I placed an order on Monday 1/18. The items in my order were labeled to be shipped in 24 hours. However, I've been checking each and everyday to see if it has shipped yet and it has not. My order is still "processing". If I checked off expedited shipping, the order should be shipped ASAP. If they labeled the items to be shipped in 24 hours, THEY SHOULD SHIP IN 24 HOURS. Otherwise it is considered FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I have learned my lesson. I will take my business elsewhere.
UPDATE 1/23/16 Now I'm not even getting ONE of the three items I ordered. The third item got returned to them as well. I have opened a case with PayPal since I never received my items and will hopefully be getting my money back. I will never be purchasing from this site again.
UPDATE 1/22/16 Do NOT let these people bully you into changing your review! I have argued with customer service for a while now because I will NOT give them a better review, BECAUSE they won't fix the problem! Now they're claiming it is MY fault that they can't ship to me because my address "must be wrong" even though it worked THREE (3) times before! Now they are demanding that I go to my local post office and pick it up there MYSELF. I said NO, that is the point of DELIVERY is that I do not have to go and get it. I am furious and now they get 1 star instead of 2. They offered me a 40% off coupon, which I DO NOT WANT. I am glad I paid with PayPal so I can open a case and get my money back. These crooks will not keep my money.
Let me start off by saying I have ordered from them 3 times before and have had absolutely no problems whatsoever with shipping, payment, etc.
However, this time I ordered 3 items at once, and when I went to look at the tracking information I realized that two of the items were being "returned to sender" because of an "incorrect address"
That would make sense if
1) I had not ordered from them before with the same address, and
2) All 3 items were being returned
However I have NEVER had them claim there was a problem with my address, and only one item is currently being sent to me. I'm glad I chose to pay via PayPal AFTER delivery so that I'm not losing money.

Awesome product, recently i bought a product for my girlfriend. She like it very much.It fit's well, I am really so happy now.
Avoid at all costs: Prices are what drew me to it - but MAN -- is the quality just sub par.
I order 11 items: 3 came in a week. The rest were 'processing' (I find out that is due to one item being difficult to 'find'). However, they processed my payment for the full order immediately. So they were happy to take my money - just not provide me with the items I ordered as quickly.
To date, it's been 9 days since my order. I received three items. I am not sure what measure they use to size... but it's nothing I've ever seen. The items I did receive were larges... but would fit a teenager. And the quality -- I got what I paid for.
Given that I can't wear the items - I am returning the three. I cancelled my remaining order: I am not confident the sizes will be something I can wear, and I really don't like taking my payment before they ship the entire order.
Seriously - proceed with this site at your own risk.
**Update: I finally received all the items. I also received several emails from them asking them to change my review. The items I received -- sizes all over the map. Some fit, some don't. I am donating the items that don't fit - just so I don't have to deal with this company any more. I really resent them asking me to change my review. In fact, it seems they are more concerned with my review getting changed than my being a satisfied customer. So, to the Shein folks asking for the change - consider my review changed. To potential customers - used my story as a cautionary tale.

I got 40% off my first order of 2 knitted dresses, which was nice. But too good to be truth. Sure enough, DHL brought my package and I had to pay $25 for shipping upon delivery. Mind you, I already paid $2 for shipping as part of the payment. I hate those games of hidden fees. If you need to charge me for shipping, then have the balls and let me know from the start! Don't play those games with me!
Now about dresses... Size... I'm size 2 US, ordered XL. One dress is very tight. Another is a bit roomier, but sleeves are 3/4. Daaaaahhhhh... A lot of holes in the knitting. I'm a handy girl, I can fix those. But if you are not - those dresses will go to garbage.
Oh, and btw. They are shipping from Singapore.
UPD. This is an update for response from SheIn...
There is no import fees for the packages below $60 in Canada (FYI) and invoice from DHL states 'SHIPPING'.
Your 'one size' has 102 cm (40") bust, which gives us L size US or 12 US. Google it. As I said, I'm size 2. Any more questions?
I do have one thou... Are the holes in the knitting are part of design? Why you didn't mention this on web site? As well that the loose strings will pop up everywhere?

My experience with Sheinside was very pleasing. I liked their collection very much. I have bought the new Black Sleeveless Cut Out Bodycon Dress. It was very gorgeous, trendy and high quality. I liked this dress on first sight. They have been quick to deliver the product that I ordered. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend this site.
I absolutely love the selection of clothes, but what really gets me is the affordability of the stuff there. It's a great site where you could put together an amazing look and look like a million dollars after. The dress and the pair of boots I ordered were amazing and good quality, plus it was delivered on time. So overall I was happy with the service!
Every time I order from this website I tell myself that maybe next time it will be better. But it never gets better.
First of all, I never know which size would fit me. Regardless if I order from American or European site, I'm always size S. But with Asian sites its always a gamble.
Secondly, I never know when to expect my order. Sometimes it comes relatively fast (2 weeks) and sometimes it can take up to a month.
Thirdly, the quality is terrible especially since its not as cheap as it used to be (since the dollar has risen but they didn't reduce their prices).
Finally, the most recent thing that pissed me off is when they sent me a coupon code for -45%. Initially I thought it was a nice gesture and very thoughtful of them. I immediately started browsing and chose a couple of things but when I got to the cart and filled in the coupon code, the website told me that my order has to be above 30$ to use it. I went back, spent another half an hour thinking of something to add to my cart. Finally I had an order worth 38$, filled in the coupon code and got final price 34$ instead of the expected 21$.
It turned out that the coupon code makes a discount only on the original price of the item and not on the sale price. Which doesn't even make any sense, since all items on this website are with sale price. Also I specifically looked through my email for any disclaimers and nowhere it was mentioned that my order has to be above 30$ nor that the discount is on the initial price.

On January 8 I ordered they're multicolor long sleeve geometric print crop jacket my order is AXC5686 and I haven't gotten an update on it! It's been more than a week and it doesn't appear as its been shipped! I've tried getting ahold of them but nothing! When I go to they're website to see what's going on with my item it appears as its being processed!

They had a variety of women clothing and accessories to choose from. I decided to go with jewelry, since I have pretty good taste in that area. They had some really nice stuff and it was hard to choose from. Eventually I selected what I wanted and the price was affordable
I love the clothes. The quality is a little lacking, but what do you expect when you don't pay much. The dress I ordered came just in time for our rehearsal dinner. However it was a little long, and I tripped on it. But I didn't find anything in a store. So I ordered this one. I love the dress, just have to figure out how to hem it for future occasions.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
