Ordered an item from this company on Amazon. It worked out ok, so I used their site to order a few more items. It seemed a little fishy that everyone love, love, looooved every single item, but SM being what it is, I figured maybe just enthusiastic fans.
I didn't have super high expectations for discount Chinese clothes, but one item I ordered ended up being only vaguely similar to the site description. The size, fabric, and construction were so different it resembled a cheap homemade copy, and was sized for a doll or a small child (site-listed measurements were a complete fantasy)
I submitted a return ticket immediately and wrote up a review. After about three days they responded by asking me to ship the shirt back at my own expense, and didn't even provide a package insert, let alone postage. Considering how completely mis-described the item was, a prepaid label should have been automatic.
Shortly afterword, they disapproved my review. While the review was negative, it was honest, appropriate, and descriptive. They have thus far made various excuses why they won't post it. (spoiler: it's because it has fewer than four stars)
Come to find out, this company is rather notorious. They pay "points" for reviews that buyers can use to get discounts/free clothes. And of course if you leave a negative review, they don't approve it, and you don't get paid. Gently put, this is a flat out scam. Worse, some of you are posting glowing reviews for free crap while the rest of us are getting shafted. Not cool, ladies.
What a great experience for shopping to the Shelnside. I ordered a gray dress, and it arrived even faster than anticipated. It was easy to place an order and the dress was exactly what the pictures looked like. The product packaging was nicely done and there was no damage to the product when I received it. In one word, excellent customer service by the Shelnside.
I do not normally write reviews, but I would just like to point out that I was very pleased with the entire interaction with www.sheinside.com. The collections were precisely portrayed, ordering/shipping was a breeze, and staff is friendly. Not only that, but the quality of the dresses were outstanding! I will definitely order again!
I haven't received any tracking number in over a week now and I am really concerned about it, and also if my package even exists. When I write the tickets I don't get the properly answers to the questions I asked. I want to know exactly where my package is right now and not just "in transit"... For God's sake, I don't even have a tracking number. I hope that you can respond to me ASAP or else my faith in you may die.

I placed three orders before and all of the clothes are VERY VERY BAD. They don't really look like the pictures online at all.
Anyoneleft a bad review for the item they purchased will never show on their website. That means they only show good reviews from customers. This behavior is Definitely UNPLEASANT.
Furthermore, their customer support is HORRIBLE. They have all kinds of excuses to delay your orders and never respond to your problems. If you have any troubles with your orders, it will be the hardest thing to deal with.
Therefore, I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND anyone to shop on Shein based on my experiences. They are SCAM.

IM SO FED UP WITH THIS WEBSITE! I was referred by a friend of mine who had a decent experience with them, so I didn't do more research(like an idiot). I ordered from them 9/20/15, and I haven't had an update yet. It took me contacting FedEx myself to get an update, and that update was that the company NEVER dropped my package off!(that's why the tracking info was stuck on label created, for those who were wondering) Now, they won't even return my emails, so I have no idea what's going on with my package. I'm just fed up, and I want either my package or my money back. DONT order from this company! I wish I could give them a zero, they don't deserve that one star rating.

So this is a revised review. At first I was frustrated with the company because I needed to return some items and they did not get back to me in a timely manner. The items were all fine except the sleeves fit me too loose. Customer service got back to me about a week later explaining that they were on a 7 day long holiday. I suggested to them that they include this information on their website as to avoid confusion and bad reviews. Otherwise dealing with the company was a pleasure, they are always prompt in their responses (when their offices are opened) and truly do their best to meet the customers satisfaction.

Already feeling a little dissatisfied with this Company. I ordered a dress a little over two weeks ago and I have yet to receive it. I haven't receive one piece of communication as a follow-up as to when it will ship. There are no clear directions on their web-site on how to verify tracking. If you click on the TRACKING button (BTW, repeats an error message) you leads you to another blank page. Doesn't appear to be a terrible company, I think maybe revisiting their processes and procedures as well as address customers concerns, suggestions, and ideas will help.

I was introduced to the site by a friend, when she saw that I struggled finding cute, modern but shabby-chic outfits. When I saw they had vintage skirts, i fell in love. LOVE. From the pleated flares to the AHMAHZING prints-and then the QUALITY. Perfect. I thought it was a scam at first because of costs, but its not. Just wish I would've made my first order bigger to save shipping! Highly recommend!

A purchase was made on their website under my information and when I tried to contact them about it they never replied. I spammed their email with my concerns and they replied to me in a "automatic email" saying that their management was on holiday vacation until October 7th. This is total nonsense. They just want the order to be shipped so its too late for me to get my money back. I tried to cancel the order on their website and i have to wait 1 business day to get a reply. Heres the catch... THEY HAVE NO SET BUSINESS DAYS OR HOURS. They have no immediate way of contact them. I have to sit around for them to email me back whenever they feel like it. This company is a total scam.

I had a large order form Shein site. This was my first order from the site and I was little bit nervous after reading the reviews (time period for delivery was a bit longer). But I have received my order and everything was ok. The clothes and the jewelry is very nice, and I can't wait to wear them :) I had only one problem, the dutty was really high so I was contacting the customer service for support. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
