Shein does not deserve one star but I had to give a star for the review. I purchased two dresses from that dump Shein. Both dresses were a 0XL (12) both items looked too big especially one of the dresses. One of the dresses looked like a 5XL. I looked up customer service number of course there is not one. I had to message on Facebook which did not help they took forever to answer. When someone chat with me he said he was going to send me a text for my PayPal account so I can give him the code so I refused. He told me my issue had to be transferred to someone but that never happened. Beware of this company they don't have any way to include customer service into their business. Some of the clothes look so cheap and made with cheap materials. You're better off going into a store or order from a legit company that can provide some type of customer service.
First off, sizes are incredibly small. The "Extra Large" men's t-shirts I ordered are barely "medium" size and shrink a lot in the wash. Returns are next to impossible. Avoid completely.

I shop at Shein for a while because the prices are still lower than in stores. Not affordable for me there. The quality of Shein products is low. Clothing after first wash are not wearable, especially made of viscose, rayon or cotton. They shrink about two sizes down. Polyester is mostly like plastic. Also sewing is terrible. Almost every piece has to be redone. The prices are going up and quality down. Not easy to deal with customer service.

I love shopping in Shein. So many different things I can afford especially when they have afterpay b klarna to help with payments. Ordered a lot from Shein and never disappointed until they sent me the wrong shoes I kept emailing them they sent the wrong shoes no replied and when I went back to shein customer service, it didn't work. How? The black ones are the shoes I ordered, the heels were the ones I got. I needed to switch not refund. I'm so mad at Shein now.

The process of returning money is very difficult in this application and is not understood and does not respect people and their money... Not happy as a 1st time customer and seems like my last! No where can I speak to anyone and they won't return emails either. Horrible, horrible customer service.
I paid for faster shipping and was charged almost $30 but no only is it coming at regular time but I cant seem to get my money back as I cant speak to anyone. I want a full refund at this point! Worst service ever! I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE!

I tried Shein a couple of years ago and had trouble returning items I didn't want due to Shein could not be contacted for a return mailing label. Two years later, I thought I'd give them another try. I ordered 6 items, three I keep, 3 I want to return. I went to the website, it shows they gave me a full refund for the 3 items, however I cannot get in touch with them for a return mailing label. I DO NOT want these 3 items--what am I going to do with items that don't fit me? As of this date, I have approximately 8 days to return these items. Customer Service is useless as it's simply an automated answer device based on their choice of questions. DO NOT SHOP AT SHEIN!

Worst customer service since there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No email and the phone number listed online is not valid, after 10 times saying to connect me with the agent, live agent, support, representative etc, the stupid bot in the chat never connects me.
How come this company still survives without customer support? I do not get it? This is so unclear...if so, you should not send orders in multiple packages so they can be returned for free altogether. The Pictures are Deceiving. These clothes are thin, ugly, and cheap looking. I was so excited like a kid on Christmas until I opened my package. Very Disappointed.

I ordered and received my items but they were too small so I returned for a credit. I got an email stating it was successful but it doesn't show up in my account on Sheins' website. I have tried their support and its a robot that won't get you to a person and doesn't answer any questions just links FAQ pages. Facebook Msgr response took an hour and said it would get me to a person but that's not true either. Also just said "we show your return went through" I tried ig Msgr, no response yet. No number is even available to call. The one I could find online doesnt ring, just a busy signal.

Do not trust this company. They spam all over instagram and all the good reviews are allegedly fake. I've heard of customers not receiving goods, there's no customer service. Avoid like the plague.

I've bought $200 worth of things and they returned it because nobody was home at the time. I have been trying for days to try to get my orders reshipped but there is no human-reach contact. Also the email which they had sent to me regarding the return had a dud link so even if I wanted to I cannot cancel or reship the orders.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
