I wanted a cute pair of earrings for my daughter and the Blue Gemstone Silver Diamond Flower Earrings were perfect! I loved the design, and the coloring of the gemstone was absolutely beautiful. I was even more thrilled with the incredible pricing and surprisingly fast shipping that SheInside provided!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am certain all of the good reviews are from Sheinside or bloggers they send items to. I placed my $400 order on the 16th of September. Their site says it takes 5-7 days to process items and I was finally told after multiple emails that it takes 5-7 business days to process before shipping. So why are my items still processing a month later!?! I know they went on holiday for a week October 1st-7th, but they still should have been shipped prior to going on holiday. If my order doesn't ship within the next week I will be canceling my order and reporting this business.

Ordered over a month ago, didnt even get a shipping conformation until more than 3 weeks later when I asked for a refund. Now the tracking number they gave me my package hasnt moved in over a week. THEY CAN JUST KEEP IT! I am so tired waiting for their products it is ridiculous especially when they promised a 24hr shipping window and didnt recieve it after 2 weeks. THIS SITE IS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS

I ordered $105 worth of clothing over 3 weeks ago and the status shows "urging shipping". What on earth is that supposed to mean? After initially placing the order, I received an email stating that I should receive an update within 5-7 days. Having never received an update I gave it ample time and emailed inquiring about the status of my items. I received a BS response about returning from holiday and that my items still need time to prepare for shipment. I have ordered from China many times and expect the delivery in about a month's time frame but it has been nearly a month and my items still haven't shipped? This is unacceptable! Its unfortunate as many of the items are pretty cute but not really worth the hassle that comes with actually receiving your item.

The stuff on the site is ADORABLE... BUT I placed an order a couple days ago marking that I wanted express shipping which on the site said would take 2-4 days, and cost me an extra $15. I need it to come for a special weekend get away this weekend, so I emailed customer service who DID respond in a fairly timely manner, but then they informed me it took 5-7 days to process my order BEFORE they ship out. I feel like I was misled and hope they can do something to ensure I'll receive my order in the time I was guaranteed and payed for so I can have it by this weekend.

Let me start by saying this company is a let down and a scam I will not recommend them. I am an online shopper but has never disappointed In such a service before. I have paced my order on the 12/09/14, the money has been taken from my account 6weeks later I am still waiting for the order. A week ago I have emailed their customer service team they were unable to tell me when is my items. I have requested for a full refund as I no long need the items they refused too stating your items has already been shipped. But where is it fools? Just give me my money I do not need your items anymore! This is a scam good value for money to attract people and steal their money. Not recommended

If I could, I would not give ONE star to this site. Complete scam! Placed my order over a week ago and then got an email saying my payment had not gone through. Check my credit card online and it shows that the payment went through and was posted. I email them telling them I had paid and would like my stuff. They email me back asking for an order number, so I give it to them. TWO major flags here: 1. They couldn't track the order number that they had sent me IN the email that informed me that my payment hadn't gone through. 2. They couldn't find where my email had made any orders period. IF THEY DONT SEE WHERE I MADE AN ORDER WITH MY EMAIL, HOW IN THE HECK DID I GET AND EMAIL FROM THEM ABOUT MY PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER?! This doesn't make ANY sense to me! They keep asking me for my credit card number and proof of items bought. Sent a screenshot of my bank statement and also sent in the order numbers. This site is nothing but a scam and a hassle to deal with. I'm pressing charges to get my money back or having my items THAT I PAID FOR delivered ASAP! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Sheinside! This has been my third purchase, and each time I have been extremely pleased with the service and quality I have got! I just received my latest purchase which is the "Grey Lapel Long Sleeved Cardigan" and it's absolutely beautiful! Its the perfect size, and looks exactly like the picture on the website. The fabric is very soft and high quality. All Sheinside's clothes are fun and stylish though, and at a really affordable price!

Items have arrived in perfect condition each time, and in packages suitable for each item. It's always been speedy, and I LOVE the free shipping!

I can't recommend this site enough, don't delay, check out all the wonderful clothes they have on offer! There's something for everyone!

Absolutely avoid!

Absolutely avoid! I have been trying to exchange items for a different size and it has been a horrendous experience. First they asked me to pay $20 via Paypal for the exchange which I did. After not receiving the items that I was supposed I inquired multiple times about what was happening. Every time you email them its a different person that replies that seemingly knows nothing about your order. I had to re-explain myself multiple times. I even received an email from them saying I was being refunded but not stating for what or what amount. I had never even requested a refund but it didn't seem to matter because despite this email I never received a refund anyways. Eventually I was told that one of the items I wanted to exchange was out of stock. At this point they still had my $20 for the exchange and nothing had been done (this is two months later by the way). Interestingly enough after writing a poor review of them on another site they almost immediately responded saying that my 3 items were "being prepared"... not too sure how this is possible since I was already told one item was out of stock so an exchange was no longer possible... currently still trying to resolve this mess.

