Very impressed with the item once it arrived. I love the colours and design! The material is high quality and the dress is well made, you can tell a lot of are has gone into the product and that it will last as a result of this. I ordered couple dresses from shein.com. The web site was pretty simple to use and navigate through, I simply found what i used to be yearning for. There have been variety of various payment choices, no fusses there. I used customary shipping and still got my order Timely. My stuff packed nicely and there was no harm to the garments. I even have to mention, the standard was terribly good! The planning was even as delineated on the web site and that i merely love it!

I will start off by saying, I placed 3 orders from here over the course of 2 months and things went perfectly fine. December 12 I "PRE-ORDERED" a coat from their site. That's when you order it before they get it in stock for a small discount. They give you an exact date of when it will arrive at their warehouse and the date it will be shipped out. My coat was supposed to ship out on December 19. After reaching out several times to find out what was going on, my coat finally "shipped" on JANUARY 6. I paid for Express Shipping, which is when you get everything in 3-7 business days. As of January 12, I have been tracking the package based on the information provided and it still says "Shipping Information Received", which means... it hasn't even left the warehouse yet. I've reached out several times asking for a refund of JUST the shipping fees since it's not Express, and they keep offering me 40% off my next order. Like I'm going to order from them again. IN ADDITION, while I was waiting for my coat, I made another order right before Christmas, with the same Express Shipping. This dress, supposedly, shipped out on January 6, based on the tracking information they gave me. YET ALSO had the same "Shipping Information Received" until yesterday. I also, asked for JUST my express shipping fees to be refunded and they keep offering 40% off. PLEASE NOTE, my original coat FROM DECEMBER still has not moved, nor is in transit and they are not helping.
UPDATE 2/3: Shortly after this post both of my package were finally shipped out and delivered on 1/18. They also agreed on refunding my "Express Shipping" costs for one of the orders. I will say, when my coat and dress finally arrived they were awesome. Great quality and I've been getting a ton of compliments on them.

Once again a great experience. sheinside.com is really great! And their collection are awesome. Exclusive collection with reasonable price. One site for everything. This is the site where I can find anything. I just go to sheinside.com for order anything. I ordered a Boot last week and it is just awesome. It just look likes the picture. My Order number is: OER4813. They delivered the product just in time. Good service.
I really like this store. They sell really nice fashionable clothes which I think are appropriate and not skanky like many other clothing outlets for girls. The clothes are also of a very interest in price, and I have not had any issue with the quality. The Service is generally friendly. My only annoyance is that the clothes (bottoms - pants, shorts, etc.) fit too small! The tops fit fine, but the bottoms are way too tight usually (not always). I don't really want to buy something that makes me feel like a whale, and I'm not the only girl who's had this issue. Many tiny girls I know cannot fit into the size 10 pants. Anyway, I actually really like this store, they have lovely tops and dresses, AND pants if I can feel comfy in them!

I am very happy with the service that I received. My bank messed up with my account and so I had to processes the order again. The customer service processed my order due to some difficulties and I got my order only 3 days later. VERY QUICK processes. I ordered a few products from sheinside recently for the first time. My order ID was " I was impressed with the range, price and speed of delivery. It is getting more difficult to find my fave foundation at a reasonable price.So was pleased to find it. I also love shopping from here!
My order was placed 2 weeks ago and it is still "processing". I decided to read all of these reviews and realized I had a big mistake. I have sent two tickets for them to cancel my order while it is still processing because there are a lot of emails that say cancelling and returning is nearly impossible. I have still yet to get a reply. All I want is my money back, it should not be difficult to cancel an order that hasn't been processed or shipped yet. Any legal advice on here to get my money back if they try to think of a way to not cancel my order? Please and thank you!

Who ever gives this site a five star rating must be used to inferior products. I ordered a sweater and it's cheap flannel. The large doesn't even fit my daughter who wears size 4. Site says "stocked in US" but ships from China. Just watched a documentary on the textile industry and labor in foreign countries, the harsh working conditions of people (mostly women) who make on average of $2.00/day pumping out this cheap clothing. Many large American or European stores such as Old Navy & H&M exploit workers for the manufacture of cheap throw away clothes. I'm hoping people quit buying from places like yours.

I ordered some clothes from here hesitantly because of all the bad reviews I read. I received one of my orders today and I loved them both. They were both made with great quality and true to size. The prices are also amazing. My last order is expected to arrive next week.
The reason I did not give them five stars is because I tried to cancel something 10 minutes after I bought it and they emailed me back 3 days after saying it had shipped. They need better response with that stuff.

Answer: Do not waste your money on this website, they are very disrespectful, and they do not help their customers. It was one of the worst shopping experiences ever.
Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
