I recently ordered a green halter backless maxi dress for my wife and wanted to commend you on such a fantastic job! Ordering was simple and quick without any trouble. The dress arrived in amazing timing and was exactly what I ordered. What an incredible deal this was for such a beautiful dress. When I first saw her with the dress on I was blown away. It fit stunningly and she stated it was the most comfortable backless dress she had ever worn. Thank you for such a beautiful and quality product, your prices are unbelievable. I placed my order in OCTOBER 2014. It is now January 2015 and I still have no idea where my package is. I talked to customer service 4 times. One of the operators called "Taylor" (Although I doubt that is their real name since the company originates from China) promised to reply to me in 2 days, but I never got a reply and had to contact customer service AGAIN. I asked for a refund but the customer service said they can only refund 80% of my order price, which was worth more than $100. So I have been waiting for 4 months now and I'm wondering if I'll ever get the clothes at all. Do not waste your time and money on this website!

I purchased several sweaters and a dress from sheinside recently. Since i'm in the US, shipping took a while, but relatively fast considering it's international shipping. They have a large range of products so it was very difficult to choose from their many designs although it was a very fun experience. I'm very happy with the material and designs of the clothing that have arrived. Everything is made exactly like the photographs that they provided online and it's at an extremely reasonable price! Very happy with my purchase!

I have to say, I am pretty impressed with Sheinside. I do not usually buy clothing online but a friend recommended it when I told her that I've always thought she has great style.
There are some really great deals on the website. My favorite purchase was the "Blue Round Neck Striped Dipped Hem Pleated Dress". It fit me really well and I got so many compliments on it! Overall, I found the clothing to be of good quality, reasonably priced and extremely fashion forward.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Ordered Christmas present on 12/15 with expedited delivery, which they claim is 3-5 days delivery. Website states: "*Please allow at least up to 24 business hours (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process and ship your order." I contact Sheinside via online chat on 12/22 and was told "your package is waiting to be shipped out, and the address needs to be printed, normally 3-5 days later, it will be shipped out, dont worry and we also have told our shipment department to be quick". Not only was it a week later but I requested he rush my delivery and overnight it in time for Christmas.
After telling them it is a Christmas present and it should not take this long he responded with "i know you are worried but please understand us during this peak season, we have so many orders to deal with so it cause the delay, we will be quick". This is on 12/22... When I asked when it would actually ship he says 26 December... WTF?! 4 days later and AFTER the holiday?! After I just told him I need it as a Christmas present? He stopped replying to my questions after that.

12/26 came and went and still hadn't shipped. 12/29 I emailed again and he said "can you please tell me if you still need you order? Once you said to us you need it by Xmas, we were not sure about it, so we held it off waiting for your reply so do you want us to ship it right away? Please reply asap " Are you kidding?! I told him to SHIP NOW and refund shipping. Finally a reply Jan. 3 that it will ship 1-2 days. OMG. Order finally ships Jan. 6.

Did a chargeback on the $15 shipping charge and my bank promptly refunded me. Will never do business with this company again.

They gained so much momentum by paying bloggers to review products and making a big social media campaign. It also looks like their employees make a lot of fake 5* reviews on a lot of review sites and on their own website. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

For an international store, they should hire people with foreign language skills. Not just English, since they clearly have a lot of international orders and not one person makes a lick of sense in their "customer service" responses.

I bought the long sleeve backless bodycon dress in black for New Year's Eve. I LOVE it! So sexy. It fits really well and the long sleeves balance out the short length of the dress. The sparkly black material is perfect for a party or celebration. I got compliments on it all night. 5 stars!

If you're looking for an efficient, reliable, and ACCURATE online clothing retailer then SheInside is by far your best bet. We all know the excitement that stirs when waiting for that new top or that new pair of shoes, but sadly we also know the cruel disappointment when opening an order just to find that it's not quite what we thought it was...