I bought the Black Cross Halter Backless Sexy Dress for $13.77 USD. It was beautiful! Absolutely loved it. The quality was amazing and the design is stunning. It's great how I could get such beautiful products for a cheap price. I will be sure to order from them again. My purchase was easily done and the service was amazing. I got my dress in the mail only a week later.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered my items back in September and they have yet to be shipped from China, even though it was promised the items would ship out within 24 hours. Most of the reviews that are high stars are more than likely rated by the team itself. It took a week to hear back from someone who said that they just came back from the holidays. First off, if you're going to be on holidays, why advertise 24 hour shipping guaranteed? I don't know if I will ever receive my items and am a single mother and first time shopper of this website. I would highly suggest not wasting your time or money in dealing with people who don't strive for excellent customer service and lie. I will never shop here again. So PLEASE do not shop here. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered 50 of the pink long sleeve cat queen print straight dress for my friend and I's boutique. We checked the sizes on-line before ordering and once we got them, they were all true to size which I appreciate. The fabric was way softer than I expected and the cat print was even more adorable in person. Everything was packaged nicely and got to us a day ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend this site as I'm about to place another order as we speak.

I ordered £60 worth of clothes, which at first I was excited about. I checked my email for a confirmation, and reviewed nothing. I checked and checked again and then realised something wasn't right. When I looked into reviews AFTER purchasing, I realised that this company is not a scam, however it may aswell be. The customer service I recieved was not as bad as other experiences however I had to wait 3 weeks before I got a refund, having pestered the company for days and days on there so called 'online chat'. After getting no where I emailed there returns email address demanding for a cancellation and refund. I managed to hunt down my own order number through the site, as there advisors couldn't manage to find it. I was eventually refunded the full amount having constantly chased up my order. They also found it convenient to go on a Chinese holiday for 15 days.
This has been nothing but stress and worry and from reading other reviews the clothes, if you ever revieve them are disgusting and appallinh quality. I do not know how this company justifies itself, and has managed such successful advertising. What a con. Stay clear. I will be doing my best to report them and have them looked into! All the 5* reviews are written by themselves to try and lure you in. I cannot stress enough how you should stay clear from this company.

I ordered a dress on 9/18 that I planned on wearing for my birthday next week. A few days after I placed my order, it said it had been shipped yet both the tracking on their site and USPS said the number could not be found. There has still yet to be an update on the tracking for this order. I also called USPS and the number SheInside provided me is not even in their system and therefore can't confirm my package is in transit.

After several frustrating emails, SheInside finally gave me a different tracking site for my order called "EC-First Class" where I found out that the package shipped from China, not from California where they say they're located. It's been "in transit" now for more than two weeks. Starting to feel like I'll never get my order. I will not be ordering from them again.

Also not sure why there are any bad reviews, I have had nothing but good experiences with She Inside. I mean anything coming from China will take a little longer but I made sure that I wasn't in any rush for it. The items I ordered, most are dresses, are now some of my favourite outfits and staple wardrobe pieces for me. My favourite is a black sleeveless dress with an open scalloped back.

They fit well and looked as good on me as in the pictures, and that is incredibly hard to find especially in an online store. They were helpful when I asked about sizing and I was able to find the right size for me according to their information.

I will definitely be using them in the future, they're fantastic!

Oh my god, just how cute are the clothes? I was so excited to purchase clothes from this website after a good friend of mine told me that she had purchased some cute clothes from the website: Sheinside. I ordered the white long sleeve floral print dress and the Apricot Long Sleeve Slim Asymmetrical Dress pictures and I absolutelyy love them! They fit me perfectly and the price is such a steal! The entire website has such unique styles and for such a good price. The shipping also came quicker than I expected which was surprisingly convenient. I'm always skeptical about shopping online but none of those feelings with this company. I am definitely purchasing from here from now! :)

Scam artists.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered on 9/7 and was FULLY charged immediately for my items. I DID NOT RECEIVE my items until 10/7... ONE MONTH LATER! And I swear the only reason I received them then was because I was sending emails regularly to check on status. I truly believe this company hopes you'll forget you ordered from them and just take your $$.

I ordered two cardigans..."one size". One is HUGE and the other is so small the sleeves don't reach my hands! Both are fraying and falling apart. Neither has any tags, no price tag or even instruction on cleaning tags. Extremely shady in my opinion! I attempted to email to discuss return/refund and received a generated email in response saying they were out on holiday... so I went to PayPal to dispute claim and they immediately declined it! Huh! You can't respond to my email but you can decline my claim on paypal?

Scam artists. Do NOT order from them.

Side note: I attempted to review this site at one star and it wouldn't let me. Attempted to review it at 2 stars and still denied... I'm telling you THIS COMPANY ARE SHADY THIEVES.
