Okay so I follow the direction on the page to create an account and I invited 5 of my friends to join so that I can get the code right? But I didn't received anything so I messaged the people that work there and they said that it's going to take about 3-4 days to like process and stuff so just wait and I will get the code. But I've waited for 5 days and I still haven't received anything so I message them and they told me that I didn't do it right, I supposed to log in with my Facebook account and invite friends. Well I feel cheated, but I still really want to get so the code, so I did the friend thingy again. So I asked them if I have to wait for like 3-4 days to get the code, because I really need it and they were like " no you're going to get it right away". So I log into my Facebook account invites 5 more friends, and I still haven't received any code. Like wow, I'm so mad.

I've ordered clothing on Sheinside.com a few times. Every order has been shipped and arrived on time. The clothing was sealed and in good condition. The prices were very reasonable and I love their site's selection. The clothes I ordered fit well according to their size chart. I am incredibly happy with their service and their products.

There are many negative reviews about this company regarding clothes quality and customer service. I cannot comment on clothes quality as I cancelled my order so I never received my clothes. However, the customer service was actually quite good.

My order was cancelled and refunded within an appropriate amount of time (taking into account time differences) and I received emails from more than one employee confirming this.

I would have liked to have seen the quality of the clothing because they looked great online and the prices are amazing - however I could not afford to take that risk after having read the reviews of the poor refund policy and the poor quality of the clothes.

Overall though I was impressed with the customer service. If they can get their act together with regards return policy and clothing quality I would like to try them again in the future.

I was attracted to this clothing site because the clothes were cute and the prices were fantastic. I made my purchases with my PayPal account and not directly using my credit card which was a good idea cause you can dispute charges on PayPal.

After I paid, I logged on to my PayPal account to see if my transaction was correct and was surprised to find out that the company contact info is listed with an address and phone number in China. The website clearly list a California contact location. I immediately disputed my transaction on PayPal resolution center. Luckily, the company agreed to refund my money in a manner of a few days. I made sure I received my refund before posting.

I am reading all the negative reviews on this site and I can see everyone's frustration regarding delivery time and company's customer service. Well now you all know why this is happening. In addition, I noticed that for every negative review there are multiple positive FAKE reviews posted after to boost the stars again.

So be warned and learn from my experience. If you still want to purchase from this company make sure to use PayPal account so that you are protected. But if I were you, you are better of with a trusted US company name. Good luck!

Terrible terrible service, basically just thieves and liars. I ordered something well over a month ago and then had no response for a month. After multiple emails and a bad review on another site, they said they shipped it and gave me a bogus tracking number( http://www.17track.net/en/result/post.shtml?nums=RS*******NL). Additionally, they asked me to change my review on the other site. I'm reviewing them here as well to warn you to not spend money on this fraudulent company. Might sound like i'm full of bile and maybe i am, just want people to stay away

I ordered the grey Long Sleeve Striped High Low Sweater and a blue beaded gold chain necklace with earings. They came to me rather quickly and the sweater was a very good quality. I love the sweater and want to wear it as often as possible. I didn't have any problems with my order so I didn't have any need to contact customer service.

The sweater is very soft and comfortable. And the necklace and earings are very pretty and look nice to dress up my jeans and tee-shirts to wear into work. I look forward to ordering more stuff from this site in the future.

I ordered on 9/10/14, and my paypal account was charged the same day. I contacted the company, asking for an email with an order number and a tracking order, which I still have not received. The only reply was, "You have ordered popular items, would you please have patience?" A website should show when items are out of stock and reputable companies usually do not charge until the items ship. I would greatly appreciate they respond to my request for an order # and an estimated shipping date or to REFUND my paypal account immediately.

I placed a huge order yesterday ($500) and the payment went through on their website. I even got a payment confirmation email from them. Couple hours later, I got another email saying the payment wasn't successful and that I need to pay again. But when I checked my credit card history, it has definitely been charged for the amount. Reached out to their customer service (online chat) but the person barely speaks English and has not been responsive at all. If I don't receive an explanation from them today I am going to request a chargeback and stay the hell away from this place forever.

I usually never buy clothes online because of my size ( I'm plus size) as I worry that it wont fit. I made two orders from sheinside, and after i was already charged, and the money was already discounted, they sent me an email saying that the money WASN'T recieved. The online help service is terrible, nobody helped me and they keep saying me to wait a few days, but the transation to sheinside account was CONFIRMED in my bank account.
Terrible service, I am really angry about Sheinside, and hope they make something about this, otherwise i can say this is a robbery!

It has been over two weeks since I've made orders over $100. I have not received any updates on my orders and I checked my order status and now it says it's expired. I have no idea what that means and they haven't notified me or gave me a refund right away with an explanation. Do not trust this site. I ordered 3 items and never received them. When I spoke to costumer service they said my order never went through BUT they still charged my credit card. The costumer service agent asked for my credit card number to "check" the account(ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!). My bank said to stay away from websites like this and i will NEVER shop with them again!

I love sheinside. I buy from that store all the time. Ive bought dresses, jackets, and jewelry. I have been impressed everytime. So when I needed a new dress for a party, I came straight to sheinside. After perusing through everything. I chose a yellow black long sleeve bodycon floral dress. It was beautiful and on sale. I recieved it very quickly after ordering it and I recieved many compliments at the party.

I am a bit surprised by the negative reviews laid out here, but I had a decent experience with them. I love to order from here as they have an array of clothing, in different colours and with the latest trends. What more the price is reasonable. Recently I ordered a apricot sleeveless round neck floral print dress and the product was delivered on time and looked the same as the one I placed the order for. The material was great in quality and it looked very trendy. The fit was fine and I was happy with the feel of the product. The product came home in good packing and without any defects. I was glad I got it at a discounted price. My sister had ordered a couple of accessories prior as we and she was a happy customer.
