISE in the lobby and of course it goes missing! SHEIN does not want to take accountability for this PROBLEM neither does SPEEDX! So ee as customers lose our money!
PROBLEM #2. When contacting customer service 9 out of 10 you get a who wants to talk to a robot?! If you're lucky to get an agent and you explain this, they are not able to make any decisions even if you're 100% right so they forward your complaint to a robot that does nothing either (in the case of the incorrect delivery thus stolen package SHEIN says that it is the carriers responsibility but the carrier is not taking responsibility for it!) I believe it is SHEIN'S duty to correct mistakes! They are accountable! They are passing the bucket! Instead the carrier says to check Security in the building suppose building doesn't have security why can't they just call the customer to advise of package arriving or just knock on the door what is the problem if they feel uncomfortable knocking on customers doors then they shouldn't have this job! They should NEVER leave customers PAID MERCHANDISE to get lost!
These are the two Big problems I've encountered with SHEIN. I happen to like their products but if they can't get their delivery process together where we actually receive our merchandise I'm going to have to stop ordering from them.

SheIn can have EXCELLENT deals on different non-clothes items and I've gotten awesome stuff from here...Regarding clothes, a luxury lingerie item I got fits me great! But like 50% of the time I have to be careful buying clothes here. I am trying to teach myself what materials are see-thru because this website will NOT tell you that 50% (I swear it is 50% or more than that) of their clothes are see through. I think I've figured out that Polyester = see through...
So many clothes I've ordered just to be disappointed. Some are perfect! But so many are see through (usually that is the problem if there is a problem).
Shoes have arrived too small for what I have been the past several years.
I did like a pair of sneaker shoes I ordered from SheIn when I ordered up a size...they were stolen from me. I got cool glow-in-the-dark shoelaces from SheIn that I used on those shoes. It was awesome, but yeah they were stolen after a short amount of time.

On May 16th I ordered these products and everything started out smoothly. I had ordered previously from this company and was pleased with their products and shipping. However, this particular order came a day after graduation day which was June 3rd for my daughter and we had been planning to use them for her graduation party but they ended up coming late. The quality of the shipping was okay but we were not pleased with how it was packaged or how late it came. Please take this into consideration when you order from this company.

I received an email notification saying that the shipment has been delivered. It has been more than 10 days still I have not received anything. I've tried to contact customer service and their shipping company the kast 10 days. No one has respond and it's impossible to try to get a hold of anyone. I gave it two stars because I have had about 2 shipments that came through and the price were good. This last order, I got charged for something that I never received. I can't seem to get my money back. I don't recommend this company because you can't contact customer service if something goes wrong.

My hair started falling out after wearing jewellery and clothes purchased from SHEIN. I tested all my SHEIN jewellery and found almost every piece had lead in it. Due to this, I decided to test all of my SHEIN products (clothes, hats and shoes) and found that quite a few items came back with a positive result for lead as well. I did the same tests on jewellery, clothes and shoes that I have bought from other stores and there were no positive results, so it's not an issue of false positives with the test. SHEIN told me I'd have to pay for additional testing in an official laboratory (which would cost me up to $1,500). They wouldn't allow me to return the items with lead in them and took no responsibility for the problem, instead saying that they already test all of their products and none of them have lead in them (which obviously isn't true given the number of items I found that contained it). A quick google search found that this is not a random case and there have been other SHEIN products which were independently tested and found to contain lead and other dangerous chemicals (PFAS and phthalates), even in baby clothes.
Please do your research on this company before buying anything from them. At the end of the day, nothing is worth compromising your health for, and SHEIN won't help you if you do find issues with their products. Their practices are bad for the environment as well as for people and it could harm your health in the long run. I never would have bought anything from SHEIN if I'd known this beforehand. I would highly recommend avoiding this store.

My first time purchasing from Shein and quite a few items had this awful stink. It took forever to get in touch with customer service. Only to find that we are going to just return the items. I am hesitant to purchase again. Since 2 of the stinky items were for a holiday and the other for an event. I am SOL and have to find something for these occasions locally. I get that I could wash them and hopefully the smell goes away. My concern was that the items are made so cheap that 1 wash could cause damage and I wouldnt be able to return them.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
