Really can't fault the service, delivery time or product quality one bit. Just very very impressed i have received my wooly winter jumper which I love and will make an excellent Christmas gift for my wife. I ordered the Grey long sleeve single button loose coat. I found it to be very stylish. The ordering process was easy and it shipped VERY fast. It fit like a glove! Very high quality material for the price and the color was accurate to the description. Would absolutely shop from Sheinside again!

I ordered1 month back, it didn't got it delivered yet. So bad customer service. The toll prioirity was saying the address wrote on the parcel is wrong. How can you guys be so irresponsible still we give you the right address. Whoever sitting in service, doesnt know english? Tottally disappointed

I was originally drawn to this website because of the low prices and cute selection. After spending 300 dollars, I have yet to receive my order which was placed 11.16, order number APL5161. I understand that it will take up to 12 business days to ship to me, which is not ideal but I read the fine print. Two days after my order, I was notified that one of the items I was already charged for had gone "out of stock"-- after it was paid for.
Now 14 days later, over half of my package is still in transit and the other half says "returning package to shipper". I was never notified that my package had been delivered, it was not left at the front desk and I would have been more than happy to pick it up at the post office. I am now left wondering if any of my items will get to me and have no idea if I will get my money back. The company ships from different distribution centers in China. My order was split into three separate deliveries and each set has a different distribution center and website. Half is in a different language and when I try to tack my items it says "unable to track this item" and lists bullet points as to why.
I would suggest Tobi or Dainty Hooligan to anyone else. This headache is not worth it.

I was able to order with ease. I loved their service. Very quick and professional. They deliver it to me with in 2 days. I will definitely order again for sure.
I had originally given this company a very poor review. The tracking number provided for my package was not valid, and the package was missing for weeks. They may have given me the incorrect FedEx or tracking number, however the fault was with my local UPS office. The package was delivered to the wrong address.

So far I've put in two orders for products on this site. My first order took 3 weeks to get here even though one item said ships in 24hrs (the other item I'm guessing held it up). The quality of the one dress was amazing so I put in a larger order, all shipping within 24hrs this time. They all said shipped but on FedEx it only says label created. They usually ship from a place in NJ, and they usually don't actually ship it until 3 days later from what I saw on the first tracking as well as this one. Products are great, just wish would ship faster.

When I got it, the sizing was exactly what it was advertised as and looked like the photo. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered 4 dresses and a coat on Nov 11 and have yet to receive anything and it's now Nov 24! Not only did I not receive a tracking number but I didn't even get a confirmation email. But they sure knew how to charge my card! One of the dresses in My Order is still listed as "processing". This is the last thing I want to deal with especially when I was ordering the dresses for an event!

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: Do not waste your money on this website, they are very disrespectful, and they do not help their customers. It was one of the worst shopping experiences ever.
Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
