This site has a lot of great clothes at a really good price. Their selection is huge and they carry a lot of sizes. Nothing I wanted was out of stock. I submitted an order and received it on time. The clothes are good quality and definitely worth the money. Their website provides very accurate descriptions of the clothing, sizes are perfect, and the pictures are too and accurate. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. They claim that they ship things out within 7 business days, so I waited over 10 before doing something. I sent a message to customer service and we chatted online. He claimed that I did not even pay for the merchandise I purchased, even though I have email proof saying the website received my payment.

So, I went to paypal and opened a dispute on the company. I sent him e-mail proof of that via the transaction ID and he immediately said that my order would be cancelled and my money would be returned to me in a few days. So, naturally, since customer service told me my money would be returned to me (I have proof of this too because they have a button where you can e-mail the conversation to yourself), I went out and bought a new coat from a RELIABLE company.

The next day I get an e-mail from paypal saying sheinside had responded to my dispute. They said they were getting ready to ship it and money could not be returned to me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY CAN'T KEEP THEIR STORY STRAIGHT AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING!

I'd like to return my sheinside merchandise once it gets here because the coat from the other company will probably be of better quality, but their return process is probably a nightmare and I will never see my money again.

Moral of the story? Don't trust this company or shop here. It's a sketchy company.

I ordered on 16/11 and got confirmation email. After a week, i got no responds from them so i emailed them for an update. They replied me "the best-seller is also easily to be in short supply, the factory needs custom-make a batch.". Alright. I wait! After another week, i got no updates again and i wrote them to ship out anything on their hands first as i am from Hong Kong that it takes only 1 day to reach me. ( i'd asked first if they were shipping from China and they said so.)
1/12 Dana said she will ship out to me in that day, but she didnt. So i wrote again for only a tracking number as they already mentioned of all the items is well prepared and only waiting for courier to go pick up. The next day, as i expected, no tracking, nothing.

This website is soo horrible, everything seems so cute and easy to ship when you buy it and it also makes it seem like you'll be able to received it within the week but then after a few days you realise that on their website it says 5-7 days of processing time which again its a lie, it has been 12 days and still no sign! They dont even let you write reviews on their website and when you ask on live chat it repeats the answer saying "its a busy season" blah blah a total scam! I should have known!
