I ordered a dress from shein.com as well as some bottoms. The website was pretty easy to use and navigate through, I easily found what I was looking for. There were a number of different payment options, no fusses there. I used standard shipping and still got my order before expected. My stuff packed nicely and there was no damage to the clothes. I have to say, the quality was very good! And the size was a perfect fit! Yaa! The design was just as described on the website and I simply love it!
I placed an order on 11/27 and today is 12/21. Its is now 6 days shy of a month and no order has been received. I just received a tracking number on 12/15. When I go to check the tracking there is no expected delivery date, the package is not in transit and every time I try to contact someone they tell me to be patient the order will update once its in the united states. I just ordered something from CHINA off of Aliexpress and it took 2 days for my order to arrive and I was able to track the order all the way from China to my doorstep. I am very disappointed in SheIn.com. Who ever posted good reviews is lying. The customer service is horrible and there is no one to speak with besides sending emails or opening a ticket. INCONVENIENT! I NEEDED MY ORDER BEFORE CHRISTMAS! IT SHOULD HAVE BEN HERE BY NOW. I chose expedited shipping with according to the site should take 4-7 business days... NO ORDER IN SITE! I NEED A REFUND, FREE ITEMS OR SOMETHING. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
I am very disappointed because I have had to sign up with two different emails just to see if I could fine my order. They took the money out of my account and I still do not have the dresses I ordered over 3 week ago. I ordered them on Dec 7th 2015 it is now Dec. 21 not response by email and when you click to chat it doesn't work. I am so pissed. And of course you cannot call them. My son ordered a jacket for his Mom on 12/16. The tracking update via FedEx is that the label has been printed. No other updates. We thought it was sketchy, but took a shot to the jacket she wanted. Should have known better. Probably out the cash too...
If this gets to him before Christmas, I will change my review.

I ordered a long vest looked great in the pic finally received it 3 weeks later and it's awful! Looks like a vest made of felt I could've went to a craft store, bought felt and made this! The model in the pic had her hands in her pockets my pockets came sewn shut! I ordered a dress and two shirts also all were poor quality and nothing like the pics on the site. You live and you learn

I was looking for a New Year's dress and a friend recommend SheInside! I was impressed with the reasonable pricing and all the merchandise they had for me to choose from! It was so hard to pick one, but I chose the Black Cami Plunge Criss Cross Dress! So cute on me I wish I could upload pictures. My dress was so affordable and free shipping helped a lot! I already have dress, it took no time for me to receive it! I will be shopping here for now on.
My first order of 3 dress arrived in 5 days I was shocked at how quick they arrived. Not the same for my second or third order. So far the second order has been 26 days, and after 10 days of the third order it is still sitting in Processing. What is the longest someone waited,? I can also see that some peoples orders have not arrived after a couple of months. This web site should be shut down, I wish I had read this forum first, as I would have not bothered, although my first 3 dress's were stunning, I was very pleased with them, I just want my other two delivered...

I was kinda very low on budget and when i chose a dress from them i thought they will charge very high as the dress was very good looking and quality was good enough but when i heard the price i was like omg never thought they can make such a good dress on that low budget thanks to sheinside will use you guys again
4 of my friend tried them and i did also after hearing from my friends and yes they are good with design and they communicate perfectly with the customers i am happy about there service and ya who ever in confusion you can give them a try.
As quoted below, "When it is done, the refund will be back to your account within 3-5 business days. We sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience, please accept our sincere apologies." However, when I ordered an item and started a chat with a customer service rep, I was told 15-20 days. I tried to cancel my item within an hour after I order the item and I was told 15-20 days?! I would love the 3-5 business days refund. If I see it refunded in 3-5 days, I would shop there again. However, after 3-5 business days I will be calling my bank for an immediate refund due to theft of not receiving a refund. The order is still processing and my payment on my credit card statement still says pending, which means that it should be extremely easy to refund me. I will give them 5 stars when they refund my order.

