Corrected Issue

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to give everyone an update that I did receive my package but it was too late for the event I was going wear it to. Customer support contacted me daily to ensure me that it will be delivered but it was too. I returned the items and customer support was helpful in sending me a return slip. I will just say if you order from shein.com add an additional 3-4 days on top of the delivery date and then add an additional 3 days to the delivery date. The time of the delivery was not accurate and the days of processing the order is not disclosed. Other than that I am grateful that they gave me a refund.

I'm very happy with SheInside and got a great experience. I must share my review with you regarding my experience with this business. The ordering on Shelnsides website was very easy. I'm not disappointed at all! Their shipping is very fast and the quality of the clothes is really good. I didn't have any problem with customer service either. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I can't recommend this site enough. They have such great, stylish clothes for an affordable price. I will definitely be ordering again.

I would highly recommend Shelnside for better Shopping ever.

There is a very good collection of stylish products of variety. There are fashionable dresses, leather shoes, bags and cute collection of magnificent jewellery. I bought a winter jacket, a pair of pump shoes and a nice looking bracelet. All the products were really superfine. The bracelet was magnificent in style and design.

I paid to have my dress in for a dance between 4-7 days and it didnt even arrive within normal shipping. It took 11 business days! Very unhappy. What's the point of ordering this dress if I dont have it in time for my dance?

Where's my shipment

I ordered almost two weeks and still NO UPDATES. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. They didn't hesitate taking the money out of my account. If the order isn't shipment by tomorrow I will be taking further action in getting my money back. There's little to NO customer service the only thing you can do is EMAIL. AND BY LOOKING AND THESE REVIEWS ITS THE SAME GENRIC RESPONSE.

I was a little sceptical at first as I always am with sites I haven't ordered from before, but ordering was easy, delivery was fast and item quality is very good. Low prices!

I live in a city where there are only few malls and shops to choose from so I rely on online shopping for great and chic finds. I couldn't be more happy to have known SheInside.COM... They practically sell chic and trendy pieces that are so affordable. Apart from that they always conduct SALEs to even give you the chance to shop at low low prices!

I ordered for a pair of shoes, a stylish leather bag and a necklace from the site, The products were sent to me in the shortest possible time. I was just astonished to get the products so soon. I fell in love with the products at the very first sight.The shoes were very charming to look at and very comfortable to put on.The bag was extremely stylish in design and soft and nice. After all the very cute and gorgeous necklace touched my heart. When I saw it, I understood it was made only for me.My heartfelt thanks to the associated persons.

Seriously don't buy anything from here. The 5 star ratings are clearly robots. I ordered 3 dresses and a jumper in size L (am usually M-L Depending on brand) and they fit like a XS-S. Ridiculously sized, and the material is paper thin and awful. Looks nothing like the photos, and smells horrible too. Waste my of money but from reading the other reviews it's not worth trying to get a refund so I'll just give it away and apologise to the people I give it too. I'm almost ashamed due to the nasty quality.

I placed an order on 1/19/2016.
One item in my order was labeled to be shipped in 24 hours. I chose this for my birthday dress because of the 24hours I knew I'd get it in time. Once it was 24 hours I checked the status and noticed it still was being processed so I inquired customer service. The next day they responded with the black dress was actually not ready for 24 hour shipping to please give them a couple more days
((SO WHY DID YOU ADVERTSE IT FOR 24 HOUR SHIPPING?!?!?))
Obviously I am eager to get these items which is why I carefully choose them according to the shipping time frames that were advertised the day I placed my order. And here we are today, I have contacted customer support three times with no response on my stuff.
My order (both dresses) STILL show "processing" as of today (1/31/2016)

If I checked off expedited shipping, the order should be shipped ASAP. If they labeled the items to be shipped in 24 hours, THEY SHOULD SHIP IN 24 HOURS. Otherwise it is considered FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
I used PayPal, my money was taken SAME DAY MY ORDER WAS PLACED yet the past three times I've inquired about my stuff not a single person has responded and its been three days... you have my money and you haven't shipped my stuff and its been well past the "delivery time frame y'all give" and no response from customer service? What the hell people.
And of course there is no number to contact.
Needless to say I have learned my lesson. I will take my business elsewhere, this is outrageous and ridiculous, but I will not settle for this treatment especially when you have MY MONEY!

NEVER RECEIVED ITEM

If I could give negative stars, I would.

I placed my order OVER TWO MONTHS ago and have YET to receive ANYTHING. Was given the "expedited shipping" BS that they falsely offer. I've contacted the post office and Fedex and they are unable to locate the shipped item. Turns out they put a completely wrong address on my order, and it is nowhere to be found. I've emailed the company and will be demanding a full refund. DON'T waste your time!

Ordered a dress, ridiculously undersized, when we opened a ticket to return it, they sent an email back that the refund depended on the weight of the package and did I want a return label, I responded, yes and why does weight affect the refund, they did not respond. 2 days later I sent them another message through the ticket asking for a return label, and why are they ignoring me? Today I looked again and they closed the ticket. I im'ed them and they told me they have no phone number, and 35 minutes, of worthless typing back and forth, I still had no label, the only way to resolve it was to get the shipping address and ups it to them at my expense and file a credit card dispute. A lot of work and $9 more expense for me. I am sure if something fits they are fine, but the real test is how is a company after the sale. They are horrible, I will never do business with them again

UPDATE
They finally issued credit after American Express threatened them as well. They kept sending me emails saying they would issue credit as soon as I removed my negative review. I believe that to be illegal as well as immoral to say the least. They also said they issued a return label which was a lie as well. Then they tried to issue a site credit, which I told them they could stick it where the sun does not shine as I have no intention of ever doing business with them again! I now have my amex credit, What a nightmare. In the future, I will stick with Amazon, where if there is an issue with the product, they immediately, email a return label, and issue credit to the card, I used.
