I ordered a dress for my wife for a friend's birthday party. Initially I was apprehensive about whether the color and fitting of the dress would be as shown in the picture. But the day it arrived, my wife checked it out and it was even better. She turned out looking like a star at our friend's birthday. All thanks to sheinside. It is the best online shopping site that delivers what it promises and at affordable rates. It has the collection of the trendiest clothes and once you shop from here, you will never get tired. It is the best online shopping experience.
Ordered over 100 us dollars of merchandise with expedited shipping. Order was split into two parcels. I received the first one three days later. I was happy with the three items I received.
But now it's three weeks later, over three complaints to their customer ssrvice, and my package still isn't on it's way. Although they pretend to be nice and helpful, I was lied to. They keep telling me to be patient because the shipping company has my package. But I called fed ex myself and they don't have it.
Absolutely a fraud, I have been scammed.
So I ordered two items for a wedding that's on Thursday 8/13 Today is 8/6. Will I get my items before or on 8/12? I really need to know so that I can cancel my order. After reading all of these bad reviews I kind of want to cancel my order. I've dealt with a website similiar to this one so I know they can refund. If I don't get an answer or am being ripped off I will leave a bad review.

This is one of my favorite places to buy new clothes. It is inexpensive, the clothes are constructed well the the designs are perfect. My latest purchase was for a White Short Sleeve High Low T-Shirt dress. I bought a Large sized white one. I love how versatile it is as I can were it with skirts, leggings and jeans. It has a great fit (true to size) and I received it on time.
I am a HUGE fan of this site, they always have deals and their customer service is great!
All the clothes and jewelry i've gotten from there are amazing quality and even a privet carrier delivers my items

I ordered a few different summer tops for my girlfriend from Sheinside that I know she had her eye on. Shipping was so fast and easy, plus the prices are very reasonable. She was really blown away by the quality of the clothes I ordered. I would definitely recommend clothes from SheInside to anyone looking for a simple way to order great clothes online.
Following my last review on the wrong item bring sent and poor service recovery thereafter, the retailer has since relented to my insistence on having the correct product being sent to me free of charge.
They have also offered me a discount for further purchases.
I thought it is only fair to out a closure to this episode.
Would I make another purchase from this website again? I am not sure at this stage.

I lie to shop online. For the first time I've purchased a dress from Sheinside and i am totally satisfied with their service. My product was delivered in time. They put a reasonable price for the product and the product quality was very good. I ordered my item and it was shipped in time. The entire process is so much impressive. My wife's birthday was just on July 23rd (mine on the 24th), and she had a bunch of items on her list from SheInside.com. She's big into blogging and all that fashion stuff, and gave me a detailed list of the things she wanted, along with the color and sizes lol. Of course, being the husband I am, I got everything for her. She loved everything she received... er... picked out for herself. We have a vacation and planned and I actually picked out one thing for her (White Halter Backless Floral Print Maxi Dress) which she loved. I thought it would be great for dinner on the beach. Overall I am thrilled with the purchase. The ordering was easy, shipping was quick, and the quality was good... plus she just looked great in every outfit. I ordered 4 items of clothing from the site and chose express shipping because I needed it really soon. All the items I chose were supposed to shipped out within 24 hours as the site stated. When I tracked my order, I noticed my order was split into 2 and I received my first 2 clothing items within 3 days which was super fast and not expected which I'm happy about. My second 2 items came about a week and a half later due to those being popular items. Overall I'm satisfied with my order and the items were as shown on the website. Will be ordering again soon.

This is my first time using there service and i am glad i found them. Mostly my regular shop takes atleast 1 revision for making my custom dress perfect but here is differet i orderd 3 custom dress and all are perfect in first shot thanks to sheinside.com will use again

Absolutely adore these shoes! I have purchased two so far, pink and two black. It was so easy to place order on this site, I got my shoes on time and am happy about that. The first ordered pair was black(7.5), I actually ordered a half size bigger because I was concerned about the fit. Boy was I wrong, they are true to size, ended up giving my sister this pair since she liked them so much and ordered myself two more in a 7. They are very fashionable and comfortable, perfect for spring and summer! So far the pink colored flats are my favorite, such a vibrant & cute color.
I am in the UK and I bought 2 items.
Quick delivery but the xl jeans were small and short enough to fit a 10 year old... I am a size 12 and the batwing 'dress' was short enough to fit above my backside.
I am furious!
To make things worse, refunding is the hardest thing known to man as you have to upload pics of item, find the invoice, find, the refund link and find way to get the address to send it back! When I eventually got everything sorted to send, it was a whopping
£10.30 delivery cost to China

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands
Answer: Hi SHEIN takes about 2 to 3 weeks if your from the uk or USA and Ive order a few things from and the clothes are amazing Im from the uk but if youre from any where else it might take longer
Answer: Do not waste your money on this website, they are very disrespectful, and they do not help their customers. It was one of the worst shopping experiences ever.
Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Answer: Whatever you do, don't order anything from this site. The shipping took 3 weeks, even after I had paid for express shipping. Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
