I am literally in love with this site. Clothes have always been my weakness and this amazing website has a wide variety of them. I have shopped from this site numerous
Times. Whenever I open this site I end up shopping something. I have told my cousin about this site and she also can't resist shopping. The prices are also very reasonable. What I also like about them is they often has this amazing sale which makes the stuff very cheap to buy. The build quality of clothes is superb. They also have great service and customer support. My entire experience with Sheinside has been awesome and I will surely recommend this site to my friends.

I really love Sheinside.com and I don't understand why people have problem with such an amazing site here you always gets amazing products at much lower price than market I recently ordered a pink jacket from Sheinside.com and truly I gets my tracking number within day and my item delivered just in five days for that I truly thanks to Sheinside.com you give me such an amazing services. I ordered my item 2 weeks ago, and it hasn't even been shipped. I'm so annoyed, I really liked the products on the site but after seeing how poor the shipping process is i am definitely staying away until its improved upon. I actually wanted to buy some more things but I'm not going to anymore because i might never get it. First and last time I'm using this site.

As a shopping addict on a tight budget, I am grateful for stores like SheInside. I can't account for the differences between my experience with the store and other people reviewing on here—but I've been buying my clothes from them for quite a while now and will keep doing so. I like that they have a large selection and that their merchandise is affordable. I placed my order recently for an outfit for my work's Christmas party and I'm excited that I could afford something that looks nice and that I know will fit me comfortably. I'm bummed that other shoppers on here didn't have the most stellar experience ‘cause I really do love my clothes from SheInside.

Buyers beware

Buyers beware. This company is located in China. Shipping is very very very slow. When they say on their website that it might take 28 days believe them. I have recently placed an order where it is suppose to ship in 3-5 days. After the site charged my credit card and waited for more than 2 weeks for the shipment nothing arrived. I finally contacted them via on line chat and found out even after they charged my card for more than 2 weeks they are still processing my order (which by the way they informed me some of the item I order were not in stock). Despite that they still charged me for items they don't even have in stock! This site's conduct is fraud like. I rarely write a review about website but feel compelled to share my recent experience. I am now fighting to get my money back! (I placed the order the day after Thanksgiving, it's now Dec 14. I am out almost $100 and never received anything.)

I love dresses, so I was happy to find this fashion shopping site. The variety of dresses is wide, with casual and dressy styles. Every length is represented: mini-maxi, and in between. The silhouettes range from ultra-fitted bodycon dresses to girlish flared skirts. There is truly something for everyone.

The photographs are wonderful, showing front, back and side views so a shopper can see exactly what she is buying. The website also has a "Style Gallery" feature that allows customers to upload their own photos of a given item--great for seeing the dress on a typical woman rather than a professional model! Zoom in to see details of an item before making a purchase. The site is quite user-friendly with easy search and navigation.

My favorite dress on the site is a unique version of the "little black dress." The Black Long Sleeve Scalloped Dress (#*******) has a fitted bodice and sleeves with a flared skirt. The wide, square neckline is scalloped, as is the hem of this short dress. It's perfect for a dinner date or any time classic elegance is called for.

Here we go again, I have been waiting over a month for several orders and not a single one has been shipped. No tracking, nothing. They claim it has been shipped but theres no way to track it even when I paid extra for shipping. I will NEVER SHOP HERE again.
I am SO FED UP. All items are horrible quality and not like the photos on the site at all. They just steal the designs from other companies and do them with cheap fabrics and it is all awful and you never get the clothing like THE PHOTOS, it is all smaller, and horrible quality.

I've spent over $300 dollars and it was a WASTE! DO NOT SHOP HERE, IT IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!

I love love love this place! They have everything you need for any occasion. From dressy to casual, you need it they have it (and at amazing prices.) I was worried that to find something in my price range would either be impossible or nothing I liked would be there. Thankfully that was not the case! I got the most amazing shoes... for less than $50! (I added a picture so you can see the awesomeness!)
The site is very easy to use and navigate which is great. The checkout process is painless as well. If you are looking for great quality at great prices this is the site you need to go to. You will not be disappointed!

The dress arrived after 2 months of waiting and the dress is totally different from the picture. The sequin were so bad that it cut my skin. The colour is totally wrong. It's in a bright cheap looking pink. The zip at the back is not even working because the sewing is so bad that once unzip, the sequin will fall off. Literally short dress as well. The dress is not worth the price. The waiting time is 2 months which is very unacceptable! Poor customer service as well. Sent 3 times emails to chase after my parcel! All they can do is to ask me to check with Royal Mail myself. I will never shop with sheinside again and would not recommend it to my friends too.

