I am writing this review just because I am so annoyed with Sheinside's services. It is so pathetic. I placed an order on Oct'30 and it's been 18 days and I dont know what's the status. I asked them for a refund and guess what it took 9 days to respond on that too. I will never ever place an order here and don't recommend it to anyone. Pathetic service!

I have this crazy obsession with floral knits so after I came across sheinside.com, i ordered the Apricot Long Sleeve Floral Dipped Hem Sweater and the White Contrast Organza Floral Knit Sweater. Both of these sweaters were super cute, and I was overly excited to get them. The service was exceptional, very fast replies for my questions to customer service. I received my package about 3 days later than the supposed delivery date, however, I was satisfied with the products inside. The knit sweaters came in perfect condition and the fitting was just right. They are so comfortable as well! If you're looking for some nice knits, I haven't tried the others, but I definitely recommend these two.The price is definitely worth the material you get out of it.

I have ordered a Silver Multilayer Spiral Ring and a Fashion Gold Multiple Rings (the first one for me, the second for my wife). The quality of the rings are really high considered the good prices. I had a doubt about shipping cost, but the customare care service helped me to find the solution, and answered me very soon. This is the first time i ordered from SheInside, and i'm going to buy again from this site on the next days. I have received the package on estimated arrival date, so i'm totally satisfied concerning this purchasing. I recommend SheInside to everyone.

The worst online store ever. I bought some clothes on october 05. Today is november 17 and they have been telling me that in a few days my clothes will be shipped. They are thieves I'm so angry and frustrated. And from panama and i purchased a lot of jackets because i moved to united states and I have been waiting for them to use them in winter and I'm freezing myself. I want a refund. This online store is a scam. I don't recommend it at all. Its a scam. They are irresponsible and liars! The shipping information is false. She inside is affecting people. Don't play with peoples patience.

Some time ago I ordered 7 items from them. I think that quality is ok (not great, but not horrible either). The shipment took forever and it seemed to me that they do not speak English but using something like Google translate to communicate to costumers, cause I got some pretty confusing and monotone answers. I would never buy from them again.

They are a wonderful variety of women's fashion. I love their sweaters and shoulder wrap coats. I have two on in beige/tan Khaki Hooded Cable Knit Cape Sweater and one in black I love them they were with every outfit and they are just enough warmth to go casual or dressed up. The prices are decent prices and you get great quality. For an online shop they are quite nice. I hate this time of year to go shopping, I do not like all the holiday rushes, I prefer to shop online for things I am looking for and have them delivered. They were shipped to me in great timing, and now I am all set for the holidays. Thank you so much!

The first time I ordered from Sheinside, it took them about 3 weeks to get here. Of course I was extremely pissy about it. After being anxious for so long and not get it when they give u a time frame, I can no longer wait and put it aside. (Hence: stuff from China usually takes that long to arrive.) Anyhoo, the second time I ordered well over 100 bucks just to get the free express shipping and to my surprise, it actually arrived sooner than expected. 10 days to be exact. 10/31-11/10. DHL DELIVERY. All items were as pictured. The quality of all my shirts were good. There weren't any washing instructions or even a brand tag on most of the shirts. Kinda weird. Lol. Well, I washed them in my washer, but on hand wash setting and luckily the shirts didn't shrink at all. I did not use the dryer, just to be on the safe side. Some of my shirts did have a very tiny tag below that said, "dry clean only." I didn't wash those of course. Every piece I washed were hung dry. Anyways, I don't believe all reviews on here are fake. I do believe everyone like myself, who didn't get their orders AS EXPECTED were very frustrated. Especially if it was an item as a gift or for an important event. What makes it worse is when they added a false advertisement that said," ships within 24 hrs!" Haha! Other than shipping weren't AS EXPECTED, their clothings are very trendy and affordable. Qualities are good. Most clothings are one size tho. Made for a typical Asian. Lol. So definitely make sure the measurements fit you. If you're patient and are willing to wait it out for affordable trendy pieces with good qualities... shop here. HOPE THIS HELPS!

I love SheInside since they are so accurate with sizing. I'm really picky about what fits me since I am so petite. All the products I've ordered thus far has fit me perfectly! The items that I ordered arrived here on the estimated arrival date and they were packaged very nicely and efficiently. No need for a large box if the clothes can fit in a small bag. The prices are very reasonably, especially someone for a college student. Gotta love it!

Yay, I just got my package yesterday, which was 3 days before the expected delivery date. It shocked me because after placing orders, I have read a lot of reviews that this site usually ships pretty late. I felt a little worried and annoyed. However, surprisingly, I got mine much sooner than I expected, which is good. :)) And here it comes, my cutest dress I have ever had. It's white with florals print, short leave. I love the design, so elegant and cute as the same time. I usually concern about sizes when I buy clothes online, but this dress comes with the exact size, which give me no reasons to return. I LOVE IT. The price was on sale, only $19 something... With the same amount of money, I couldn't find the same kind of great design and comfortable material in any stores to be honest, not even Forever21 or so... Winter is coming, I also looked for something warm to wear, like a hoodie or sweater, but I didn't find anything that I like at any stores. So, I also looked on Sheinside, and yup... I found one... I was white long sleeve sweatshirt with hood and side pocket. The thing that actually caught my eyes was the unique and cool looking design. You know, normal sweatshirt are kind of boring, nothing impressive. However, the one I got has a few gold button down from the neck with zipper underneath. The button line doesn't go straight down, but it goes a little sidelong to the right. It doesn't go all the way through but it goes half way through. Anyway, I don't know if you can imagine it or not, but go on the website and check it out :) The cotton material is warm. With that $23, I think I'm ready for winter ;) And, it's white too, so it's easy to mix with other pieces. I think I will find Christmas presents for my sisters and nieces here too. People, especial girls, go check this site out. Some people my have bad experience about it, I'm sorry to here that, but I truly had good experience, so I just thought I should share.
