I am always somewhat worried when I purchase clothes over the internet as a gift as they often show up quite different than expected. This was definitely not the case here. Placed 2 orders with this company. The clothes look really cute onlin, but the actual quality it not up to par. I ordered a couple of long sweaters, the barely came to my waist and were paper thin. The picture showed them both to be close the knee and I am only 5"2. I contacted the company via live chat and got Christian 2x who offered less than desirable service. It also said free shipping and I was charged supposedly they are crediting upon my return which they have. No credit to my pay pal as of yet. Waiting 6 days now since they have had it. I just hate that they have really cute stuff great pricing but crappy clothing. Sizes run small order next size up for better fit.

Probably the best shopping site I have come across. Personalised and prompt delivery. I ordered on Friday and received it the next Tuesday. Loved the clothing but loved the experience even more, my first time placing an order with them and the items came in a timely manner. HOW GOOD! Now I just can't wait to order again.

I know there are a lot of negative reviews on SheInside, but I've had nothing but good experiences with them! I can only imagine these are only when orders have gone wrong and none of the good ones. People like to talk about negative things more than positive things, it's true!

It's very timeless and fit me well. The material was fine too, and there was a bit of a smell that went away after a while, so it didn't really bother me. I also have ordered jewelry from them in the past and I still have all of it! Shipping can take a little while but I feel like it's worth it because everything is so cheap. I always order from SheInside and I always will!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I am a first time user, I once I made an account it says 20% off any purchase for your first order, which is a lie. I entered the code for it and the price was still the same? And might I add that the shipping price was absolutely ridiculous! Ordered a shirt over a month ago and it still has not arrived! It said 5-7 business days and now it's past Halloween I have no use for the shirt. This site has no phone number to contact which is sketchy, and I have emailed many times and all they said is "sorry to keep you waiting". I think this site is a scam and I am extremely pissed off.

I'm so surprised to check out this page, because lots of 1 star reviews are present here. I read a couple of them and decided to write my expereince.

Firstly, I must mention - the quality of their clothes is so good. Also want to mention that their stock limited. They delivered my sweaters in 4 days, and for the other clothes (tops, undergarments) their stock was over and I needed to wait. Their support team is so responsive and helpful.

My suggestion is - you must understand about their quality stuffs. Their stock ends so fast for their top class stuffs. Delay can be considered if I get the best stuffs of my choice. (My personal opinion)

I was recently referred to Sheinside.com by a friend who has previously shopped here. I was looking for a birthday gift for my girlfriend and i wanted something warm to wear for her for the coming winter months. It just made sense to to get her a fur lined hooded jacket, but I didn't have much of a budget.

It was fairly easy locating the right fit for her. I think I only spent a maximum of 15 minutes from the time I logged in to the time of check out. Very painless and time saving which is what I like. I'm not an online shopping kind of guy. I know what i want when I get on a site and expect no time consuming hassles. So I'm happy with that. The delivery was great not as soon as I'd like but just still arrived in time for her Birthday so no biggie there. All in all my overall buying experience was great and I will definitely utilize the services again

Just ordered a couple of dresses on this site, and let me say it was not and easy process- it directs to paypal so easily, which I'm paying with card, you go back to the site after leaving paypal(because I'm not paying that way) and its deleted your cart, so you try again and you can no longer use the coupons, ugh. And I can't delete those previous shopping carts so I have like 20 waiting for payment items, even though Ive paid for 2 items. I read the reviews before purchasing but now I'm super wary. I paid 15$ extra for 3-10 day shipping and I just got an email saying that I should at least wait 7 days for processing uh what!. I wanted express, so now am I going to wait 7 days and then deal with shipping, and one dress said shipping within 24hrs misleading a little All I know is now I'm nervous. Ill give it maybe 48 hours to process before I consider canceling the order but everyone on this website says that its been a month. I feel stupid...

Did you mean 24 days sheinside? Even my order from a wholesaler in china has already shipped my order and will be reaching my place in the next few days.
Don't promise things to customers that you can't do! (And also, tell your customer service that saying it is sale period and you have alot of orders to fill will not work as an excuse.)

I am here to say I agree with everyone else on this site! The clothes look cute on the website but I have yet to see what they look like in person. I placed my order over a week ago and they told be they would send me an email update within 7 days. It has been 9 and still not email so I emailed them and they said they would respond withing 24 hours it has been 24 hours still no response! I am beyond on angry and it should not take this long to ship and order.

Do not order from this company! I placed an order October 20 and as of October 29, the website still shows my order as processing. I contacted the company via chat and was told " It is the best seller in our website, so it needs a longer time to prepare the goods.
And we will send it out asap for you. :)" I responded that I would expect to receive the item within a week (7 more days). The person responded "We can not promise it will reach you in time. Would you like to wait for it?" Are you kidding me? How long does it take to get one item from the warehouse and ship it? Not to mention I was told it was not on backorder.

Suffice to say, I will never place an order with them again!

I just wanted to gift something to my GF on some occasion. Came by this website www.sheinside.com.The website is great and I ordered Blue Gemstone Gold Geometric Necklace. The discount on the product was unbelievable. I got the product just after 5 days as promised. The necklace was loved by my GF and she looked totally gorgeous. The blue gemstone with geometric shape looks great on her.
