I am surprised by all the negative reviews as my experience with this company was a pleasant one! My order came in on time and I have no complaints about the quality. Customer service was excellent. After reading through some of the reviews, I was impressed by the prompt response of the company in righting their wrongs! That earns my respect and my repeat business because I know that If I'm ever not satisfied, they will make it right!

I would never recommend ordering anything from this site. My order was placed and paid on September 30,2014. It's been more than three months and I still have no answer and no clothes. I trusted in this company and i spend more than 200 dolares (221 $) and now i have no clothes or money. I have been in contact with online help from two months ago and they dont give me any answer, They just say be patient and check back in 1-2 days. I have visited my local post office and they have no information regarding a package with that tracking number, making me wonder if I will ever receive the package at all. I just want my money back, This is a scam. Like another girl said PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY ON THESE STORE!

Really good quality images and clear so it's easy to make a decision and know how the clothing will look on my body.
After booking and payment, the clothes are shipped within 24 hours. I get my order usually after 3-5 days which is excellent! The order comes neatly packed and properly protects the clothes so there is nothing to fear from.

Wow! Sheinside is very nice and trustworthy site... I purchased "Black White Long Sleeve Striped Backless" Dress and it's having very good quality.
I was in dilemma because they are having very nice collection of cloths but with help of my friends I was selected and purchased that sweat dress and they gave me a very fast delivery.

I saw an ad online one day in November for sheinside.com. I decided to check it out. What sold me on these clothes was the price. My sister and I love french bulldogs, and I saw the sweaters with navy and white stripes with a lace bottom, and it had a french bulldog on the front, and I knew I had to get one for me and for my sister! I ordered a few high neck sweaters, too. I really love my sweaters, and my sister loved her french bulldog sweater when I gave it to her for Christmas. It's the same quality of something you would get in Forever 21. I should tell you though, be patient with the shipping, it took one month to get to my house. Lucky for me, I do my Christmas shopping SUPER early!

An amazing website with so many beautiful clothes and jewellery. I loved everything about it, especially the intricate detailing and colouring of the gold winding hollow bracelet. It is a classic piece, easy on the eyes and can be used with so many outfits, both classy and casual. Affordable and professional with amazing turnarounds and the style gallery is a great feature that many sites lack. Overall a fine website with good products.
This website is a complete and utter SCAM! I put in my order on December 5th, 2014, it is now January 5,2015 and have yet to receive anything! I contacted what they call Customer Service, and I got a operator named "Kevin" who told me I should be getting my order in 5 days. When I ask "this person" for a contact # I get no response and they keep giving me the same message. Please be patient, we have recently had an influx of orders, we have no control of your package once its ships. That is not an EXCUSE! You are NOT talking to a real person, its a scam. When I check my tracking information it just says it left Canton. I don't even know where this is! I am beyond done with this order. I don't even want the jacket anymore, just want my money back, and a FULL REFUND! Including the item and shipping. Please listen to the other reviews! DON'T SHOP HERE! There are must better other discount places to shop!

These people are crooks! Don't waste your hard earned money on these terrible quality, too small, poorly packaged clothes. The customer service is terrible. I asked for a refund, and was asked to send pictures of the quality isssues. I did. The response went something like, "It looks fine to me. Want 5 dollars and you keep the clothes?" WHAT?! NO I DON'T WANT YOUR STINKY CLOTHES. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I am now going to every review site I can find so that the word gets out to never buy from these clowns.
Update: 1/31/15. So now the company has sent me a partial refund of my purchase. They also, very annoyingly, have been badgering me with emails, asking me to change my star review, and to write more positive things about them. WELL, they DID give me a partial 1/3 of purchase price, refund, after I started writing negative reviews of them online. But the emails I'm getting are super creepy, unwanted, stalkerish, and unnecessary. I won't change my star rating. It's my right as an American citizen to write my opinion on this and other websites to warn my fellow consumers of your foul company policies. Please stop contacting me.

I found loads cute items at unbeatable prices when I ordered from SheInside. It was hard to narrow down what I wanted to buy at first, but I ended up buying a cute white hollow lace top, a blue fitted blazer, and this cute yellow leopard print sweater… I must say it was a nice experience. This is my first time ordering from this site and it was horrible. I ordered this item in October and it is January and I still have not received it. It was supposedly delivered in November, but my package never arrived. I have been playing a run around with customer service and they continue to tell me to wait a few more days or they have blatantly ignored my emails. The customer service is horrible, the delivery speed is abysmal and the product quality is non-existent (since I have no product). They seem to be refusing to rectify the problem.

What a great experience! I was worried by the previous reviews but I did not have any issue with my order. The items arrived in a timely fashion and they were exactly as described. From order to delivery took a little less than three weeks but it was worth the wait to get my adorable clothes! Everything arrived in time for me to wrap for Christmas gifts.My birthday is coming up and I will be shopping here again and treating myself!
NEVER AGAIN. Items are cute but are way too short and sizing is not reliable. Some small some large. Order took 22 days to arrive. But 1 item was shipped separately. Still have not received last item 30 days after placing order. No response from online service. No email response from online service. Trying to return items that are too short. No response from service for return label.

I am so exited to tell everyone the SheInside is on of the best. I think they try to provide their best.My wife also happy with his item, SO i recommended to every one,
I never know what to get my granddaughters for christmas and birthdays. A friend of mine recommended SheInside' website a couple months ago and I've gotten some great feedback from them. Instead of, "thanks" I'm hearing, "thank you so much grandpa! I love it". I love how easy the site is to use and the prices. The customer service is fantastic; the first time I ordered it took a little longer than it should have. I called in and the representative was able to find out I had entered my address wrong.
Ordered a green maxi dress from the site and when it arrived it looked exactly like it did on the site. The size guide was really accurate so I actually got something that fitted, not something that said it would fit and was then way too small or way too big.
The delivery period was as stated on the site which surprised me as many sites promise to deliver uber quickly and the items never arrive in time. I ordered the dress in October so I would have it in time for Christmas and New Year and got it in November.
Really happy with the site and would definitely use them again!
I have two little girls who absolutely are deeply in love with Disney World. My husband and have been taking our girls annually since my oldest turned two, and see no end in sight. We were just there for two weeks this past November. With all if that being said, I am constantly looking for clothes that I can coordinate for the perfect family photo. My girls are always adorned in their Disney Princess dresses, my husband likes to wear his Mickey shirt, but for me I want more than just a shirt and a pair of ears. I will most definitely be returning in the near future. I can't wait to try these on our next trip to Florida. I will definitely be ready for our annual family photo in front of the castle.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
