Never received my item
December 14, 2015

I purchased some items on 12/1 and it said it shipped on 12/03. Now its 12/11 and yet with fast shipping it is still not here. I tried contacting in many way: Facebook, twitter, messenger, instagram and even by email 4+ time! I haven't gotten a response yet, very furious would not order again.

Still waiting

I ordered two dresses 2 weeks ago and have tracked the order and it's saying it's still in China, really worried I won't get them in time for Christmas, I have emailed shein three times and haven't gotten any response back and I'm very disappointed with this

"GREAT" Sheinside is an amazing Company. It is a one stop shop for all of your clothing and accessories. I ordred for the dress and when the dress comes up, it's just the same as the display on the site with the best quality stuff. The cloth was softer than I expected and the print was even more adorable in person. Everything was packaged nicely and got to us a day ahead of schedule. To top it all, of the ordering process is pretty easy, and everything always gets to me on time and in fabulous condition.

My order from almost two weeks ago is still being processed. The website says 6-8 business days. When I tried to inquire about it, I got the rudest person on the online chat. Not helpful at all and kept going around my questions.

I made this order prior to my second order which I am now worried I will not get either.

We found that you have withdrawed $16.4, right?
So, have you received the money?
Besides, you can only return the item which is new.

Original Review: Stay away! I ordered three things from this website and they took a while to get to me, not to worry, I read the fine print - that is why that is the only thing I will review about one star. When they arrived one of the items did not fit me so I returned it a few days later... still waiting on the refund. Also, they won't refund to the card you paid with, they have this weird system where they keep the money on their site for future purchases (which after this experience I will NEVER make) or you have to go on their website and "withdraw" your refund. The other problem: I wore one item once and it fell apart. They won't let me exchange it. I know, I know, you get what you pay for. You would think they would at least exchange it as GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I was well under their 30 day policy when I had the issue. They also do not have an actual person you can speak to in customer service, you have to send them "tickets" and wait hours (sometimes a day or two) for a response. Just be warned.

(Update... shipping...)

**Update** 12/18. I have received my items. I was pleasantly surprised to find the top and dress were actually quite nice. After the mess of trying to find out the status of my order, and not realizing it was shipping from out of the country. I did find the pants run much smaller. I asked to return them, but they were reasonable price, so hopefully I can get a coupon discount as per an e-mail I received.

I do have ONE suggestion, maybe put somewhere within the home page of your site for those who do not want to go searching all over, that shipping does take a good 10 days if not more to receive. So, if in a hurry, do expedited. Although I don't know how long that would take, but it has to be quicker than standard.

After reading some of these reviews, I'm thinking I should have come here first prior to ordering from this company. I placed my order, site says "Shipped", tracking # on FedEx says "Shipping label created". Which is it? No phone number to call.

I discovered this site a few months ago and I've become a huge fan. Such a fab selection of products and at such great value and fast delivery. I purchase a jacket (via Amazon) from this company. I ordered a size 8/10 for my size 4 daughter. The jacket was still wayyyy too small. I returned the jacket, according to their instructions - and they now claim they never received it. Now am I not only out of my initial $40 - I'm also out the additional shipping charges to return it! Do not advise using them! So very disappointed

NEVER ORDER FROM SHEIN.

I ordered two sweaters for my mom's birthday on November 24th and I still haven't received them. They said they would both ship in 24 hours after processing. Aware that it would take a while, I paid $12.90 for expedited shipping which said it would take 1-2 business days. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THESE ITEMS - IT'S BEEN TWO WEEKS. I contacted the company and they sent me pictures of their shipping policy. I asked legitimate questions and they repeatedly apologized and sent me more pictures of the policy that I'd already read.

The clothes look cute but I would NEVER order from them again because of their terrible shipping and the fact that they do not offer a telephone number.

Terrible shipping. Terrible customer service.

There has been a long wait until I got all of my products (total of 7) One of my items, the Christmas sweater, did not ship until the 21st (I ordered them on November 27th) and i was afraid that it wouldn't arrive before Christmas, but miraculously, it arrived today! Although it took them a long time to ship all my stuff, I am satisfied with the quality and style of the clothes. Sheinside also responded fast to my review on SiteJabber and tried their best to satisfy me. Since the shipping process wasn't all that good, I'm taking a star off, but since they all came before Christmas, I am changing my 2 star rating to 4 star rating.

Where is my package?

I ordered a really cute black dress for my birthday tomorrow last Saturday and I chose expedited shipping but according to FedEx my package still has not been shipped to them. I am very upset because I was looking forward to wearing that dress for my birthday and now I do not have a dress.

I wanted to test the quality of this website's products so I just ordered a single dress. It arrived a week after ordering because the stock was in the US but upon arrival I was horrified to find that the straps of the dress was sown all wrong, so I couldn't even hook my back part. I thought it was a small mistake so I had to fix the straps and when I tried it on, the entire back part was completely crooked. Upon further inspection when I wore the dress, it was completely CROOKED. The top part didn't even fit properly. I wrote to the website but all i was given was a ticket and I haven't received any response yet. Poor poor quality and handiwork, don't trust this site, it's just poorly made chinese clothing at throwaway prices. It's better to invest in a dress that actually looks like the website picture.

I bought 1 dress and a top too and it was fit perfectly. It was my size and i love them both. It was on sale and the price was good too. That was the 1st time i bought here but i will buy more in the next sale. Here in israel all the clothes are too expensive and what i bought there will cost me twice in israel or even more
