Anyway I ended up buying this black long sleeve backless dress as it seemed so my thing and I was really pleased when it arrived! IT does fit really well, the fabric is good and I did rock at my birthday as I wanted!

Really easy to communicate with the sellers, got a confirmation of my order in the same day and the shipping was made within a very reasonable time!
So I will totally buy again as I couldn't be happier with the service, the prices and the pretty items.

Awful company. Don't bother getting expedited shipping because it comes the same time the regular shipping does. The quality is awful as well. "Kevin" says that it would be at my house in 5-6 days, it got to me a week after they said it would. Definitely not ordering again. Oh and another thing, 1 dresss is way too big and another is way too small. Both are mediums and my sister couldn't fit into the tighter medium and she wears a Small and Extra small.

SheInside is an amazing online shop. This is the second time I am buting clothes from this site and I have the same testimony. The quality of clothes I ordered and expected was exactly what I got. The site is very user friendly. I picked the Items I needed and payment was fast. The products where delivered right on time. I recommend SheInside for efficiency, Speedy Delivery and Quality Product.

SheInside.com is the best online shop for womens vintage style clothing. I enjoy wearing vintage and retro styles and have receive several compliments on the "Red Flouncing Knit Skirt" and also on the "Green Floral Print Puff Skirt". The prices are competetive and there is ALWAYS a sale. Plus they offer free returns but believe me when I say that you WILL NOT want to return your items because they are so very nice and all measurements are provided on the site so you can be assured of a proper fit. I am so glad I found this site.

I had bought the Purple Floral Sunglasses and they were beautiful, I also bought a pair for my mom and sisters. The quality is just absolutely amazing for the price! When I ordered mine then I just loved there checkout system, you just click an item and it adds it to your cart. Then I received a confirmation email of my order and it was set. I was so exited and they definitely reached higher than my expectations! After I had received mine it was so perfect that I had to buy a pair for my mom and she absolutely fell in love with it so then I bought a pair for my sisters and they bought it for there friends and now we are just all in love with it! The quality is just absolutely amazing for what you pay for it though, amazing.

Just received a coat, the quality of the material is to be expected as woolen polyester but it looks like it was sent through a washer and dryer multiple times. Seams don't match up and are stretched. Needless to say, I decided to return the coat. When searching for how to return the item I discovered that I needed to place a return order tracking number and link after I returned the item. I was confused about the return process so I started a chat with the online help team. Well, to say that the "help" on the other end of the chat was condescending is not saying enough.

I was informed that I ordered my items off www.sheinside.com NOT us.sheinside.com so I did not qualify for free returns. Please see picture attached of the conversation... I apparently was not "paying attention" enough. I could not believe a customer service agent was telling a paying customer to pay attention. Completely out of line in my opinion. However, all the links the man sent me to clarify the return policy directed me to us.sheinside.com return policy webpage which states clearly "free returns". When I asked for the www.sheinside.com return policy link he sent me a link that directed me right back to us.sheinside.com's return page and a picture of a return policy typed out. Finally the man said they would give me "a free return shipping label this time." When he asked what items I wanted to return I told him the coat and he said "only this one?" I said yes, I hadn't received the other items in my order. I was then told that I could wait till I received them all and then contact them! I think I can make that decision on my own? And based on reviews of how long their shipping can take I didn't want to wait around for that order till I got my refund on the coat.

My experience has been unbelievable... After requesting what I would think is reasonable information (a link to the page I apparently ordered from for the return policy) and not being able to produce it and then being told I should just wait and contact them another time? Also, after reviewing the webpage I have realized there is no phone number to speak with customer service agents over the phone, this is a red flag in my opinion. It should be noted that I am still not able to access the webpage www.sheinside.com. Try it yourself...

I am not usually very big on buying clothes online because the experiences I have had are mostly negative. However, SheInside has caused me to rethink my perception of buying online. I recently purchased some clothes for myself and my husband - and I was satisfied with the order! Firstly, the clothes were great prices. I love my Khaki Round Neck Pleated Dress! Thank you Sheinside.com! This dress is as exactly as was advertised and for a good price too. I was so excited when I found a blanket scarf for buy one get one free. Upon checking out there was nothing confirming the BOGO sale, but I proceeded with the order. I never received a confirmation e-mail so I wasn't sure if my order had even been received. Only a few days later I did receive an e-mail with the tracking number however both scarves were not included in the package. I spent a long time talking to customer service on-line and they told me it was buy one scarf get a piece of jewelry for free, this was never even mentioned when I ordered. So now I was not only screwed out of my free scarf but the so called free jewelry too. I'm waiting on my shipment still but am so frustrated with how horrible this customer service is and their unwillingness to help out

When I ordered from SheInside, it went perfectly. My gorgeous black spaghetti-strap crop top came with my adorable high-waisted shorts. The material was high-quality - I looked like i spent hundreds of dollars. It was basically a steal. The compliments came rolling in, and honestly, I will always buy from this website. Why spend fifty dollars on one crop top when you can get five from SheInside for the same price and quality?