The whole shopping experience was really really good. The seller is helpful and nice anything you dont understand, they will help you to figure it out. Very patient as well they dont force you into buying anything with upsell techniques. The website is easy to understand which makes for an easier and better experience and the shipping was great. I ordered from this site 2 weeks ago... my shipment is still "processing" I have emailed them twice since it said it would be shipped out max in 7 days. Both times they said the same thing that I picked a best seller and they would let me know when it was ready. Aka they didn't do anything. Very annoyed because I was planning on wearing one of the outfits for Christmas but now I know that it won't be here in time. Also annoyed because they have some cute clothes and decent prices. The items I ordered came within a week and a half, which is great and were pretty good quality. Initially, I had problems with my order as a result of being bombarded with duty fees which I did not account for at the time of checking out. However, if you refer to their fine print it does mention that you may receive duty fees and taxes depending on your country; so please refer to your countries rules before purchasing in order to avoid this.
Upon discussing this issue with the reps at Sheinside, they were very helpful and replied emails very quickly. Overall, good customer service and good quality in a timely manner.

I ordered a few items, all of which were shipped quickly and got here when they were expected to. Everything is of great quality and look even more amazing than they did online! I will definitely be shopping here again. In fact, I'll probably be using this site for all of my clothes-shopping needs from now on!
I've ordered from SheIn three times now. The first time, the product was as described but pretty small. That's when I learned YOU HAVE TO GO UP AT LEAST ONE SIZE. I am normally a size 4/6,5"6 and around 130 lbs and I order a large or extra large in everything I buy from this site. The fabric is cheap and so it will always fit tighter. The next order, I had ordered a gray dress and it came in lilac purple. Obviously that was not good, but I didn't mind the color so I kept it. Also read the website reviews before you buy! Sometimes people add pictures with their reviews and you can see how sometimes they don't look the same as the website picture shown. Overall, I haven't found this website to be a scam, it's just pretty poor quality, but you get what you pay for! (Very inexpensive!) If you chose to spend more on better quality, quick shipping and good customer service, then this site isn't for you. I will probably continue ordering though because I like the unique clothing for cheap prices and don't mind the negatives.
Hello, this is my very first online review that I have ever wrote, and I think this experience deserves it. I'm going to start from the beginning. I was so excited to order from SheIn. Everything on the website/app looks wonderful and everything costs so little. I placed an order ($182 worth- after discounts) on 11/30/2015, with express shipping. Two days later, I placed another order ($99 worth-after discounts)... 7 days passed until I got a notification stating that half of my first order had been shipped. I checked the website's information on Shipping Info and it does state that preparation usually takes 3-7 business days. The same thing happened to my second order, except they shipped the entire thing, not just half of it. Tracking said "Information received in Singapore" for the next 4 days. A few days have passed and finally it says that they are expected to be delivered by tomorrow night. This is the start of week 3, since I placed my orders with express shipping. I asked customer service about part 2 of my first order and they explained that some of my items aren't available as they are very popular. I completely understand that... it's the holiday season. Everything goes out of stock... I asked, "For the items that are still not shipped yet, can you send the ones that are prepared and let the ones out of stock wait behind?" SheIn response: "Dear xxxxxxx xx, Thank you for you message, We are so sorry about that. For the rest of the items, only one item dress ******* is prepared well, how about you wait patiently and we send them together to you. Any questions, feel free to contact us. Sincerely, Customer service SheIn.com"...(how about you wait patiently and we send them together to you?) Really? This is week 3 since I ordered and I get this response? I had the idea that Express shipping meant I would get it fast and only 1 item is in stock that they won't even send me. How much longer will I have to wait until they're finally in-stock, and then processed, and then shipped and finally delivered? Okay I'll sit here and wait patiently. I just hope my other 2 packages arrive tomorrow as expected. Will update soon. Thanks to those who actually read everything.
I should have known that the low prices were too good to be true. I bought two dresses for about $20 each. They looked great in the photos, but once I got them the material was cheap and the small (smallest size) looked huge on me. I ended up donating them to Good will - I couldn't even wear them once!

First off it is so difficult to get in touch with someone from this company. I ordered 5 dressed from them. On December 1 I received tracking info on 3 of my dressed and they got to my house in about 4 days. Was very pleased. Then on December 2 I got the tracking information for the other dresses. I looked yesterday because i was concerned with why I haven't received the rest of my order and FedEx tracking still says "label created" they put a label on it so they could tell me it shipped but it is apparently sitting in a box somewhere until they decide to send it. I sent in a "ticket" because it is the only way to reach them and they said I just don't understand how tracking info works! So they insulted my intelligence and lied to me. Will NEVER use this company and will NEVER recommend them to anyone, if you want you order on time don't waste your money here!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
