I have been ordering from SheInside.com for several months now. In fact, on some occasions I have even gifted few items to my nieces and sisters and they have all loved the stuff. Recently I bought a short black dress, a few pullover tops and a few accessories (a clutch bag and a scarf).
Thanks to the the clearance sale and Halloween sale, I ended up buying more than I had intended to, though I do wish they had a more extensive selection of scarves and clutches.
Shipping: The package came on time and the clothes were packed in a professional manner so as to keep everything safe and clean. The dresses were same as described on the website and thankfully they fitted me perfectly so I didn't have to go through the hassle of return/exchange.
I would highly recommend SheInside.com to anyone who buys online and is looking for a smooth and hassle free experience. There are several discounts all over the site and then there are many ways to save more money like 20% off for first time buyers or 50% off for referring the site to friends. So anyone who is on the fence about it can use these discounts to make sure you pay less.
I was pleased at the selection of long-sleeve dresses on the website; as they are my favorite fall item. I was able to find a slouchy black dress, not too short, with shoulder holes that show off my tattoo! The dress fits very well, not too form-fitting and not too baggy. Easy to accessorize (I make jewelry, and am very fond of my adornments)- looks particularly nice with a belt cinching at the waist. All in all, I am very pleased, as the piece is also currently on SALE for like, twenty bucks. What a find!

After some back and forth I got an email saying that my order has been shipped. I have been provided a tracking number which takes me to the shipping website. However, I got the following message on the website:
We regret to inform you, Your tracking number was not found, Possible reasons:
1: The carrier hasn't accepted your package yet.
2: The carrier hasn't scanned and entered your package tracking information into their system yet.
3: Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
4: Your tracking number has expired and removed from carrier's system.
Generally, After the sender shipped your package, It will be processed by the carrier, They will scan and enter tracking information, There might be a delay between scanning events and tracking availability. Depending on how recently your item was mailed, Usually it takes a few days for processing, Therefore tracking information won't be appeared online immediately, You could contact with the carrier for confirmation, Or please try to track later.
I have waited a while before posting this, because I wanted to give you guys the benefit of doubt that there might be a chance that this gets update. SO DON'T EVEN TRY TO TELL ME TO WAIT MORE!
I need an immediate update on the order, not more excuses. Otherwise, I will have to begin the process to get my money back.

10/06/14 - I placed my order a week and a half ago so the items would arrive by Halloween, but when I check the status on the website it says it is still "processing." Now I hear that everyone is out on vacation this entire week for a holiday? Seriously? Unless you're lazy or just plain stupid, it shouldn't take this long to place 6 items in a box, ship it out, and then provide me the tracking number... and it should have been done before the holiday anyway. Ugh.

STAY AWAY! Don't waste your money here. I ordered my items on September 14th, 2014. The site says for US basic shipping it will take 5-20 days. It took a week and a half for my item to say it shipped on their site. When i emailed them over a week ago they gave me a tracking number to DHL but when i typed it in, it said there was no information to be found and it stilllllll says no information found! On September 25th the website gave me another tracking number to USPS, this site says that they received information of a package being sent to them and that they will update my tracking info upon receiving this package. It has been over 20 days and still neither of these tracking sites can tell me where my package is! I emailed the company AGAIN over 24 hrs ago and STILL no response (on their site it says it WILL be answered w/in 24 hrs). I AM PISSED. This company is garbage. I am going to file a claim with paypal. Save yourself the trouble and just don't bother with this one.

I bought on the 18th of September and today my request was not sent. The site says between 5-7 days, the request is sent but it is all a lie! I know that China is a holiday in early October, but this does not justify the delay in sending it bought half of September. I need to get my purchase until early December and here in Brazil orders always take time to arrive due to oversight. I read many, many negative reviews with the same problem as mine. I am waiting for the shipping tracker number. Otherwise I want to cancel my purchase and receive a refund on my credit card.

Everything was okay, I made the mistake of ordering a few "one size" crop tops- which on me were not really cropped- If you are small (I am 5'6" 115 lbs 31 241/2 32) I would recommend staying away from one size shirts unless you want to go for the baggy semi-cropped look- I got 2 skater skirts as well with really cute prints 1 in the "one size" and the other medium. One was pretty nice and I have gotten great compliments on it the other is REALLY flimsy but the print is adorable both fit great. I also got the deer print dress and it was flimsy as well, I just wear a slip dress under it and it looks cute. Over all not super impressed, i spent about $90 U.S. on 7 items and can actually wear about 5 of those items so all in all I'm up in the air. The only thing that helped me get through their customer service was the live chat. It went a lot better when I went to google translator and spoke to the rep in Chinese. You just have to do it late at night around midnight U.S. central time. I say i may or may not order from them again, just depends on if i see soething i have to have or not- good luck all it's 50/50 for me

Wow. I can't believe this co. Would even send these items to me. First of all, i ordered xl (i am usually a large) because i had a feeling the clothes might run small. Not only did they not fit (it would have fit a large CHILD) the other one clearly marked S. That's the least of it. There were stains on the coat (ew!) and the thread used to make the button holes was a completely different color than the fabric. Fabric is horrible. Seriously, it was the biggest mistake i have ever made ordering from this sham of a clothing company. I am beyond disgusted, appalled, angry. There's a reason why the clothes are so cheap. You should be put out of business. I expect a complete refund and will NEVER order from this company again and tell all my friends.

