AVOID SHEIN - I sent a return they are claiming not to have recieved when I sent it 1st class royal mail tracked and can prove they have recieved it. They are absolute liars and refuse to refund you. I am having to claim the money back via my bank and take further action. Shein are refusing to provide their legal team contact details and head office details.
There is no contact details for customer services only facebook chat and everytime you write a message someone different replies.

I have done as Shein said and you just go round in circles and don't get to speak to an agent just a robot. Absolute waste of time
I hate even giving one star this company is a totally fraudulent and scamming and I know I'm not the the only one that is getting scammed this way they tell you the package of delivered when it's not I live in Washington they say it's in Nevada being delivered they are unable to give a refund or cancel the order and it's only automated bot no live agent which they say they do have but they don't they never have a lot of agent available it's a 50/50 chance you will ever get your stuff this will be the last time I deal with this company I have given them chance after chance and that somehow they always screw it up or send it to the wrong address it's not even worth the time patience money that you're going to lose with their bogus Logistics

Package didn't arrive. Shein didn't refund me, instead told me to contact speed X. Speed X said they delivered my package and they didn't. Don't think ill be ordering from shein again after this experience and also all the recent media updates.

I have a very bad experience on my first order from shein. I have 5 items checked out and none of it are usefull.
Hair blow dryer is cracked
3 clothes thats too large for me even i followed the size guide
And a portable vaccum that used once and not working at all even after 1hr of charge
I returned the blow dryer and it didn't reflect on my wallet. Too bad

When I made the order this product was availlable for purchase. It is not all right to pay in advanced for a product that does not exist, it didnt even say that it was low stock, so again not right. The excusses are not helping me. My oreder wasnt sent for a week due to this fact and no one bodered to contact me about, until I decided to open the dispute. Unfortunetly this kind of things makes me very disapointed in buying again ore trust Shein.

They are trusted, and ship out their packages in 12 days. Never had a single problem with them at all.
Apparently they pay workers extremely bad, and they copy other sewer's things. I never shopped here, I never will. Just shop at Walmart. I'm not saying this is actually true, I heard it.
I have always believed in the old saying, "You get what you pay for," but with Shein, you may not even get that much. I have had several disappointing experiences with the brand and, while I initially wrote them off as isolated incidents, a pattern has become clear.
Let's start with the clothes. The quality is often subpar, if not downright poor. Fabrics feel thin and cheap, they fray after only a few wears, and the fits are inconsistent at best. My first order included a range of sizes, expecting some differences, but what I received was almost comical in its inconsistency. A 'Medium' in one style could have been a 'Large' in another, and an 'Extra Small' in yet another.
Moreover, Shein's photography and descriptions are deceptive. I've bought items that looked stunning online only to be let down when I saw them in person. The colors, fabric quality, and detailing are often quite different from the images you see on the site. I've had several instances of receiving items that bore little resemblance to their online counterparts, with colors and patterns that are less vibrant and fabric quality that's nothing short of disappointing.
Customer service is another issue. My attempts to rectify situations have often been met with sluggish responses and complex return policies. While the site touts easy returns, in reality, the process is anything but smooth. On more than one occasion, I have been left feeling frustrated and unheard, which is unacceptable from any consumer standpoint.
Lastly, I have major concerns about Shein's fast-fashion business model. It's not just about receiving low-quality items; it's also about what the business represents. Fast fashion has significant negative impacts on the environment and often exploits workers in low-wage countries. It's clear that Shein's affordability comes at a cost that's borne by our environment and people who make the clothes.
In conclusion, Shein may be suitable for some one-time wear or disposable fashion options, but if you're seeking quality, reliable sizing, responsible manufacturing, and customer service that values your time and money, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I, for one, will no longer be giving my business to Shein, and I would urge others to consider the real cost of fast, cheap fashion.
First-time I'm using Shein and I bought 19 products and all of them arrived at the same time in the same bag, within 2 weeks. I am beyond impressed by the cheap prices and some of the stuff is actually good stuff. I wish I didn't start to shop at Shein, now I feel this has turned me into a Shein addict LOL. So yeah, I recommend Shein 100%
I have tried numerous times to contact your company through twitter, instagram, facebook, 3 different emails and the chat bot but I haven't been able to get through to anyone and I am beyond angry at this point.
I sent my return on May 10th and have heard nothing regarding my refund. Evri say it is you who is responsible for my refund still and I want this money back, they have confirmed in an email to me that your driver picked it up on May 15th.
All you reply with on social media is generic 'we will look into this'.

