Ok readers, I'm back. I recently wrote a review - the absolute truth - about Shein.com. I won't rehash the entire horrific experience, but believe it or not the saga continues. I thought we were done. Judging from the numerous mindless correspondences they're sending. It's obvious we are not.
They have written me no fewer than 12 times asking the same questions and promising to provide a "call ticket" to pick up or pay for a sweater I cancelled one half hour after placing the order. It has been one huge nightmare. It seems no one has read my countless emails detailing the problem over and over again. Then I get more emails from them asking what my problem is... or, if you can believe this, to buy a few more sweaters from this company.
How can they possibly remain in business? Why are they still operating? The merchandise does not come close to the pictures. They don't have a handle on basic customer care protocol. They are not organized. Their policies are empty. There's no one to speak with. There is no phone number provided. I promise you this: no matter how tech-savvy you are - one simply can not get through their convoluted website to get answers to anything. I repeat - ANYTHING.
They - folks - are hiding behind their cheaply-constructed product line. Speaking of line, they should find another line of work... because business retail is not their calling!
Tried them for the first time and ya they are great and customer service is also very generous to there customer. I ordered a product for my wife and she was facing problem with the size and they changed it within no time very helpful.
The other day when I was looking for a new Necklace for my wife in online then I noticed the great offer of this site & just ordered for a Gold Globe Telescope Necklace. At my utter surprise they delivered as they promised & the shipping charge was very cheap. Really I am highly satisfied with the best services of this site. I insist everybody to go with this site..
IIordered quite a while ago two skirts and still have not got them but the were charge to my pay pal account on January 27thstill nothing they wre to skirts at 33.16 $

I had the most amazing experience at she in. The photos of items were very appealing; trust me, what you see, is what you get. The customer service is top-notch as once I placed an order, I received the shipment. My dresses were in good shape and were a perfect fit and taste. Such a delight! I recommend "she in" to anyone who needs to buy a nice something for themselves or a gift to someone; the website is a gift itself!
I never believed what the reviews said as i have ordered from this company before. But hey bite me in the a** right. So i ordered a couple clothing and this time, not express shipping as they call it. So i wait and wait. 7 day processing blah blah blah. I ordered my item January 26th, it is now February 18th. And the my items aren't here. It's fine i guess. So i go to my tracking and check where it is. It's said the same message for the last 2 weeks. It's just left the damn country. So i contacted them again and they asked me to check my local post office if its here. Are you kidding me?! I'm not even sure if its here. And the stupid company wants me to check if its here. The post office will think i'm an idiot for going there without a tracking number or a message that its here. And here's another thing: they want me to ask my neighbours and friends if they've signed for it. Hello, i sent it to my office so i would get it. As the office name is included. You idiots! I'm disappointed and i want my money back. Thieves! Will never order from you again!

It was my first time buying from Shein... maybe my last. The items I recieved were okay, not what I expected, but decent quality. Yet the sweater I really wanted I have not recieved. On the order status it says that it shipped and includes a tracking number. Yet when I go to the UPS site it says that the label was created... not that it shipped. This has been the case for the past 4 weeks. I have opened multiple tickets and no response. I am hopind someone from Shein reads this post and responds to the following: Please advise when will I recieve the sweater SKU#******* ordered on ALB5681. I bought 14 items more that two week a ago with Express delivery and I only received 3 of them! I checked the tracking and they said that they shipped the order but once I contacted UPS they said that they never received it!
Then, I tried to submit a lot of tickets but they never answered. I want the refund!
I want them to solve this problem. I loved the 3 items that I received but I won't buy ever again if my order is lost or they won't refund me.
I mean, where is it if nor SheInside nor UPS have it?!

I bought a dress to take on vacation in August for a wedding. I paid about $18 for it and I bought it around May. I additionally ordered another dress at the same time. That one arrived but I have not seen or heard anything about it the other one. I tried to contact the customer service about 2 weeks before my departure and I haven't gotten a response back. I went on vacation without a dress I expected to have.
I tried to contact customer service AGAIN after I came back from my vacation and still no answer! It has been now 9 months since I have ordered my dress and I still have not heard anything back. They stole my money and then completely decided to ignore me.
The other dress that I did receive, looked like complete s***. I would not recommend buying ANYTHING from this website. Save your money and frustration!

Ordered a Bead's Necklace, It was Really Beautiful and It Shipped on time, I was amazed to receive the delivery on time. It was so Quick. Highly Recommended!
After submitting a ticket to cancel my order and get a full refund, Shein took about a week to take care of things. It will take about 10-20 working days to get a refund if you paid by credit card, but about 3-5 if you paid by paypal. Although I wish it would have been faster, better than nothing though. Thanks Sheinside for offering satisfactory customer service.

I just wanted to add a few words of advice. If you do decide to buy their clothing, make sure to look at the reviews for the product to really see the quality of it, how it fits if only comes in one size, etc. When I did buy my items, I made sure that each article of clothing had several reviews to make sure that this wasn't just some sketchy asian site and that it was really legit.
Also, here's another tip. Sheinside will respond to customer service reports faster if you post a review about them. Good luck!

I ordered a blazer from SheIn, that actually arrived in a reasonable time period, and looked decent. I wear a US 12 or 14, and the size chart PROVIDED BY SHEIN on the garment's eBay page gave measurents in inches that suggested the garments in their corresponding size should have fit me.
Ha!
If you dare push your luck, expect the Chinese XL to be about a small in US sizing. Seriously, I GAVE the garment to a small friend, and she likened it to a size 8 ladies - and a small 8 at that.
If you are a slender teen or very small boned, thin person, this stuff might work for you.
Just know that SheIn will not pay return shipping, even though they posted terribly incorrect size info to go by, so they should have accepted responsibility. I emailed them a couple of times and they just didn't bother to respond to my second email which made the case that it was their error, and they should pay return shipping. In fact, their website showed the case as being closed!
Would not waste more money on these clothes, and yes - reading the less than stellar grammar in many of the reviews, I suspect that many are indeed "fixed".
Update: After this review was posted, I had several emails from Sheinside, mainly wanting me to change my review. Right. I'll do that right after I pay to ship back the DOLL CLOTHES they sent me, and take a loss on something I couldn't use.
These people are not just dishonest, I think they may be hitting the bottle at work. The very nerve... deliver pitiful products and then ask for a dishonestly 'positive' review!

Although prices on here are really great, you pretty much get what you pay for.
I have a few items i'd like to return but reading reviews on returns I may as well just not bother.
All clothing is made in China and is made with such cheap material. Love how everything looks so high-quality on their site but when you receive your clothes they look like a wrinkled garbage bag.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