This was by far my worst online experience ever. First off, they don't even use their own pictures with their own models wearing their own clothes. Basically, they steal other websites modeling pictures. For example, the kimono that i ordered was a "dupe" for a kimono that i had wanted from Urban Outfitters for quite some time. When i ordered it along with another item, the two items took over a month to process. OVER A MONTH JUST TO PROCESS. After a couple weeks of still being processed, i repeatedly contacted their customer service (which btw also takes forever to respond) and the person who replied back to me always gave me a false approximate date of when my order would be shipped out. Their English also sucks btw which is entirely unprofessional in my book. After multiple times of contacting customer service for weeks, my order had FINALLY shipped after over a month. After it had shipped, shipping itself took another two weeks. This website is very unprofessional and they are just another Chinese clothing website trying to impersonate American brands and making their products appear like they are high quality when they are not. The kimono that i had FINALLY received is an off color completely different from the Urban Outfitters pictures that they had posted on their website, and is completely unflattering as it makes me look more voluminous even for a tall person like myself. I will never be purchasing from this website again and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM IT.

I ordered three items from sheinside.com and after 4 and a half weeks, i finally received it. When I anxiously opened the package, the sweater I bought was already stretched out and unthreaded in the shoulder, then shorts were tearing at the seams, and I didn't even receive my third item! I ordered a tuquoise skirt but received ugly $#*! low-rise capri light blue jeans that cut off half way from your upper thigh to your knee. I contacted sheinside but there responses were very slow, taking two days each time to respond to my angry emails. I constantly asked for a phone number to call, but they would ignore me and ask to give me $5 compensation. The skirt costed $11 so I just kept asking to have the skirt shipped to me, providing an order ID number, pictures, everything! At one point, they asked me what items were mistakes and if I could send them pictures, when an email before, I provided such information. They tried to trick me into opening the package of the capri jeans and take a picture, but I read online in their return policy that once you open the package you cannot return it. They ended up saying "Sorry cannot do that. We will give five US dollar compensation. Good day." It's like this person doesnt speak english. Oh and I haven't gotten the $5 compensation by the way. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I absolutely love this site! Was in a rush to find something for an event out of town and looked at this site. Found an amazing Black floral parrot skirt that I am in love with. So many cute things to choose from and I love the prices on everything. After I ordered, I called the customer service to let them know that it was going to the hotel and they assured me it wasn't a problem at all. Arrived right at the hotel I was going on time (which was a risk). I was scared to do it but the fit was spot on and my outfit was a success. Perfect fit, fast shipping, and amazing service as usual. I ordered 114$ worth of clothing 15 days ago and I've been emailing them and using the "live" chat (You basically just write down your email and your message and they "get back to you" - still haven't heard from them after a week, great live chat!) but I still haven't heard anything back. I've purchased from Sheinside several times before and have never had any problems so I'm not sure there are so many terrible reviews here. Shipping does take a while, but the website says it ships from China so naturally it's going to take a few weeks; I was able to track my order the entire time as well. My clothes arrived as expected. I purchased the Blue High Waist Floral Flare Skirt among other things, but the skirt was probably my favorite. The skirt looked like it did on the website and fit perfectly. Every brand has a different way of sizing their clothes so it's important to check their sizes instead of blaming the brand for something not fitting properly. I, for one, will definitely be shopping there again!
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I have been waiting for three weeks for a response. My order status says processing but even after waiting for three weeks and messaging them repeatedly I have not heard back from them. Horrible customer service.

Thought I'd try buying some new clothing from this website since I wanted to try something new and get some new styles. Was looking for high quality items that were reasonably priced and that's exactly what I got. Ended up buying a whole bunch of loose sweaters, and coat sweaters (women) and absolutely loved the products that I got.
The colours were right, the sizes were right, and shipping wasn't too expensive and I didn't have to wait forever to have my order shipped and received. Absolutely love the material that the sweaters are made of and are perfect for this Autumn weather.
They also have some pretty decent denim pants if you look long enough under that section. Ended up getting two pairs that were the right size and were skinny and dark denim which is what I always wear.
Also found a really cute outerwear coat/sweater that was 40% off in their sale section. So definitely check out the deals as well because they have deals up to 45% off on some really cute clothing.
Just make sure to get the right sizes and be observant while shopping on the website.

I am so happy with my order. I ordered a black and white dress and the skirt part is so cute I have never seen anything like it. It fit perfectly I am 5'6 and 113 pounds and a small fit just right. The only thing that didn't fit was a dress with flowers on the bottom hem line but that was my fault I didn't measure myself. I'm hoping I can take it somewhere and make it work because that's a cute dress too.
I will 100 percent be ordering from there again. I live in Canada and I read alot of emails saying it took forever for shipping and it really does take a long time but it was worth the wait in my opinion. I ordered over 500 dollars worth of clothes and 1 item didn't fit. Not bad.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