I am totally surprised to see so many negative reviews here, as I've only had a truly great and satisfying experience with them. I didnt have any problems with the order at all. My items shipped within 2 weeks which was what I expected, and it was exactly as pictured. The quality was good too! After seeing all the reviews here, I felt I need to come here and write a positive review in order to balance out all the negativity here. Since I was really satisfied with them. I would totally buy from them again in the near future.

I read SiteJabber with the full disclosure that the slow shipping might happen but was acquiesced to know that there is a Customer Service Rep that looks out for these. Now the same situation happened to me (surprise) where I placed my order 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive confirmation or a shipping notice. If you want to order, I wouldn't get anything that is time-sensitive -- I'll update if I never actually receive the order in the first place. Sheinside came to me as a recommendation from a reputable blogger site, I'm severely disappointed.

Edit 3/23 - After writing my initial review on SiteJabber, the team at Sheinside finally responded to my inquiries (actually 3 different people did) and the product finally had a tracking number. I've updated my review to reflect their communication - so I guess your best bet is to post here and they'll get back to faster than their website.

I personally have never had a problem ordering from this website at all. I have ordered for my wife over and over again since the website was opening not having one problem. I have also done a lot of Christmas shopping for my wife as well this year on this website. I mean I cannot beat the prices 80% off the exact stuff I would being going and paying 100+ for! If there was ever a problem to arise customer service was there to fix everything that I ever needed. They have so many deals for 20 % 50% 80 % I feel like I'm in heaven while I'm online shopping and I find websites offering discounted merchandise like this! The service is A+ The merchandise is A+ the Quality of the things that I have purchased have always been A+ as well! If you're a man looking to shop for your wife do it here. If you're a woman shopping for another woman for Christmas or just because this is the place to go! Guaranteed. You will not find another website that offers discounted good with such amazing customer service personal. Knowledgeable understanding and VERY VERY HELPFUL! This website is HORRIBLE! I ordered a dress last month and it said it would ship in six days. Here we are a month later and it's still "URGING SHIPMENT" I talked to online service and they said I'd have it within the next week, that was 2 weeks ago. So sick of this site don't even bother ordering something.

Living in Florida brings awesome benefits during fall and winter seasons. Mostly I enjoy not having to purchase large or heavy coats, and shopping for the cutest jackets of the season. There were two in particular that I ordered from this website, and I was pleased with my order once it arrived.

The first jacket was black leather that has went perfectly with a few of my dresses because it has the back cut out with sequencing gold chains to replace the material. I always receive compliments and people always think I paid way too much for it. My second jacket is denim and serves its part in complimenting my tan Timberland boots. This jacket is the total opposite of the leather, because it is longer and has a more relaxed feel.

To no surprise, I was charged less than $70 for two stylish jackets since almost everything on this sight is on sale. Both jackets were priced under $35 and I received a 25% discount on my order for registering with Facebook.

From past experiences I have learned to call customer service when dealing with a new online company. I call to confirm where the package will be shipping from, so I do not have any disappointments while awaiting arrival. This company ships their products from China, so I expected to wait a month before wearing my new jackets.

Overall I feel this company will save me hundreds of dollars, but I have to continually understand the package will not arrive with a week unless I pay an extra shipping fee.

About 4 weeks ago I visited sheinside.com for the first time and absolutely loved the clothing available. They had amazing deals and to be honest I had a hard time choosing which dress I wanted in that their was so many nice ones for a great price. I ended up making a few purchases and got myself a full set. I got an amazing leather belt that looks gorgeous with the denim jeans I got. I gotta admit these might be the most comfortable jeans I've ever gotten, I was a bit sketchy about ordering jeans in that other websites sent me the wrong size but not this site. :D I actually contacted customer support and asked for a promo code discount and kindly enough they set me right up. I love companies that actually care and help! They even sell costume jewelry! The holiday season is coming and they have sales galore so I'll spending a pretty penny this week. :D God bless and I hope this review helps everyone! :)

I bought A dress a month and a half ago and I have contacted the "online help" three times now and the only answer I have gotten is your package has been packaged well. This is so much bull$#*!! I am so annoyed every package in my eyes should be done to the shipment requirements! I am so so so disappointed in this company! I even payed to have it shipped faster, but here we are two months later and it says that it's still processing! GAH so stupid! I am so beyond annoyed with this whole website!

I ordered on Nov 26, and by Dec 12 had not received a shopping confirmation or my clothes. Customer service is not helpful, telling me my clothes would not even arrive by Christmas. Are you $#*!in kidding? When I spend money I expect to you know, maybe GET MY ITEMS. Longer than a month? Really? Are you knitting all of my items one by one? There is no excuse for it to take this long. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ZERO STARS. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE
