I've ordered from SHEIN twice now. The second time my purchase was split into 2 separate packages. SHEIN uses UPS to deliver to USPS. Then USPS delivers to the house. The first 2 packages were marked delivered, but were actually never delivered until a day or two later. I have had this happen before with other packages marked delivered but not actually delivered. My 3rd package was again marked delivered, but had not arrived. I gave it a couple days thinking it would come, but never did. I reached out to USPS and all they could tell me was it was delivered because their GPS system shows the driver near my house. They then suggested file a claim, but since there was no insurance on the package I can't. I reached out to SHEIN, but no real customer service line and the CS bot isn't helpful. So, I filed a complaint via PayPal to get a resolution. SHEIN also said file a claim, BUT I CAN'T! Almost $90 down the drain! Never again!
I usually order from Shein pretty regularly (at least 1-2 orders a month), but this most recent order will be my last (after purchasing the remainder of the items off of my WishList {household items and accessories}). I placed an order on 8/12 for items that I would be wearing to conference on 8/25. When I placed this order, I was given an estimated delivery date of 8/19-/8/20, which would have been well in advance for the conference. I checked the status of the order regularly, for updates and never say a change. I reached out to customer service (chat) on 8/21, only to be told that I could either: 1) wait for the estimated delivery time (which still read as 8/19-8/20) which I was told was now 8/27, or 2) get a refund and wait even longer.
Horrible way to conduct business! Had I known that it would take an additional week, I would've order from somewhere else, or went and shopped locally. I am truly disappointed, and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I Returned 3 items (returnable) perfectly packed and got a refund only for 2 of them. Customer service doesn't exist and I never got an answer to any of the 5 messages I've sent during two recent orders.
Photos could not be added (I don't know why) so I describe

I have never received my order it's been over 2 months and there is now way to contact support centre as it's all robot. If it's this cheap it can not be good I thought when ordering but as they are such a big company I thought I will give it a go but wasted so much time and effort

Ordered some Impanema sandals not realising it was coming from Shein. They sent a pair of cheap sunglasses (clearly not my order) then refused to refund my purchase until I had returned the glasses at my own cost even though this was their error (deliberate no doubt). My options were, keep the glasses and pay for them and they work return half of my original purchase or return them for a refund. The cost of shipping then back was more than half of my purchase! So I am now stuck with no option to keep this pair of plastic junk in order to get any money back. Absolutely disgraceful! If you receive a wrong order do not acknowledge that you record anything or you will be in the same position. I believe this to be deliberately fraudulent.

Order 4 items and never received them. They use SpeedX for their delivery service and they sucks. They take pics of the package being delivered as proof and they had delivered it to the wrong place. There's no one to talk to at Shein or the delivery company, both of these companies suck. I won't ever order anything from this site again and SpeedX should close down

Shein is an absolute scam. I ordered as a first time customer and they didn't send me a return label that worked. It took WEEKS to reach someone and I had to Google "how to reach shein" because the online system doesn't connect you! They have no number, email, etc. It was THE WORST experience of my life. I do not complain or wrote reviews but I am appalled at how they scammed me out of hundreds of dollars. Do not buy from them!

My package I ordered on 8/3 has been lost since 8/5. It was to be delivered between 8/11-8/14 and USPS has yet to receive the package. There have been zero updates on my tracking information since 8/4. I attempted to contact their custom support and keep getting the same automated message that doesn't even correspond with my request. Icing on the cake is they advertise the option to submit a ticket to a customer support agent to chat live but when I tried I continued to get the same automated message as before. Tried to use the return items option and can't do that UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. I plan to report this to my bank. Never again. Do not order from shein if you need your items by a specific time, they DO NOT DELIVER ITEMS ON TIME AND DO NOT HAVE ANY REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT

I placed and order the first of July I still haven't received it this is now the 12th or 13th of August they said it was delivered it never was delivered they said that it was delivered at 1400 last Friday I went in there that 1330 minutes and they said it had not been delivered so I don't understand how it was delivered at $1400 hours I got msg at 1330 hours hadn't even arrived yet don't do business with this company because they are not reputable. Then they only want to refund half of my money I didn't send them half of the money to begin with I want all my money back don't do business with this company.

I didn't recieve an order that FedEx claims to not have. I'm not paying almost $150 for clothes every week! I buy clothes twice a year, and now I've just lost my money because SHEIN won't give me a refund. Their text line is the only customer service available and they keep telling me that shipping is gonna take longer, but it's says DELIVERED. I want my refund SHEIN

Really disappointed that my SHEIN order could not be delivered because the delivery company they used called UniUni could not find my house. Which I am a little surprised about because Amazon had no trouble finding my house. So I was told I would have to travel one hour each way to pick it up my SHEIN order. This defeats the purpose of ordering online if you have to go pick it up. The funny thing is I have seen the UniUni truck in my neighbourhood before so I know they deliver to the area I live. SHEIN did refund the money but just disappointed that my daughter did not get the item she really liked.

I bought a bunch of reproduction of oil paintings, but what I received was a printing on a fabric like canvas not a real canvas. All you are buying is simplely a picture not a reproduction of an oil painting. Please do not trust the rating, they are total lies. I rated the products as one star but the Shein automatically made it a 5 star. These are significantly deceptive people you should shop with extreme caution. I am returning everything they have sent. Now can't tell you how much of a lie is the return policy, not yet.

After seeing so many horrendous reviews, especially in this year, I'm disgusted but not surprised. Shein was always a crapshoot site but I did order from them before and didn't have the complications I'm having now. Things are beyond late, refunds aren't coming in on time on my card, their customer service is nonexistent and they are just all out fraudulent now. Once they switched to having different seller companies sell on their site, things are WAY more complicating and nothing is getting delivered, no service is being guided and I've decided to file a lawsuit against the company, while checking their entire background. Do NOT order from here.

I love shopping on shein. I'm big on affordable clothing. I, however, will no longer be shopping from shein because they use Ontrac shipping on all their US orders. Ontrac is notorious for losing packages. This is the second time out of probably 4 total orders that my package is lost/stolen because Ontrac didn't deliver my package to the correct address or didn't deliver it at all. Shein has made it right by giving me the "one time" refund, but i really was excited about the clothes. Until they use a different shipping company/carrier, I will be shopping elsewhere unfortunately.

I no longer buy at SHEIN, things get lost and no one answers, the shipping company leaves your things lying on the doors of the buildings and they get lost or stolen themselves, they don't even ring the bell for you to go downstairs to pick it up. Never recived my order, and the ticket is saying Solved. UPS notified me to let me know that Shein had been reinbursed and that Shein should be sending me a refund or placement items. I've recived NOTHING.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
