Awful. I ordered 3 items over 21 days ago and have not received anything and 2 haven't even shipped yet. I have sent 2 emails with no response. If they don't have the items in stock why sell them to someone?

I am really pleased with both the website's products as well as the service I received. I had a wedding to attend over the summer and ordered 4 dresses from sheinside (knowing I would wear them all at some point-- but wanted some options). First of all, I spent less than $100... WOW. If I went to a department store, I probably couldn't even get one fashionable dress for that price!

When my dresses arrived, one of them had accidentally been sent in the wrong size, but when I called to address the issue, it was fixed immediately. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so understanding and empathetic about my issue, and sent out the new size before I even sent the wrong size back! I was so pleased with the service I received, that I would absolutely do business with them again soon.

Cutest clothes and the nicest employees!

First, let me say that I haven't ordered anything from this site - I was brought to it from a link on Pinterest. Right away I noticed the website had improper English usage, misspelled words, etc. I have been scammed once from a "Cole Haan" website, never again. These people are located in Taiwan, China, etc and LOVE your money. And read the "positive" comments on here - all worded with incorrect English. Don't do it, no matter how cheap and cute you think the product is!

EXPECT A MINIMUM OF 5-6 WEEKS SHIPPING TIME! DO NOTTTT LISTEN TO THEIR SHIPPING TIMES ON THE WEBSITE.

I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding 4 weeks ahead of time with their website telling me it takes 7-14 days to get the order processed and shipped and then 2 days to get the package at my doorstep. NOPE! Over a month later and the wedding passed a week ago and the package finally got here.

They respond to your emails begging for a tracking number with "be patient, the carrier takes time to post the tracking number". NO, they just didnt ship it for over 13 days.

AWFUL COMPANY, DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WAIT!

FIGURE IT OUT SHEINSIDE, ITS 2014!

DO NOT i repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered on 9/5/14 and just received my package on 10/17/14. Whatever that wasn't a major deal since I wasn't in a rush to receive them, but I was soooo disappointed in the quality of the clothes... I bought a variety of things and didn't open half of them after seeing the jacket and sweater that I opened were poor quality. The 2 T-shirts i bought looked like something a 10yr old made in the middle of the mall!

All of the really good reviews online are fake and from people that work there or something because there is noooo way someone is that satisfied with their products! Hate to be so mean but I'd rather not have anyone be disappointed like I was! Learn from my mistakes ya'll!

I'm returning the ENTIRE box. Let's see how long it takes to get my money back.

This is an awful company, Nothing that I ordered looks like the picture. Everything is incredibly cheap. Also there are zero washing direction tags on anything. The seams on each garment are super weak and think. And I could tell they wouldnt hold up after 1 day of wearing them. I usually wear a x-small / small., but I double checked the measure ments before ordering and NOTHING fits properly. I dont know how or what messurements they came up with, but it is no where close to what they posted. I become extremely nervous when any kind of clothing comes from china. I wish i had known thats where these clothes were coming from so i wouldnt of purchased them. And if you do order something from here, BEAWARE the clothings with smell disgusting like burning plastic, completely gross. Ive worked retail where our clothes were shipped in individual bags to prevent damage. And ive never smelt something this gross. Ohh and if you do have a problem with this company and you try emailing them or asking " Online help " where th f**k your tracking and confirmation email are. NO response. Ive honestly never had such awful customer service ever. I want a Return and Refund, But I cant do that since noone replies. Its a scam dont do it. Save your money and buy something nice from a store where you can see what your purchasing.

A co-worker told me about this site and how she loved it and got her stuff shipped quickly. I decided to try it out and I am HIGHLY disappointed. I placed my order on October 9th. I don't expect to see any of my items for another month. I was hoping they would ship in time for a wedding I am attending on the 19th and also for Halloween on the 31st. So far only 1 item has shipped but that was over 1 week ago. USPS still hasn't even received the package. The other 2 items have not been shipped yet either. The estimated shipping time say between 5 to 28 business days so technically they're still in the time frame.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE 1 MONTH LATER. This site is a hit or miss! They are probably shipping these items straight from China. If i had known that. I would have never ordered from Sheinside.

It took weeks to get my order, which was really disappointing since I wanted the tribal cardigan I ordered for a tripI was taking. If there was a no star option, I would give them that. I am completely outraged. My order was sent and charged on the 6th and it's the 17th and it's not even shipped. I have tried over and over to contact their reps and so far... NO HELP, NO REPLIES. So why bother to have an email if you're not going to reply to customers... I just want my orders shipped... I spent 150 dollars on these items and to wait this long for them, I'd rather shop somewhere else, please return my messages and give me clear answers.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered 4 items on september 9, i took them to package my items 3 weeks. And it took forever to get delivered. The disaster did not stop there, when is arrived, i was so disappointed again that 2 out of the items was small. And i had to returned the items and I had to pay 25 dollars to return the items. No email what so ever confirming that I have returned the items, nor they email me confirming that they have received it. SUCH A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. So do not ever think of buying anything from this website. They might have been so cheap but the experience of buying things online are not worth trying your time.

I had to convince myself a week after I was supposed to have received my order that this website is not a scam. I ordered over $100 worth of (very cute and well priced) clothes and was promised free express shipping, meaning I would receive my order in under 10 business days. Not only did my order take eleven days to be processed before it was shipped (I ordered my clothes on September 30th) But when I logged onto the web side on October 10th to see what the #$% was going on, it turns out that my order had been processed and I had to "urge shipping" by pressing a button on the side of the page. I did not receive ANY kind of email notification that this was necessary, so as far as I know, the order might have been pressed and just sitting there for three or four days. My package was shipped on the 11th and I have still yet to receive it. I used the live chat to see if I could get some sort of explantation and the associate was not only unhelpful, he was completely condescending and just advised me to wait like "everyone else." (screen shots attached.) I cannot believe the state of their customer service and the false promises they lure you in with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

This site totally sucks

This site totally sucks.
1. I invited 5 of my FB friends to register and they all did but never got the 50% off coupon.
2. I placed my first order on Sept 30 but never got the shipping information after 16 days. I checked many many times but it still says processing, even some of the items I ordered labeled as "ship within 24hrs"
3. I also sent inquiries to *******@sheinside.com but never got a reply.

Worst online shopping site ever! Never met like this before.

Do NOT buy from this website! Unless you want a headache! I ordered a few things on September 17th. It is now October 16th and I have yet to receive my items! Every time I contacted them, they would tell me to "track" my package, as that's their famous "shut you up" and every time I did, It said "Processing" somewhere in China. Dang! How long does it take to process? So, I filed a complaint with PayPal, and miraculously, as of today SheInside left a message with PayPal stating that my package is now in N. Y. and on the way? Wow, that was fast! I bet I get one of those messages under my comment!

Since winter is coming I decided to shop for some sweaters. Sweater weather is my favorite! I like to shop online because there's much more variety and I don't always have hours and hours to spend at the mall looking for things. I came across sheinside.com and I was instantly intrigued by a variety of stuff they had and their prices. I'm a student so I live on a tight budget and getting inexpensive clothes is my ultimate goal. Sheinside.com allowed me to get stylish sweaters for very little! I was very happy about that.

The ordering process was very easy and fast. I got my package very fast which is another great plus because I couldn't wait to wear the cute stuff I found! I recommend sheinside.com to anyone looking for fashionable clothing on a budget.
