Since winter is right around the corner, I decided I needed to get a comfy/good looking sweater. I found the perfect cardigan on this site and ordered it. It was delivered quickly and once I received it I tried it on. It actually fit me very well. Usually I'm hesitant on buying clothes online, but I'm happy I decided to give it a try.

The cardigan is quality made, it's thick and super warm. This has been a great purchase and I look forward to coming to the site for clothes in the future.

I've been trying to track my order on some dodgy $#*! website that claims for the last week it has left Gunghzo and shipped to Melbourne which is odd because it claims to be an American site. Will be contacting PayPal as I did the payment with them to get my money back, THIS SITE IS DODGY.COM STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

Hi I just received a jacket from this store and i found it awesome. Its really meant for me. I can't believe that I have got so stylish jacket online. The price is very less as compared to others. I will recommend it to everyone.

Just don't buy there! It took 26 days for me to receive the items I've ordered. The customer service was absolutely useless. It was more or less the same answer... " As we are in a very busy time...". And even worse was my surprise when I opened the parcel! :( The quality is awful... I don't remember having seen anything that bad before even the jacket had a very weird smell...! If I have an advice for you it would be just "RUN AWAY"!

I had a pleasant experience with them. Was glad I found the perfect dress for my occasion here at a very reasonable price. Honestly I didn't know which one to pick, they have an array of clothing, in different colors and with the latest trends. I ended up buying more than I intended to. I ordered my cloths about 2 weeks ago and the order has been showing processing since and every time. Why isnt there a number you can call on the site. Besides this, sheinside online store is very inconvenient as they take so long to process cloths and this is seperate from the shipping time. I still till havent gotten a reply telling me if my order has been shipped. And i have never ordered from a store that tells you to take a picture of your iD but i understand this is for security check but you did requested for this after you had withdrawn the money which means you needed the money more than you even cared about a security check i just thought this was a bit sloppy and no other regular online store does this. As well i think they should work on faster shipping and processing and also find a way to communicate with their customers escpecialy because of the long time they take. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER!
And also some of your online attendant could get quite rude

In my opinion, Sheinside definitely receives a 10, indeed, a 10/10 for would not recommend.
It was my first time ordering from this store and from the positive feedback it gets on Youtube, I was really looking forward to it. I ordered a dress for a formal and since I was in a time crunch, I used express shipping in the hope that it would arrive on time. My formal was in 3 weeks and according to the shipping info, it would only take 2-5 days. The order unfortunately didn't even arrive on time and I ended up having to borrow a friend's dress. I bought 6 products so I understand if it took a little over 2-5 days, but it arrived in 43 days. I can't comprehend why the store would take THIS long, especially when all the items listed were 'in stock'.
The quality of the clothes were mediocre, but the fact that the price is cheap needs to be taken into consideration as well. I didn't mind the clothing quality but the thing that irked me the most was the size; they were ill-fitting. Aside from that, they look slightly different from the pictures on the site. Of course, it is expected that they shouldn't be identical but the products received looked slightly 'off'.
I honestly don't know what else to say except I will never be shopping at Sheinside again.

I didn't have any problem, and as the first time everything was as I expected.

I bought a couple of dresses and now a pair of shoes. I think it would be nice if they have an option to sell the hole outfit, I really love it when they tell u exactly what to wear.

Shipping was on time, and sizes correct which is one of the most important things when you buy online, so now I know I can trust them.

I ordered a long sleeve sweatshirt from sheinside.com, and was impressed with the price, delivery, and style. The "Homies" sweatshirt is a classic example of high quality fashion, and design with silk screening up front. I especially love the price, but the speed of delivery, was fast, and not at all expensive. I was expecting to pay a lot more for the sweatshirt, but when I saw the price, I ended up getting something else.

This is a good seller, with some serious discounts. If you're looking at saving money, getting the latest fashions, and are tired of the run around of retail, this is going to save your budget. I've already come back to purchase more stuff, as it's a real gem of a find online.

Wow, what an amazing site! Sheinside makes it so easy to find exactly what you're looking for. All the categories are right at top and then all the different colors and styles pop up. I normally spend at least a hour each time going through all the different styles and putting together outfits. I did all my shopping for back to school here, and because I invited my friends to the website, I got an awesome deal. That's another thing I love about the site, they have amazing sales! Normally I have had bad experiences with sites that offer great deals, but everything I order is top quality! It's just starting to get cold again, and I was able to wear my cardigan that I ordered the other day. I got so many nice comments from my friends, and it felt so comfortable. It was on sale for $30 and I saw similar ones just like it at the mall for over $50. One thing I ordered did not fit right on me, so I returned it and they gave me no issues at all, I can tell that they really care about their customers! Give this site a try, you won't regret it, everything is cute and at prices that can't be beat!

In july I bought a lot from this site which has a value of about $800. Yes, that much. After 5 weeks of the order still processing I decided to cancel the order. It wasn't even shipped yet. Till this day I haven't got my money back yet even though the order status says "Refunded". WHICH IT IS NOT! I'm furious and I want my money back!

This is one of my favorite places to shop. They have a huge collection of clothes and I love all of them, and the prices are very cheap, especially compared to other stores with clothes this cute. I bought nearly my entire summer wardrobe from here, and I just bought a lot of sweaters for winter, and I was happy both times. The clothes always arrive pretty quickly and are great quality - I've never received a defective item. Wonderful place to find cute, affordable clothing!

When I first found this site is was very exited by its low prices and cute clothes. I ordered a few things and now I see why this site has negative reviews. I have been waiting for at least 17 days and my order hasn't shipped at all! I have *******@Sheinside plenty of times and even tried using the offline help and still no response. I have been reading reviews and am worried that I might never get the clothes I ordered but still have to pay for them. Just a word of advice, don't order from this site unless you want trouble.

I love Sheinside online shop, because there really is a great choice of dresses, blouses, T-shirts, blazers, jewellery, accessories and much, much more – I can always find what I am looking for and have never been disappointed. My last purchase was a lovely crocodile leather clutch bag that I needed for one special occasion – and I am very satisfied with it. It's beautiful and also, very affordable. Also, delivery is always fast, so can I order things almost at the last moment and I know I'll get them at the right time. Plus, shopping is very easy.
Overall, I am very satisfied with their services and I'll definitely order something again very soon.

This site is a scam. Unfortunately, I ordered before looking at online reviews. I placed my order over two weeks ago, and it has not even shipped yet. I was charged for the order immediately despite that it hasn't even shipped. Customer service claimed it would ship soon over a week ago, but my order still says processing. I would never recommend this site to anyone.

I ordered a jacket for this weekend. Ordered it Sept 13, and still have no Idea where it is. I have contacted the company 5 times already and I only get that it has been shipped. Not why is it still in China after two weeks? Terrible customer service. Never order from this company, you can get better clothes, shipped free, and arrived in a day or two. Or you can throw your money in the air and let it blow over to china and maybe get an order. But the USA has better product, better service, better everything. NEVER AGAIN, AND IF I DON'T GET MY ORDER THIS WEEK, I AM CONTACTING THE BBB!