The item came with a dirty, used tong. I got my package the next day and thought that was a bit odd. Upon opening it, a disgusting used thong fell out. Not only this, but the dress was filthy. It seems as if Shein sent used clothes without proper quality control. I contacted customer service without much response from the team or a proper apology girl, be careful, as returned items are sent without washing to save money.

I wish I I could leave no stars. Shein scammed me out of money for an item I paid for and never received. Refused to send me missing item in the mail ( which is obviously, highly illegal and known as retail theft.) If you look at the lowest reviews on here and on similar websites, many people had the same issue and many others had never received their whole order whatsoever. I will definitely being posting this comment on other review websites for Shein. Don't appreciate getting scammed out of money that I work hard for, and I'm pretty sure the hundreds of other people who wrote similar reviews about missing items/orders didn't either.

Disgusting the amount of plastic packaging. Every item had individual plastic packaging. One bag would have done it. How can they claim they are sustainable.
I've been shopping at shein for a long time now recently I've been noticing there car price and their checkout price has a huge difference and then I start investigating on it and I see that they show you one price and then they put full price on it and then they give you the discount. So eventually you get nothing discount and I've been trying to fix that with the customer service but unfortunately they stick to with their false advertisement and marketing. I'm not Happy at all... I will do shopping with them. Maybe 1's every 6 months instead of twice a month. I'm very disappointed the way they took care of the situation. When I showed them the evidence yet their stick to with their false calculation. If my card is showing I have $155 worth of clothes for 10 item. I should get my discount on top of 155. Not what they're saying 207 we're back 207 came from. I even don't know so they need to fix their pricing. They need to show the proper pricing and people are okay with that price. They can go ahead and pay for it. It should not show them one price and then charge them another

Placed an order - waited over 30 days and finally the tracking number stated that the order was delivered. NOT! NEVER RECEIVED! Contacted them to request a duplicate shipment or a refund - it's not even been 24 hours - and I've had to deal with 2 different people. One person said they would send a duplicate order that I would be required to sign for OR they would issue a refund. Then I get another e-mail from someone else saying that the 'world-renowned website' - which is a total joke because if you check 368 Global Tracking you find the most horrible reviews ever - indicated the order was signed for. I've asked for proof that the package was signed for - they totally ignore that request and then claim that I provided them with the wrong shipping addresss. WHAT? It's like roulette - spin the wheel and let's see what kind of lame pathetic excuse we can give this time. They say they'll give me a 60% refund ---- NOT ACCEPTABLE! On my order there was a charge for shipping insurance paid for by ME - so now there's no insurance? This place is total RIP-OFF ---- now watch, they'll reply with their "BOT" message from Molly, that I should contact customer service. WHATEVER!

I gave a 1 star review for 4 items When I go online to look? They've changed it to 5 stars. This company is probably using child labour to have such inexpensive products and they quality of the product is terrible. Do not waste your money. Pay more and bypass the return agony.

As usual very satisfied with the items I purchase on SHEIN. I have been ordering products from this website since a while ago and always happy with the products. However the last time I made an order, I was quite surprised that my order was going to be deliver with a different carrier called "fast horse" since the first time I made an order with SHEIN my orders have been delivered with the Australian post office, which is a reliable carrier and if no one is home they take it to the nearest post office to be collected from. This carrier "fast horse" literally left my order outside of my building, I was lucky enough to be able to leave work when I got the notification and run to collect it. Otherwise I don't what would've happened with my order anyone could've take it or steal it. I'm very disappointed with the carrier as they also broke one of my items.
SHEIN please look into it. I'm not comfortable buying on SHEIN again if they are going to use this delivery company. And it's a big shame because I'm always happy with the products that SHEIN sells.

They don't have a phone number to call. They want to charge you to speak to someone on line. They also want to charge you in order to reimburse you for lost or stolen package. I've been struggling trying to get my money back. They are not reliable and the cardio they use sucks. They left my package outside the building by the door, didn't notify me and it was stolen. Don't buy from Shein!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
