I just bought a home for myself February 28,2023 as a new home owner y'all know money can get tight with unexpected repairs and expenses. I placed a 75 dollar order with this company for cleaning supplies buckets sponges kitchen towels. They never shipped my items yet took my payment. I disputed payment come May no shipment, June no shipment July no shipment now it's August and they are saying unless I take the dispute off they won't refund me! They know I didn't get the items but still won't refund me that's straight up STEALING!
The title says it all. I have never done business with this company. I've never visited their site. I've never even HEARD of them before the charge showed up on my card! Don't walk, RUN from this company.

Customer service is nonexistent! If anything goes wrong with your order, you'll never be able to talk to a real person! So there's absolutely no hope that your problem ever be solved! It's such a shame because I really like Shein's products!

I ordered and paid online
It took 10 days to receive the first call that item will be delivered and waited till now I haven't received anything yet in the app it shows delivered. It's really annoying to wait for that long and and order becomes a gambling game yet it cost plenty of money. Imagine the service is extremely slow and am kind of disappointed

The first time I ordered some items from shein and didn't satisfied with the quality and I had to return some of them but unfortunately I tried more than ten times by the time I submitted my return only one item showed for return and they sent me the return label for only one item so to me this is a cheating because they promoted that free shipping if you sending everything in one time but it's not true they made the return system the that you couldn't do what ever you want to return the same time I'm very disappointed with their return policy and cheating with customer please don't trust them so disappointed there is no phone number to contact them and tell them the issue I have to tell my friend and family to not shop from shein. The items that I want to return was poor quality and they did not let me do the return under one order only sent me label for the last item that was in my return list and they ignored the rest of it.

What is the point of the flip game, there is no chance of getting the £20 or £30 credit. They give you enough diamonds to get vouchers for £15 off £100 spent or 1p in credit WOW.
Also I ordered a blazer and shorts and no word of a lie they were stinking like a sushi bar. And they creases were something else, how do they think this is acceptable to deliver to a customer. On complaining though I was offered a whole, massive, humongous 50 points off. Very bad customer service

SPEEDX SAID THEY DELIVERED, and they DID NOT. AFTER having hard time contacting SHEIN and SPEEDX, THEY finally said they refunded my account. LOOK into my account no refund from SHEIN. THEY ARE TOTAL THE WORSE AND I have done a police report and will take this to the news.LIARS. I HAVE BEEN a GREAT CUSTOMER And this is how they treat me. So disappointed. I recommend no one buys from them. THey are in a scam with SPEED.The police is on it.

Never received my package, no compensation or solution that was helpful enough to make up the fact i ordered 3 weeks before my vacation & still couldn't untie my 400$ order or delivery package in time before my trip. Worst experience ever.

I received the wrong item for this green dress. I need to return it for the correct one, but guess what? I am unable to select the green dress for return because it is marked as "non refundable". I get it, but It's the wrong item. Now trying to find a phone number to call customer service was awful. They don't offer one. Plus, the customer service chat is all automatic responses. It is my first and will be my last ordering from SHEIN!

Shein gives ZERO access to return and get a refund. I have tried to no end but they do not get back to you and did not refund me both times. BEWARE purchasing anything from Shein, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Shein is a scam.

I placed an order that was never received. Shein acknowledge this but claim their shipping company won't refund their costs. After dozens of emails all they've offered is a partial refund (60%) or I could pay another $15 & have the order resent!

Made an order and paid for the order and also got express shipping. Low and behold they canceled my order two days after I paid for it. The items I bought were back to school items for my son. I am beyond pissed because I never wanted my order to be canceled my son was looking forward to his order. They messaged me talking about they needed documents to verify my order. I sent the documents they wanted and after that they canceled my order. This is totally unacceptable and I will never use this site again.

I was told that my order was flagged for verification and asked if I would do all of the paperwork or cancel my order. Mind you I have spent over $1,000 in the last year with Shein and placed another order with the same debit card. Told my refund didn't process they want banking info, this was after they asked me to verify my email to send my refund via PayPal. So at this point they are keeping my money as they said the refund verification failed and if I want a refund try the process again, so they are trying to keep my money. I advise all costumers to beware and take your business elsewhere like Temu before the same happens to you. Do not say I didn't warn you.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
