I came across the Shein app on my iphone and decided to try to try it since I saw so many positive user reviews. The shipping took a while because the company is based out of Hong Kong even though the app gave you an impression that they are US based. When I finally received my items I couldn't believe how different they looked in person verses on their website /social media blogger reviews. The inseam is uneven, the material is very cheap, the lace/crochet is on the verge of falling apart, the inside liners are all wrinkled (not from shipping, mind you, but from being sewn unevenly), the zippers are crooked, the sleeves/shoulders don't line up. One of the dresses I bought even had unhemmed edges! Mind you I was concerned about the quality in the first place, so I diligently checked the photos of every single item from the user reviews. I made sure not to purchase any item that didn't have user review photos. Unfortunately, I think Shein either has staff post photos or they send high quality items to their reviewers in the first place.
Now I have to look into returning 5 items days after receiving them. According to their App, I would have call their customer service first, then package everything up in its original packaging (plastic bags), PAY for shipping myself, and also somehow ensure the package arrives back to them within 30 days. :( This is just a whole lot of trouble for NOTHING. Great! Now I'm supposed to look for the plastic bags I tore apart... let's see what happens when I call their customer service. :(
I'm a choosy girl all the way and when I buy clothing, I pick styles that will last through fads. This is why I loved my purchases from SheIn. I received my first order of tops and a printed maxi dress for summer and absolutely loved them, now my second order is on the way.
Got delivery on time & items were exactly as described. Quality was good comparing to the price. Overall it was a great shopping experience.
So i just ordered 115 $ stuff and i got 1/5 them but for the rest of the stuff i couldn't get a jacket and a skirt worth $50... i couldn't even track them since the tracking number is more than 10... tho i wanna mention that i clicked confirmed delivery out of mistake... my order number is given... can anybody track my stuff and send them to me... or how can i get a refund... pls help... desperate time

Purchased from this company since *******. Quality and workmanship is good for most items. Long time buying experience has taught me to differentiate between the high quality and low quality products. If unsure, I buy 1Casual Dresses to check out. Their response in regards to defect complaints is simply to keep silent.
If an item is out of stock, they will email you and say they will "keep your money for your next order." I insist for a refund right away and even had to resort to opening a complaint via Paypal, as SheInside team quickly respond to email.
So guys, you may buy from SheInside but don't expect much from them in terms of customer service. Their products are good, but you need to know which items to select.
I had a fantastic experience with Shein.com. I chose the Black Geometric Print Drape Front Knit Cardigan. Not only am I in love with the style, but the cardigan hugged my body perfectly. I was surprised at how smoothly the purchasing process was. I thought the process would be complicated but it was not hard at all. The entire process was simple, quick, and easy. The shipping price was very reasonable as well which made me even happier. My cardigan arrived in good condition. This has become my go to place for my clothing items.
I ordered an item for about $20 off this site and paid just over $11 shipping and the wrong item was sent. I understand that mistakes can be made but when I contacted the company all they offered me was a refund of $10. I asked for them to send me the right item and the refused saying that I would have to get a refund and then pay the shipping cost again. I had to message them for about 2 weeks just to get my product cost refunded and they refuse to refund my shipping cost so I still paid over $11 for an item I didn't receive. Please learn from my mistake and don't buy from this company, you will save yourself the hassle.

I've placed an order on the 21st. Two items have been shipped out, while the REST of my items (8 of them) are still being "processed", when I've ordered over $100 worth of clothing-- all qualifying for the expedited shipping. I'm highly disappointed, and frankly pissed. And I'm sure I'm expecting the clothing to be in $#*!ty material. I've read the reviews and the warnings before, but still, didn't really expect it to happen to me as well.
I've emailed them to cancel my remaining order, they've responded with "you don't need to cancel." But, I want to cancel. They won't let me... This is ridiculous. Now I know for sure that once they do send me the order, even if right now, the products won't be correct because they'll be rushing it to me.
I've mentioned that i wanted to trust Shein, but surely and obviously I can't.

