SM H... I can't take it... I placed an order on 08/16/15 and the money was taken out my account ASAP. I still have not received my order yet... it's been 10 days. I checked the website and my order is still processing... why? I chatted with a customer service rep about my order last week and was told it takes 5-7 days to process and ship... PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK...
I ordered my dress on Aug 15 and it said it shipped on Aug 17 and I still haven't received them and I need them for my vow renewal ceremony on Sat Aug 29. If it needs to be tailored I need it like now. There is no way to teach it. I need to know if I need to go out and look for another dress. Please help!
I absolutely adore my new clutch from SheInside! It's pink and perfectly accented with a gold clip and you could never tell what a bargain I got for the price (called the "Pink Fashion Envelope PU Clutch Bag"). First off, the customer service is beyond horrible! They will wait until you complain to focus on your order. My order sat in the warehouse for 5 days before it finally shipped but on the website its says ships in 24 hrs when you add the item to you're cart. LIES! I had to find SiteJabbar in order to get a response from someone from Sheinside. Secondly, Ladies if you are on the curvy & busty side DO NOT BOTHER they're clothes run small. Im not gonna send my 2 items back because Im pretty much done with this company. I dont want the hassle. I ordered a dress for a wedding that I am attending labor day weekend. This dress was ordered the first week of August and was "processing" until August 21st. I have had a terrible time trying to contact someone from customer service. My order now says that is has been shipped and the fedex site has said that the label is being created. This has been the status since Friday the 22nd. After contacting fedex today they said that they have not even physically received my package yet. I will be very disappointed if my order does not come in time for my event. Worst experience I have ever had. DO not order from this company.

I did received the refund for an order I canceled more than a week after I canceled the order. The second dress got lost/damaged in the mail, and they sent me a new one... So I guess I will give it 2 stars.

I orderd $60 dollars or so worth of clothes two to three weeks ago. It still hasn't came yet. The FedEx tracker is super vague it only says label created and nothing else. I wanted so badly for this site to work out because they have really cute stuff for reasonable prices but shipping is taking forever and I feel I've been scammed. The skirt I ordered was delivered on time and even earlier than expected. I love the feel of the fabric and the print on the fabric. It's very comfortable. I usually wear it with a plain black tank top and pantyhose.
The zipper is easy to slide and doesn't get stuck while sliding it, It's a super quality zipper. I usually wear it to work and when I go shopping.
I have a difficulty finding something to fit me perfect as I run between S and M, I ordered the S and it fits perfect.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. Every item ordered was available for "24 hour shipping". The next day, as expected, I received a shipping notification with tracking information, however, when I went to track the order, all it said was that a label had been created. Fast forward 2 weeks. I've checked with FedEx every day to see if the tracking info has updated and (big surprise) it hasn't. I've been back and forth with the company the entire time and the only response i receive from them EVERY SINGLE TIME is 'do not worry your package has shipped". Never an actual response to my questions. I'd suggest you avoid this site at all costs. I know I will in the future.

I am really pleased by shein.com customer services. They are really fast while delivering their products and i got my products before the time they actually mentioned.
Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
