I have never seen preorder services onsite but I believe that designers and makers of women clothes know the industry. I'm having the exact same problems as I have just read on this page! I wish I would have read here first, I would never have ordered. I ordered a couple items and spent the extra to get free shipping (one more dress over paying for shipping... worth it) My order keeps saying its being processed... It was meant to be here in 3-5 days. Its been a week and when I msged them, I seem to have gotten a generic reply. They told me 2 of the items are on backorder... That they need to make a new batch. That was never told to me when I ordered. When I asked if I could cancel the two items so that the rest could ship... I was told no. Maybe all of this should be communicated to the client. I ordered with three weeks until my vacation but now I am being told it won't make it here until after I get back. And the online help (because there is no phone number where you can call and talk to a person) is generic. I don't think it's a real person. I keep getting the same line each time I ask something new. I will never ever order from here again, I'm so disappointed as I was really looking forward to the dresses I had ordered.

** Update When I spoke with "Kevin" online. He told me my order was UNPAID when I said it wasn't... I was told to go find a confirmation number from paypal... So it shows its been paid on their site, its being processed, and they are waiting for two items... but it's not paid!? This website is a total scam.

I can't respond about the actual clothing because my order still hasn't shipped. Ordered a week ago with express shipping and after talking with an agent, my order still hasn't been "prepared well." Grammatically and logistically it makes absolutely no sense. All I was told is that they hope I can understand but there's no shot it will be shipped soon. Also, the customer service rep was rude and just kept on saying he will cancel my order. I obviously spent time searching the site to pick out items, I WANT THEM. This is literally the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Not sure if the clothes will be worth it.

I love all the style in sheinside. However, the shipping is horrible! It never ships on time whenever I order my stuff. My friend who ordered with standard shipping was one week faster than my express shipping. I tried to contact the customer service and let them knows my problem because it is not the first time. The girl who answer my problem said they can't do anything to fix it. And now, I order my stuff two weeks ago and it still processing and I have no idea why! I hope both of my packages that I ordered recently can ship faster.

This is, hands down, the best of Anthro's early fall release dresses. I picked one up today and I'm thrilled to review it, I think it's really a great little number!
The Good - Though it seems voluminous in the photos, it really has to be seen and tried on to be appreciated. The fabric is a heavy stretch jacquard which has a fantastic way of holding you in and also skimming over curves at the same time. It's NOT nearly as poufy in person/on you and the skirt is so well proportioned that it will hit most figures at a flattering place. The top fits great and has just enough curve to the higher neckline to be flattering even for the bustier among us who usually need a deeper scoop neckline to be visually slimming. This just... works!
Also good is the length. If you're on the shorter side, it still won't hit you right at the knee, just above it and for taller gals, it's a great lower thigh length. I've tried this on with boots and heels, tights and bare legs and each way it looks RIGHT.
I also love the red color, kind of a cinnibar red, easy for most people to wear and great for fall.

The processing of your order can take a few days, so make sure you have enough money in your account to make the purchase. The clothes run terribly small, too small for someone who wears size small clothing, so if you are buying for a tween, this might be a good place. My first blouse ripped up to the armpit on the left side my first time wearing it, and my fourth blouse had a hideous melted plastic looking line that will not wash out. The "sweaters" are see-through and the jewelry looks cheap. Any attempts at customer service will be met with broken English and poor punctuation.

Well after reading the reviews of this site I was hesitant about ordering the dress I had fallen in love with. I ordered and paid and to be honest I did not expect the dress to turn up after what so many people had said about this not working, that not working, then I could not be disappointed. I recently purchased a sweater from sheinside. I wanted a sweater that would look stylish and cozy since the weather is getting below freezing now. I bought the Purple Long Sleeve Vintage Geometric Print Knit Sweater and I absolutely love it! The fabric is very soft and it looks amazing. I personally did not have any issues with shipping and received my sweater within a decent amount of time.
I also absolutely love sheinside's point system. I am a college student and always looking to save money. Each dollar spent at sheinside is turned into a one-cent credit, which can be redeemed on future orders. I think this is a great program and I am sure now that I have started shopping on sheinside these points will add up and save me some money.

Also, the customer service was amazing! They were able to help with some choices, and when I had questions they were really nice about answering everything. Overall they were really helpful for me. The prices were great, much cheaper than comparable things at other stores like Lord and Taylor or Nordstrom, or even the other local stores around me. I also bought some jewelry from this site, which was delivered really fast, and my wife loved it. She's been wearing it for quite a while now, and it has been really durable and still looks great. I have gotten many compliments from people when wearing them. They're a very good price and haven't had any damage done so far. I order them only around 5 days ago and have gotten two days ago. I also suggested others to buy them and once they had gotten them my friends and family started loving them too.

I am very DISAPPOINTED to say that my first order with this site is a BAD EXPERIENCE.
When i was shopping the site proposed me to add one more item into my basket, so that I pay more than 100 $ and get a free express shipping, which was supposed to be maximum in 8 working days. So for that reason i added one more item, only to get the express shipment. A confirmation email was send to me saying that maximum in 7 working days I would have an update. After 9 working days i did not received any update and most important i did not received yet my order. The site answered to my question by saying that i should know that this is a busy season and that they are still PREPARING my order. They do not even said when I will eventually get it, but only that it wont arrive next week either and when they will have news the will inform me by an email and that I also should wait patiently. They also proposed me a 25% discount as a compensation so that i shop more.
So the promised maximum 8 working days became already at leas 14... and possibly more.
Now I have to by one more red dress as I actually ordered in only becouse of a special ocasion for the next week. Excellent!
Definitely i cannot recommend this site for shopping, bad service and most important their official statements are simply not true.

The customer service agent tried to help and did what was possible for him to do, no complains what so ever about the agents job, they are trying to do their best. All the complains and the bad review is addressed directly to the company administration.
Also it is not possible to place a negative comment on the site, they do not upload them.

My wife picked out a couple of shirts on this website and I ordered them for her birthday. I had no issues receiving the products on time, but I ordered quite a ways in advance. She was extremely happy with her purchase and has already picked out a few more items for her wishlist. And I was very happy with the price, so it was definitely a win win situation.
