These clothes ran too big on almost everything I ordered. There is no return shipping address or receipt mailed with your package. They make returns a miserable experience and do everything in their power to make it so you can't get your money back. (They'd probably be out of business if people werent stuck with the crap they sent us). Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this company. I have emailed customer service since they do not have a phone number to call. What kind of a company doesn't have a phone number to deal with customer issues? Online it says a "return authorization" must be given by the company before they will accept a return. Why would a company who values thier customers happiness and satisfaction put so many stipulations on returning products that thier customers are unhappy with?
This is what thier site says when you click returns at the bottom: We make the items by strictly following with the style and the material displayed on the site, all requests for returns such as not fond of the picture ordered, dissatisfying about the quality or material etc. are not accepted."
However when viewing the product it says: Our Guarantee
Return or exchange within 30 days from the delivered date.
Request:
1. Items received within 30 days from the delivered date.
2. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.
3. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
Both my email to *******@sheinside.com and *******@sheinside.com were returned to me undeliverable.
Very contraindicating information from this site and seems like I've just been scammed out of my money.
It has been two weeks and I had express delivery service. SheIn tried to deliver HALF of my package out, but for some reason their site deleted my "floor number" on the package so it was not deliverable... I asked if they could contact on their end and I will personally go to the post office to pick up but they say they cannot...
Okay, at first the representative is very nice. Telling me I will get a reshipment immediately. So I was okay on the first day... then comes few days later, the updates on my status of order was inaccurate and confusing.
I repeatedly contacted customer service to get an answer as it has been beyond my 3-5 days shipping... they just keep telling me it will ship in 2-3 days. Which it has been beyond 2 weeks now and now the next representative is telling me it will be shipped in 6-9 days?!
THIS IS RIDICULOUS. You are taking my money and keep lying to me about the shipment dates, at this rate I will not receive my package for months later.
This is a nightmare shopping experience.

The Customer service have improved dramatically, personal email and resolving the issue since I've posted this review. Finally received my items within a week after reviewing this company.
But sadly...
I am not satisfied with the items that I've purchased. It was very very very disappointing. I waited for almost a month for my items... and the shoes I bought, the heel broke off within an hour of wearing on the very first day.
The two white tops I've purchased is both practically see through.
Please tell me how can I write a complimentary review base on how I just wasted my money on things that is broken and not wearable?
I am fairly angry because I bought the shoes for my birthday and they broke... just like that. I had to run to buy a new pair of shoes while I was on my way to the dinner.

I ordered a few things online over two weeks ago now and in pursuit of tracking information I have had no return.
I've read reviews on the quality and have been careful about my choices. I hope that my dress finally arrives. After all I ordered it on a monday and live in Australia, which takes no time to ship, certainly not 16 days...
The "busy season" should have nothing to do with the company's ability to process an order and ship it in the time frame they have given. If SheInside is incapable of sending an order then they should not sell clothes ONLINE.

I made the mistake of ordering from this site before checking the reviews. A few hours after placing my order, I opened up a ticket to cancel it. Due to the time difference, I suppose, 2 of my items were already shipped by the time they got to my cancellation request. But they responded immediately and notified me that because 2 items have already shipped, they could refund the remainder of my purchase in 3-5 business days.
I received my refund in just a few days and they even gave me a discount coupon. My 2 items arrived in about 4 days - VERY quickly. My ONLY complaint is the terrible quality of my items. Due to the prices, I def. Expected their clothing to be cheaply made, but the lapels do not line up, the seam is coming apart. I will not be returning the items, as they were so inexpensive.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with their customer service, but quality of clothing was below what I expected.
I would love to share my experience with Sheinside. The outfits I bought were gorgeous, trendy and high quality. Their prices were reasonable too, and the collection impressed me. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend this store for exclusive and top class apparels.

I ordered a camel blazer from this website on august 26th and i still have not received a tracking number, Just an email stated my order was paid. Recentlly i signed in on the website to check my orders and there as nothing there as if i hadn't just paid for a item. I can ony see it through the link in the email, so I tried to contact the company but to no avil. I have been checking my email and spam and still no reply. There is no number to call and even a live chat takes atleast a day before you get a response. I will attach my order number and anticipate a reply or my money back.

After waiting three weeks I have finally received my package. The shoes look like they could fall apart at any moment, the clothes look like they should fit a doll not an actual human. I am trying to get refunded and they won't even cover my cost to return the items back to CHINA from the STATES. Which I'm sure will be another $30 I am giving this horrible company. The dress looks gorgeous which I have seen the shein.com site. I have chosen a long maxi for my sister's 19th Birthday. It is black round neck long sleeve embroidered maxi. It has different size which you need. It's background color is black & in front of many flower of roses. I have shown it my sister & she also liked it. I am very pleased with the new Black Sleeveless Cut Out Bodycon Dress from Sheinside.com. It is very comfortable and very easy to wear. I liked this dress on first sight. 9/5 I ordered 2 items and it was a quick payment. But when I got the email from Shein and read it, the email was telling me about how they'll only deliver to your house one time, and if you dont answer the door then its on your own terms to go pick it up from the post office. Im 14 and I go to school and my parents both work so how am I supposed to do that especially if I don't know when my package is coming? I'm concerned about this? I emailed them and they still haven't emailed me back. Is there a way they could just leave it outside my house or in my mailbox? If an agreement can't be done, then the shipment will be cancelled and I will want my money back.

I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.
