*This order was placed Aug 2016, I tried to leave a new review and it updated my old one instead * I recently placed 4 separate orders from this company, all arrived within 2 weeks (I honestly had expected it to take a little longer so I was pleasantly surprised), I loved all the items only two items didn't fit and it was very easy to return the clothes that didn't fit, they issued a refund within a day or two after they received the clothes back, no hassles whatsoever and customer service was great!

Order #APH5511 was suppose to be express delivered before Christmas never got there then some how the order got loss. Now the order is being sent back to shein.com. How can I get my money back and get my order sent to the person it was suppose to be sent to. I Dont know this mix up happen because this has not happen before?
I ordered a navy blue jacket and a multi-colored sweatshirt from this website. It was a total of $42.74, & i purchased the items the day after christmas. The payment was successful & the website said to expect your order in 4-7 days. This is the 8th business day & i still have not recieved my purchased items. Didnt found anything wrong with them. I ordered 2 tops and got those right on time and the quality was standard. I heard about them from my friend he is using them for 9 months now and he also don't have any negative issues about them
Really quick delivery and variety of choice in Shelnside. I really like shopping from here because here a lot of collection of dress and I often get my best choice. The service of Shelnside is really mind-blowing and helpful to customer. I highly recommended the Shelnside!
One thing I'll say is all the clothes I've ever got from here have actually been great and are true to size and picture. Previously my orders took about 30-40 days to arrive, this time I ended up getting express courier shipping that I actually did not order (or want) which ended up getting me a DHL bill for $22. I had to ask quite a few times but SheIn was great to give me a refund to cover that cost! So I am a very happy customer now to have my items and not had to pay that nasty DHL bill.
They are very helpful when it comes to solving confusion but I wish i was told a crucial fact before i used my coupon that i learned wasn't usable after it didn't work. Other than that, their shipping is fast and their clothing items are neatly packed
I am very surprised to see all these good reviews as the website is the biggest scam i have ever seen.
I was pretty naive to spend 200euros for what I ordered.
1- they say they will ship your order within 24hours ( when it is specified- depending on the items you chose) - After 5 days, my order was still pounding. After that, the UPS has been create, but only to stay in their factory for another few days.
After day, the wait wasn't really long but they delivered the package to the wrong address ( i have no doubt that it is UPS's fault, but this didn't add any good to the she inside experience)
2- I tried all the clothes and really had a big laugh. The material is so poor that I didn't know it was possible to look so sh$t. Low prices, low quality you say? But on the pictures the items didn't look anything like what I received.
The shapes were really bad, way bigger than on the pictures ( it was One size items)
Seams coming off, lose treads everywhere...
3 - I then realized that I had to pay for the return - which costs me 35 euros
4 - they received the package 5 days ago but they are still telling me they didn't.
5 - I wrote some reviews for the soothes that i bought and of course, they did not approve them.
Why would you have a review option if you don't validate the bad ones?
I am really starting to think that all the ppl who posted good reviews have been " bought " somehow by the website ( discount, free stuff, free shipping maybe?)
My experience with she inside was absolutely terrible and I will never buy in this website ever again, and you shouldn't either if you don't want to waste your money and your time.
For the final review here, I have to put 5 stars for the price but 0 for the cost of return shipping.

You will never get lower price then them. And product quality is standard. If you are looking for a place where you can buy many products on low price this is the best place for you. And the shipping time is also pretty good i found my dress on time.
I brought 2 tops from them and product quality was good and they shipped it right on time no delay. Most of the time i don't find perfect color match when i buy something from online based shop but some how there product matches with the picture and product on hand. Good service.
First off, this is my first time ever writing a negative review b/c I am just so ticked off. Using poor judgement I decided to do most of my Xmas shopping through their site. I ordered my purchase 2 sundays before before Xmas (11 days) with an offer that advertised 24hr shipment and 2-5 days delivery. I had not received my order in time for Christmas and when I contacted customer support about the issue they were very short, rude and unaccommodating. They said "the quick shipment didn't apply to me b/c I chose popular items" I was understanding even after they refused to compensate me in any way. I wanted to wait until I received the items before I wrote a review and I'm glad I did. I am returning EVERY SINGLE ITEM! They're cheap and almost unrecognizable to the pictures advertised. I am embarrassed to give these items as gifts and they should be embarrassed to accept money for this garbage.

