This store was giving me great experience of shopping. They have an updated collection, never been so oldish in this store. The customer support service was very nice and very responsive. Fast in delivery.

Actually I would rate ZERO star for the terrible service and shipping of sheininside if I can. I placed my order roughly three weeks ago and the items are still in "processing" status till now. I contacted customer service a couple of days ago and was told that some of the items are so popular that are currently out of stock. They wanted me to be patient because they could handle and ship the items as soon as possible. OK, it seems acceptable for me if they are really good at dealing with those OUT-OF-STOCK merchandize. However, by reading tons of one-star reviews listed here, I come to realize that they just irresponsibly post those beautiful photograph in order to draw some money out of your pocket. It's very tricky, very close to cheating. Don't trust the shipping information on the website. Don't waste your time and money on this scam-like Sheinside.
I've had good experiences with shopping on this site. I love how the items are categorized which makes it easy to find what I want and I get great deals. Some of the clothes look a bit different than on the website but I guess that's the nature of online shopping. I had some issues accessing the site a couple times but that may be browser issues on my end. I will be ordering again soon and I'm looking forward to getting the same great level of service.
Purchased a floral dress from this website as a gift, and was more than happy with the results. The product was as described, and was of a high quality, especially considering the decent price. The dress was also received at a speedy pace considering the distance!

Stay away from this site. I made an order last week that was over $50 and everything was fine until the next day I get a payment failed email. This was really strange to see because my money is perfectly good and I used the same credit card to buy clothes from other websites earlier that same day. So, I contact sheinside and in broken English a woman tells me not to worry and that the bank is just checking the money. I spoke with another person from sheinside and they told me that the bank has probably rejected the money. Sure enough, after a couple days I see on my bank activity that the transaction was canceled. I'm still not sure why this happened, what is wrong with my money? Nothing. So this shouldn't have happened in the first place. I contact sheinside AGAIN and I was then told to use Paypal instead. Since I really wanted these clothes I went ahead and made a new order but this time paid with my Paypal account and chose only one shirt instead of $50 worth of clothes like before. The money went through and I was waiting to hear about the status of my order. Then, a day or two later I get an email from sheinside saying that the shirt I really wanted is sold out. Then why didn't they write that it was sold out in the first place so that I would've been able to avoid this disaster? Instead, I was told AFTER I paid. Coincidence? I replied back to them stating I want a refund immediately and I have yet to hear back. I want my money back now! I don't want to wait on these slow people! It seriously takes them a long time to respond to any email you send them. I hope to get my money back soon, what a complete waste of my time. Trying to get clothes from sheinside has been a nightmare and I suggest that everyone avoids this website like the plague. What a shame. Plus, their coupon codes don't even work so I was unable to save money on my first purchase like they claimed.

Sheinside is an awesome company. This company has a whole alot of variety. It is a one stop shop for all of your clothing and accessories. The site is easy to go through and they always have awesome sales. I have made several purchases. I have bought dresses, pants, tops, scarves, and accessories. My last order, I purchased two pair of pants, a top and some scarves. I put the order in and received the items in about 2 weeks. Everything came together neatly packaged. All the items fit well and the material is very comfortable. I loved the scarves. I highly recommend this site.
Horrible. The customer service was terrible not to mention the shipping it has been a month since i have seen the clothes i ordered i am beyond outraged and after the fact that i don't have my clothes i also can not track them and apparently the business itself cant either this is ridiculous don't use it i got one shirt and haven't seen it since the beginning of this month i can see why this business doesn't have phone lines i would freak out there customer service was terrible and rude I'm done with this company i say its not worth it.

I don't get why there are so many negative reviews. Hm. I've never had a problem with them. I get my items like a week after i order them which is really good, and whenever i've emailed them asking me something they are fast to respond. The only problem is sometimes the items aren't exactly how i expected them to be but you get what you pay for and you are ordering online so you don't get to try the things on first. But i've never had a bad experience! Maybe i'm just lucky
This site is horrible. I ordered a dress on October 10th that stated it would ship in 24 hrs. I was hoping it would arrive on my birthday which was October 18th. Here it is October 24th and still no dress. The dress hasn't even made it in the US because my tracking number doesn't work. The website just keeps saying as of October 14th it's being processed in "Guangzhou." Customer service is horrible. They have my money but I have no dress. I had to go out and buy another dress for my birthday. Will never buy anything from them again.