Really a great experience in SheInside. They are responsive and reactive to the buyers. Order have been arrived just in time. I love the style and quality of the product that I have buy from them. I was amazed at the quality of service which was awesome.The shipment was on time.It came directly to my house and was exactly what I ordered. I would Recommend Everyone to this site as it was very helpful indeed.
Finally got my package delivered AFTER my trip. The dresses are cute but not worth the wait at all. Next time I'll just pay the price for am American company who actually ships within a reasonable amount of time. They keep asking me to remove my review but I refuse to because its important that shoppers know that their package will not arrive within a month of ordering. The website states "ships in 24hr" under certain items but they DO NOT ship in 24 hours! They have terrible customer service. I had a bad experience with them in the past and thought I would try them one more time. Big mistake! They have every excuse in the book for why things are the way they are, and nothing is ever their fault. They never own up to making a mistake or having false advertisement! I will NEVER order from this site again. I even emailed their customer service department and got no response.

I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of items, and only part of my items arrived, even though the shipping company says everything was delivered, it was not. I tried opening up a ticket and the customer service always said that I had to contact the shipping company. When I did they didn't even know what to say. The funny thing is is that I payed for a thing called shipping insurance, they make you think that If something happens to your items they will refund or replace the items if you pay for shipping insurance, guess what? They HAVEN'T. They are a dishonest company, and they scammed me. I have never been so unhappy. I purchased the items on July. And their customer service sucks. What hurts the most is that I payed for the shipping insurance and they won't refund my money or replace the missing items. I am so unhappy with this site. Last thing I did was send them an email and I want to get a lawyer involved, this is called scamming. I spent hundreds of dollars in your stupid site and even got the stupid shipping insurance and you can't even reply to my tickets.

The site has sent me a couple of e-mails telling me how they're going to undo their mistake and send me all my stuff that I PAID for and NEVER received IF I would take down this review. So they have been basically trying to bribe me, not gonna happen, you might have thought you would buy me out of having my OWN and HONEST opinion, but no, I'm not putting this review down, and I want people to know what they're really getting into! Sketchy business and sketchy people managing this company, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

On 08/05/15, I purchased a purple dress and returned it because I did not fit in it. I paid for the item to be return. I got status they received the item. As of 08/29/15 I have not received any refund credit whatsoever. I check daily. Then I received a "CLOSED" status on my return account. I am out of $27.44 plus shipping $15.00. I will not purchase any more from SheInside.com

My experieince was not good at all. I found a black dress that I really liked and they also had it in red. My bf decided to get the red for me and I bought the black. Before I bought I didnt look at any reviews and after my bf showed them to me I tried to cancel it. Hadn't even been 3 hours. It said ticket recieved, so I thought they would cancel it. NOOOOPE. A few days later I got a shipped note and I was like, what the hell. They replied to the ticket 3 DAYS AFTER I SENT THE CANCEL TICKET! I canceled within 2 hours of ordering. Now I just have to hope that when it gets here I can somehow wear it. The ticket said "sorry we already sent it out", even though im sure they hadnt when i first sent the ticket in. Scandalous. It's like they saw it and waited so they wouldn't have to cancel it. AND, the return policy is a joke, if you read it, it is nearly impossible to return anything. -.- I haven't gotten a tracking number or anything at all. I'd rather use Aliexpress or Alibaba before I use this site ever again.

I ordered an wool vintage style sweater last month and I got it within the fastest time. The product was awesome and according to the description provided. I am very satisfied with SheInside.
I ordered 5 items from SheIn on 8/3/2015. Each of those items fell into the “ships in 24 hours” category, and according to their shipment page, I should’ve received everything in 4-7 business days. The first two items arrived quickly, and although the quality wasn’t great, you get what you pay for. The last three items, however, just arrived today, 8/27/2015. I realized that when they said guaranteed in 4-7 business days, what they actually mean is arrives in the U.S. (not your house) in 4-7 business days. So I think that needs to be clarified on the website because it’s misleading. I had contacted customer service three times, and got automated dismissive responses the first two times, but they gave me an actual response the third time after the item had shipped and was too late to cancel it. It took another week for FedEx to ship it to my door. Once I got the items, one shirt was the wrong color. They sent a blue shirt instead of a white one. The other two items were fine (fast fashion, low quality, but you get what you pay for). The small on one dress was not the same as the small on a different dress even though the sizing suggestions matched. All in all, I think you’re better off paying for something directly from Forever21 if you want cheap fashion and reliable delivery because it's unlikely I'll try to deal with returning or exchanging the items (too much of a time sink and hassle) and even though they say free returns on the website, I'm seeing that the buyer is now responsible for it. So just watch out for these things before you purchase with this company.

I just had to write this review, my online shopping experience with this company has been splendid, I received my stuff on time, the clothing are fantastic, would recommend this site to anyone!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