There is no doubt, 'sheinside.com' is a great site for shopping to look for alternative and unique fashion. I wanted to buy Army Green Tying Surplice Sleeveless V Neck Split Pockets Dress for the new years from it. So I ordered these items, and dress were shipped quickly and got here when they were expected to. Everything is of right quality and look even more amazing than their online.
I ordered a few items on December 11th and received a tracking number the very next day. Now it is three weeks later and the tracking number still says label made and my items have yet to be shipped. After contacting them over a dozen times asking when or if my order was shipped, and then finally asking to cancel it, the only responses I get are canned text saying please be patient. They even had the audicity to offer me a stupid coupon I have asked them multiple times to cancel my order but they won't. My credit card has been charged and I have nothing to show for it. I will never order from this company again. Definitely stay away!

Even though I paid for express shipping here I am over a month later just receiving my order now- but not all of it, they didn't give me the earrings I ordered. I contacted them about how I ordered a Christmas sweater for an event I had and was hoping to have it in time (ordered it in November thinking I'd have plenty of time) they told me I bought too many popular items so its going to take a while as if its my fault they can't keep up with their orders. When the clothes finally got here I was completely disappointed with over half the things. Cheap material, weird smells, and not the size they said they were. After reading more reviews from here I feel as though its pointless to try to return them especially since I already had to pay an extra fee at my door just to have them delivered which I wasn't aware of. I did have a couple cute items I think I can actually wear out in public but could have easily found the same ones at a different store so best to say I won't be ordering from them again or recommending

I ordered from this site before with no problems, however after recently placing an order, I asked to cancel in which they refused to do so. I placed my order on the 27th of December, the next day i askes ro cancel. Then they said my order was shipped when clearly on the status of my clothes says "processing"--for expedited shipping. Expedited shipling takes up to 7 days so I don't see why they didn't refund me my money. And then once they said it was "shipped" which it wasn't they only ceeated a label which said it was going to ship on the 28(Monday). Now it's Wednesday and my stuff still havent shipped! I'm very unpleased with thr customer service as well as their false advetisement for "expedited shipping". I recommend not to order from this site.

I finally received the item (Coat) today! But after I had opened up the package, I didn't expect the coat to be so thin-I expected it to be appropriate for winter wear but clearly its not... Trying it on as well, its baggy in awkward areas such as the central part of the back and the arms. The colour was a good match though.
Also, the Shein company contacted me with details of the tracking link the morning after I posted my first review which was cool.
Overall I think you get what you pay for-from this site. I purchased a surprisingly cheap coat, and cheap it was (in terms of quality). I only was so bold and daring to buy it because I managed to get my hands on another similar coat-with similar pricing-and that was the best coat I had bought.
I read reviews on the shein coat that it was thick, would keep you warm-which was reassuring. But now i feel that reviews aren't even reliable.
This wasn't a good experience but I guess you win some and you lose some...
My advice when purchasing main pieces of clothing-go out and shop-especially if it's expensive. I'm lucky, my item is cheap and I'm not going to go through the process of sending back requesting a refund (it costs more).
I'm very unhappy with the service of this online store. At first I thought this store was just incredible cause of the prices but then I placed my order and I realize they're just horrible unorganized people. I placed my order of two items (both in stock) on 11/30 still haven't received anything I recently checked again the tracking number and it says it still in in transit supposedly to arrive 01/02 I was expecting this for xmas then it passed so I was hoping to have my stuff to wear on New Years and nope that can't be. Also when I looked at the order it says that only one of the items has been shipped and i was definitely not expecting this it only said out of stock something that didn't say when I placed the order. I'm just really frustrated I try to contact them and their customer service is mainly online and it's just BS! I still don't know when the hell in going to get my second item.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