Quite literally the worst clothing website I have ever seen. I should have read the reviews instead of trusting the bloggers. I ordered over $85 worth of clothing and it has been processing for nearly a month. I can at least say that the customer service responses have been prompt and relatively informative, however the bottom line of each one is either
1. Be patient or 2. Cancel the order; even after the shipping company was apparently contacted.
I really hope I will be refunded in full or else I will never shop from this site again. It seems like they consistently sell items that are actually out of stock. I needed half of this order as a gift but it is far too late for that now. Seriously, steer clear and go to H&M or something.

This is a very nice site full of great deals! I don't know what other people have experienced but every time I've ordered from here, I'm very satisfied. I've ordered jewelry, blouses, t shirts, coats and i'm always happy with the quality. The colors on the clothes are always vibrant and the material looks and feels nice. To top it all, of the ordering process is pretty easy, and everything always gets to me on time and in fabulous condition. I have my eye on a particular bodycon dress for my next order :)
If I could give no stars I would. First off, I ordered two dresses, both in stock, both advertised as being able to ship in 24 hours. I place my order on September 18th and my order STILL hasn't been shipped. I've contacted their service department at LEAST 6 times and each time they say it will be shipped in 3 to 5 days. I've finally reached my limit and am looking into canceling my order. This service was awful and the false advertising made me even angrier. I will definitely advise my friend NOT to order from this website...

I was very pleased with my purchase :) i made an order through sheinside for a really beautiful kimono, i made the order on september 29th, and got my order on october 21st. Coming all the way from china and i received my package within less than a month. My kimono smelled fine, and looked just as it was pictured. I read some seriously horrible reviews for this company, but my experience with them was just fine. I will most likely make other orders through them in the future :)
After waiting a month for delivery, I found dealing with this company was more difficult than putting a round peg in a square hole. I will NOT buy anything more from them. The "live chat" returned advice that rudely told me to "wait patiently" for my order. Their tracking is a joke, and pardon the pun, like waiting for a slow boat from China.

This website has to be a complete scam! We are so disappointed and annoyed! We ordered 10 blazers for our outfits last Tuesday. The main reason we went with this company was because it had all of our sizes in stock and stated that the merchandise would be shipped with 24 hours. We also licked urgent delivery just in case which stated that it would arrive within 2-3 business days. Well here it is 8 days later and we have no merchandise and when we track the merchandise it says "processing" which it's said for the last week! When we tried tj email and live chat with the company we got no response of course! Our show is Friday and we do not have complete outfits nor the funds to purchase new ones! Basically we are screwed! Thanks sheinside!

ABSOLUTE WORST! This company is a scam. They took my money and after 2 months only sent half my order! I have emailed them tons of times and they have not responded at all. Its looking like I will never get that money back and the items I did receive were, for the most part, extremely cheap and smelled terrible! I am now nervous that they have my card info! One of my favorite online clothing stores. I didn’t really expect much the first time I ordered something because of the price, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Since then, I’ve ordered from here more times than I can count, and I’ve never regretted a purchase. And on the very rare occasion that there’s a problem with my order, customer service always managed to take care of it right away. Highly recommend!
I have had nothing but issues with this site. I ordered a dress on 10/4 for a wedding on 10/25. It is now 10/21 and I have yet to hear anything about where this item may be. I did receive an email on 10/8 saying 2 of my orders had failed, whatever that meant. I went on the site and signed into my account and saw that there were 2 different orders, both around $30, that were pending. I had never ordered anything else besides the one dress so I have no idea how these "orders" were pending. They both said they were waiting for my payment confirmation which I luckily never did, so I'm guessing they were trying to scam me into adding on to my order. I have tried the online chat and it never loads and have emailed multiple times asking what is going on. The money is taken from my account immediately but after almost 3 weeks I can't even get a response as to where my order is?
Another thing, when I open up the "My Orders" part in my account, the actual dress that I bought isn't even in there. It's like they took my money and my order doesn't even exist. I also have tried putting my order confirmation number that I received way back when I paid for the dress into the tracking section and nothing comes up. This is the biggest scam I have ever been a part of and I will NEVER recommend this site to anyone! I hope people read these reviews before thinking about ordering anything from this site! Luckily I bought a different dress, from a real store, and don't have to sit around hoping mine magically appears within the next few days!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
