I originally thought that by ordering from Shein, I would save a lot of money. And going against everyone's review, I ordered just to see what it was all about. I ordered three items, on August 19th. It is now September 20th and my item are no where to be found. I tried to contact them via email, but apparently their customer service email does not exist. I feel so bad for ordering. Also, pay no attention to the good reviews. Notice that they are made all on the same day. One word: SCAM. Save yourself the wait, and the $#*!ty experience you'll most likely have shopping on this website. The con's outweigh the pros heavily. If I could give this website a rating of zero, I would but of course, they don't allow you to do that either.

You get what you pay for. You buy a dress for $9.99 and dont expect it to be perfect but the quality of these clothes are horrible. They looked like they were made in minutes and use horrible fabrics and they look nothing like the pictures on the website. It was a complete waste of money. IN ADDITION the delivery was horrendous and they took forever to even get me my clothes, i had almost given up completely. The customer service is also just unacceptable.

Last 2 days ago i bought a dress from here and i found that the quality of the dress is really awesome and i actually wants that quality. The customer support of shelnside is really great and also show good behaviors. The most remarkable is that the price of the dress is really cheap according with their quality.
I ordered from Shein last week Friday and on Saturday it was indicated through their website my product was shipped and gave me the tracking number. I continued to check fedex and it just said "label created." I thought maybe fedex was having issues with their site so I contacted them to check on the whereabouts of my product. After talking with them they ensured me Shein has not yet got my product to them to ship out. I contacted Shein through email to see what was going on and the customer service was awful. I explained the situation and the responder used texting shortcuts in her response. She also continued to blame fedex for this shipping error after I had thoroughly explained I just had spoken with them and they took the time and effort to look and they don't have my product. Shein also stated the product was in transit and I just got done speaking with Fedex again and they still don't have the product. I only ordered one product and I don't think it should take almost a week to get it to fedex. If I ever receive my product, I will never be ordering from Shein again.

I love this jacket!. It's super warm, fairly light weight, and well made. It is stylish without being tacky, has lots of pockets, and the hood lining is like wrapping your head in a cloud. I'm impressed by the fact that it's 80% down filled and didn't cost a small fortune. And I had a great buying experience. It arrived on time, and I didn't have to pay extra for shipping. I'm glad I made this purchase and will definately order from this company again. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in more colors... I'd love to have a second one in charcoal grey!

Some days back I ordered a Red round neck Sleeveless dress for my Girlfriend through this website. After submitting the order they responded very quickly and prepared for shipping the product to my address and also I received my desired product within the assign time frame. In addition just I want to add their tremendous customer service in this regards
I ordered a dress, a shirt, a skirt, a belt, and a pair of sunglasses. All my items fit just fine, and were very comfortable. The dress was a bit thin, but not so thin that I need to wear anything underneath it. The shirt was a thicker material. I expected it to be cotton, but it was a different material that was a little strange, but I actually liked it. The sunglasses came in their own case and were really good quality! One thing I really liked was that the lenses were actually really dark, and since I'm pretty sensitive to bright lights, I was very pleased with that, since sunglasses usually aren't dark enough for me to feel like enough light is being blocked out. The belt was also really good quality and packed in a way that ensured it wouldn't get twisted or bent. The skirt was very cute, though my only complaint was that there was no hem on it, and the cut wasn't perfect. Because of the way it folds though, the cut wasn't very noticeable. I just have to be careful when I wear it lest it fray.
The only problems with shipping that I had was once my order arrived in America and was in the incompetent hands of Fedex. It got to the U.S. in about a week, which is pretty fast considering they're based in China. However, I don't understand why they use Fedex instead of a company like UPS, which is much more efficient and doesn't bring your items within an hour of where you live only to ship them halfway across the country before finally delivering them.
One other thing I actually liked (though some might find inconvenient for the purpose of washing) was that the items did not have tags. I abhor tags, so I was pleased to see that I wouldn't have to deal with constant itching.
I like to shop online. For the first time I've purchased a dress from Sheinside and i am totally satisfied with their service. My product was delivered in time. As usual they put a reasonable price for the product and the product quality was very good. I ordered my item and it was shipped in time. The entire process is so much impressive. Overall it was an outstanding experience for me purchasing from sheinside. I must shop again from here and suggest my friends to try SheInside atleast for once.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