You will not meet that disappointment when you purchase from SheInside. The website alone offers an amazing collection, clear photos of their products, and even accurate and extremely detailed descriptions of each product. Their prices are fantastic, and I have yet to browse their growing collection without seeing huge sales across the board. The icing on the cake? FREE SHIPPING

I recently purchased a pair of boots from SheInsider and was very satisfied each step of the way. It was difficult to make a decision with so many options. Every pair of shoes in their line offers such a great description right down to the type of material inside, outside, on the sole, style, and season. Also, each product has individual reviews from customers who have previously purchased the item(s).

Ordering from this site is pretty fun - you get 20% off your 1st order, 50% off if you refer friends, and even a points system to earn future discounts by uploading photos or sharing your purchase on Facebook (which we all do anyway, admit it). "Be aware if purchasing from this company...
I have made one purchase through Sheinside within the past year. My first purchase went relatively well.
This is my second and third orders. I was supposed to receive 25% off of my orders, which I did not get. I have had to file a claim through paypal since I have been charged full price for my items. I have sent couple of emails but still no news from the customer service. I ask for the 25% refund or a cancellation. That's horible, they are not honest at all. The put a wrong price on paypal to justify they roberries... I will not be shopping here again. Shocking. Shame on you.

I purchased a red jemstone tassel necklace and am in love with it! It's a gorgeous pinky red colour and gives a real POP when I wear black tops or dresses. I've received many compliments about it and a couple of other accessories I've bought off Sheinside in the past. I've had no problems with ordering or delivery online- all very simple and straightforward. If you're after some gorgeous jewellery at extremely affordable prices, look no further! I'd also say the quality is great and I've no issues with the clasp or strength of the necklace. The only problem is trying to stop my sister from borrowing it!

I bought a coat from here that said "ships within 24hours" but was shipped 4 days later. I paid extra for express shipping so it would arrive in 3-5 days as I am going overseas but it has been over 2 weeks and I haven't receievd it. When I contaced the company they told me they couldn't help me and they altered the shipping time and accused me of being mistaken (thankfully I had taken a screenshot of it before). The whole experience has been terrible and I will never buy from here again. It may be cheap, but it's not worth the risk!

I don't even know where to begin, I placed an order on November 14,2014, but it processed the next day (not my payment, that came out immediately). After a few weeks of urging shipment, I contacted customer service who gave me a very generic response and told me that my item would be shipped within 5 days. 5 days passed, I still had no information on the shipping and contacted customer service again... same generic response in extremely broken English. The item finally shipped, but by this time I had actually moved and now the item is apparently lost in the forwarding process. I've been told numerous times that I can have my money refunded, but when I actually asked for this to be done, I was basically told to contact my local post office about this. I had fortunately already done this and knew that the package was lost and that it was the sender's responsibility to refund me the money. The only way I get a response is by posting on their facebook page and via facebook message. Very unprofessional, very unorganized, a website that I will never use again and will urge all of my friends to avoid at all costs.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I bought three dresses on this site and paid $15 dollars for express shipping. On the site the express shipping says 2-3 days. My order didn't come for TWO AND A HALF WEEKS. I tried sending emails, using their online help, and received emails like "don't worry dear your order will ship soon".

After finally receiving my order, one of the dresses was falling apart. I tried to contact them for a shipping label and a week later I still had no response from them. To say that the customer service for this site is a joke wouldn't even scratch the service.

So I repeat, NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

I must say that "SHEINSIDE" has been the best ever online purchasing experience for me. The best thing I loved was the over delivery of my product. The time was of 15 days but I was amazed to get my product shipped within 5 days. Moreover, the discounted rates helped a lot in saving my money and allowing me buying more products.

I couldn't be happier. I bought a dress as a gift for a lady friend of mine. It was even better than I expected. It arrived on time and was nicely packaged. Beyond all that, it was such a good deal. Are you kidding me? Wow! I went online shopping for a dress to wear to a cocktail party and found a beautiful long sleeve gray backless dress. I couldn't believe the price,,,,$17.99, no way too good to be true, but it is true. I ordered the dress, it fits beautifully, and the shipping arrived exactly when they said it would. I was amazed at the quality, but better yet, all of my friends wanted to know where I purchased it. When I told the Sheinside, they grabbed their phones at the party and ordered. Well, do yourself a favor and check this place out.
