I received the items just days after ordering, and both the dress and skirt are BEAUTIFUL and fit PERFECTLY! I bought a skirt and dress from Sheinside. It was a grey dress and a black asymmetrical skirt. I was hesitant because they were so inexpensive and beyond affordable.
My first order was great. Timing was impeccable and i got standard shipping. This time I PAID for express shipping and had to wait quite awhile. Customer service responses were kinda standardized so basically if you don't mind playing the waiting game you'll be fine. I've never dealt with worse customer service in my life. There is no customer service phone number or email to contact. I never got half my order. I order in October so it would definitely be delivered to me by Christmas, yet it still was not. I tried everything to get in contact with a representitive but could not. I spent over 500$ on that website and recieved about 100$ worth of it in the mail. Absolutely outrageous. 2 months and they could not get my package to me. I have never been so upset because this was suppose to be all my daughters Christmas presents. Now, it is 2 days before Christmas and I have nothing to give her. I would have offered anything for them to overnight it and get it here in time, but I couldn't even ask that of them since I had no way of contacting them. I'm outraged. Do not order from this site, it is a scam.

The website looked very professional... I had no idea this stuff was made in China and shipped on a row boat to the US so that it took weeks upon weeks to arrive.
Most annoying is that they big a big deal of SAYING they ship your stuff within 24 hours... so you think... great! But like it said... it takes FOREVER to arrive. Ordered a dress 3 of Dec and probably won't arrive for Xmas. Customer service is prompt on chat... but you can tell it's foreigners typing in canned responses in English to the problems people must be complaining about daily. And if you want a refund they make it such a hassle you will end up saying F it.
NEVER AGAIN. And I haven't even got my dresses yet but I'm not expecting much at this point.

FUTURE BUYER BEWARE! I would give them zero stars if I could, $#*!ty company with crappy cheap clothes. You will get what you paid for, basically cheap China crap they try to sell to you, and steal stock photos of items from other company's websites, even though the item looks nothing like the picture. Don't even rely on the reviews on the website because most of them are only up there if your review is approved by them, aka if they don't like your honest review they won't approve your review so no one can see it. I got a pair of shorts that were horribly cheap/ made and mention it was too big with one star in my review, and they declined my review because it wasn't five stars. Scam. Scam company. Just overall scam. NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGIAN. Crappy $#*! company!

My sister recommended them and i was kinda worried about some bad comments but i believed in my sister and gave them a try but they are good with there work and didn't found any bad issues with the dress quality as they are selling quality-full dresses. Highly recommend them to use.

I was really mad at first, but all of my items were finally delivered at 12/24/2015, and the shipment status was also updated at the same day. I doubted it was Shein's fault before the arrival, but browsing the delivery condition in Hong Kong and getting to know that purchased items already left Shein at the expected shipment date, I decided to give one more try for this company. The items I've purchased were this time exactly what I expected, and I'd like to appreciate Shein for providing clothes on a great price. I received a lot of compliments during the holiday season for my blouse and skirts. But please, next time hope the processing time for "ship within 24 hours" is made on time as it is promised. If you're patient enough to wait for almost a month to receive your purchased items, then give it a try or else step away from this site. This is my second time with Shein.com and again, it turned out to be totally a mess. I spent $280 when first purchasing from this clothing site. It almost took a month to receive all my items. But since only a few of them were "ship within 24 hours," I decided to try one more time with Shein. Honestly, you get for what you pay for. Most of the clothes are made up of cheap materials and not identical with the image. But their pricing deal seemed not a bad option for trying different styles, so this time, I bought a bunch of stuff that are all "ship within 24 hours."
The date I placed my order was Dec 4, and 3 out of 18 items arrived within a week. When tracking the rest of the 15 items, they are being stuck in "shipment information received" since Dec 10, and there is no status update, no delivery being made until now. (Dec 22) I contacted customer service for a refund, and all they say is that they can't process a refund for the items being already shipped and also the carrier sometimes needs time to update their status. IT HAS BEEN 12 DAYS AFTER THE SAME STATUS! Although it's holiday season, something has to be at least in actual transit. Again, it's taking a month to receive the stuff from She.in no matter what items I chose. Screwed up with my plan for the holiday outfits. So step away if you don't want to waste your time, or give it a try for at least a month and a half prior to your event.

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands
Answer: Hi SHEIN takes about 2 to 3 weeks if your from the uk or USA and Ive order a few things from and the clothes are amazing Im from the uk but if youre from any where else it might take longer

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
