Have now made 2 returns in May and have not received any refund - you cannot get in touch with anyone and the site takes you round in circles - you do not get anywhere - disgraceful that returns have not been refunded - will never use again
I sent an order on July 5,2023 for 3 blouses.
I only received 2 of the blouses.
I tried sending an inquiry about the missing blouse but it is almost impossible to submit a complaint or to request a refund. I won't be buying anything else from Shein.

This is sooo stupid my friend was playing the game we're you get coins to make points wich gives you the chance to get 100 dollars for shein she got to 99 points and started to send it to others so she could get points but then it stated giving her 0.01 or 0.02 it's soooo stupid it says that they'll give you points but then doesn't even give points and starts to give less the 1 and less the half of 1 sooo rigged
Placed two orders. Two of 15 items missing parts and broke. Customer service is awful! One item $1.78 other $6.87. I liked desk pen holder. Really like to have. Missing part to use as intended. Shein offered no way to replace or refund. Said have to go thru seller! They sold it!

Do not ever order from these people. I'll order two swimsuits in June and I still do not have them and now they're saying they're delivered after I complain, so you'll never get your item it's a fraudulent company. With a fraudulent tracking system. Shein Clearance Center is the one don't order from. Fraud they take your money, never get item. They steal your money and will not refund it. Don't order from them. They won't refund the money either.

I bought a total of 19 items from Shein. On June 28,2023, my things were returned (12 items), and proof was sent to Shein. Upon return, Shein's website showed items were received, etc. They said 1 of the 12 items was not refundable, so only 11 of my things should have been refunded. As of a month today, they are now telling me items returns were not received at the warehouse. From the photos, items were received, and they refused to refund me my money. I have created chat after chat, and all the representatives do is say they are investigating concerns and nothing has been done. They cannot assist me, and you can't communicate with a human. I do not recommend ordering from Shein because they scam you.

I had to select 1 star but should be no star. I waited for my product over 1 month. Got the tracking number it showed delivery. But not received I have been in contact with them for over 2 months wanting my money back. I keep getting the same response from different people with odd names to wait it takes time. 2 months is too long. No one understands that this is my money and I have to pay my credit card interest. Maybe this review will get it going

I have a fantastic body. But on my body also shein's cloths look pathetic.Their fit and fabric is horrible. In pictures the garments look fab.but in reality they are pathetic!

I've been waiting for my doorbell placed order on July 7th I placed a few small things in between no problem! Now there's a problem because I'm suppose to contact the seller well guess what they're in China. Either its still coming which could take up to 12wks maybe I've been ripped off either way. My experience with this company has not been positive and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! I wanted this doorbell to provide some kinda security for my family but not 3 mos from now & I want to order 1 from Amazon but I may still get this one this company has put me in a precarious position and it's very wrong good luck

I have ordered a lot from Shein. I have had an issue with trying to update to my new email ever since my old one was compromised. Apparently you need to have your old email to update to your new one. I tried explaining that I have no access to my old email and the answer I received is that I would have to create a new account.
Another thing I have noticed, which I had never checked before is that the taxes that were paid with the order are not included in the refunds.
Am I missing something here?

There is no way to return items that do not fit. Their policy is disingenuous at best. Their web page makes it virtually impossible to get answers to your questions and puts you in a loop which is very frustrating. The quality of clothing is not great especially when they send the incorrect size. I would NOT recommend this company.

I ordered over $200 worth of clothing from SHEIN over 2 months ago. I still haven't received my order. I've contacted support only to receive auto generated messages and emails saying I would get 20% off my order and that they would prioritize my order which has still yet to happen! I didn't receive my partial refund or my order which says it was delivered. If I don't hear anything or receive my order soon I will be disputing the transaction with my BANK! I'm not playing about my money!

First time interacting with this company because I was skeptical but went ahead and placed order on 7/11/23. Received confirmation email but no other correspondences since. Sent several emails and calls but customer service phone is always busy and never received a response from email that was sent. Tracking number stated package was stuck in LA transit on 7/24/23 but today no information was found while trying to track. Shein chatline also stated there was an issue with transit but not a single update and now the website states no tracking information found. Overall disappointed and will never order nor will I refer anyone to order from Shein in the future.

If I could leave a zero rating I would. Ordered an item several months ago. They said I received it approximately eight weeks later. There was no parcel delivered. Was given the option to get my money back or have them resend. Asked them to resend. Waited eight more weeks before inquiring. They sent me an email saying it was received four days prior. I have not received the article. I never received a tracking number or report of delivery. Now I want a full refund and they are only offering 60%. Totally unacceptable!
When I stated both times that I hadn't received the article they told me to check with my neighbours. I live in the country and do not have close neighbours. There is no way the shipping company would send to an incorrect address

Well Shein did send my order yesterday. It was in a torn up wet box. I will never trust Shein again. I am done with them.

I placed an order. SHEIN contacted me and said it was canceled and to re-order if I still wanted the items. I re-ordered the items. Then SHEIN sent me both shipments, charging me twice for them. When I asked why they sent me the order they canceled, they gave me a tracking link. When I said I want to return the duplicate shipment, they said they could not take the items back. (Even though they are all *still* in the original sealed package it came in.) I am trying to get my payment processor to refund me my money because SHEIN refuses. I will never shop there again but if you decide to order from them, make sure they don't pull this on you! Their items are very inexpensive for a reason and I'll leave it at that.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Answer: Whatever you do, don't order anything from this site. The shipping took 3 weeks, even after I had paid for express shipping. Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
