The clothes are very adorable and super inexpensive - the quality is ok, you are getting what you pay for, I didn't expect much, I just wanted something fun and cheap. They took a long time to ship part of my order and they cheerfully refunded the money for those items when I complained. I was impressed.

The problem comes if you decide to return things. The sizes ran big for me (alot of people say they run small, so idk) and the return policy says you can return. I followed their procedures and was told over and over for two weeks, any day now. Still no refund. I contacted Paypal and opened a dispute and they told me they would not refund my money until I closed the dispute! Wow! Cheeky! It's just not worth it. It looks like I am out over $200. Never again will I order without looking the company up online. Plenty of people have reported them as fraudulent. Add me to the list. IF they resolve this, I will come back and change the review.

Update: I filed a claim with paypal and got my full refund. So, if you really want something from Shein, make sure you use paypal or a card that will back you up if there is a dispute. Like I said, the clothes are cute and cheap, but personally, I would never try them again.

I bought the Blue Lapel Vertical Striped Blouse for my wife and she loved it. It was easy to order, I just added it to my bag, selected a size and then checked out. I also loved that they had so many pictures of the Blue Lapel Vertical Striped Blouse, not just stock photos but of real customers wearing the product as well. I also appreciated that there was free shipping no matter the amount of the order and that I got 40% off my first order. My order came quickly and was packaged great. I would recommend this shop to my friends.

THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING COMPANY I HAVE EVER. EVER. EVER ORDERED FROM! I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR A REFUND SINCE 1/2016 FOR ITEMS THAT I SIMPLY DID NOT LIKE. I SENT THE ITEMS BACK WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING AND NOW IT IS MARCH! SUBMITTING A TICKET REGARDING MY REFUND YOU WOULD THINK WOULD BE SIMPLE ENOUGH. I HAVE EXCHANGED ABOUT 10 "TICKETS" WITH THE MYSTERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SHEIN AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY REFUND! I WAS TOLD "THE CHINESE NEW YEAR HELD UP THE REFUND PROCESS," CHINESE NEW YEAR WAS FEBRUARY 8TH... DIDN'T KNOW THE CELEBRATIONS LASTED AN ENTIRE MONTH. MUST BE SOME PARTY. THEN I WAS ASKED, ON MY LAST TICKET, "PLEASE LET US KNOW WHY YOU ARE RETURNING THE ITEMS AND WE WILL SEND THE REFUND TO YOU." BECAUSE I AM THE CUSTOMER, THAT IS WHY. IF YOU HAVE GOTTEN YOUR PRODUCTS BACK, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THERE IS NOTHING ELSE TO IT. IT IS A JOKE OF A COMPANY AND THEY ARE CROOKS.

I love how shein.com is a one-stop-shop for everything from head to toe. This is quite rare on most clothing sites that usually have a very limited collection. I bought the Colour Sleeveless Graffiti Print Jacquard Dress at $13.90 thinking that it was too cheap to be any good, but decided to go for it anyway because it was so affordable. I was very pleasantly surprised when the item arrived by registered mail very quickly and the material was high-quality and cooling. Ive bought other dresses that were very flimsy and stuffy. Im now actually wearing the dress! Thanks shein.com!

So to start, I want to note that I am new to this site, so I wasn't too sure what to expect. After 20 minutes of browsing I came across this dress that I just HAD to have! It was one of those long sleeve t-shirt ones, in burgundy. Anyways I went to order one and they didn't have my size. So i was thinking, great now I have to wait six weeks or whatever until they restock. I went ahead and sent an email, because this dress would be awesome to wear to a party I was going to soon. Anyways they got back to me right away (like two or three hours) and told me they would order a few more and have one express shipped to me! The shipping was super fast and the people were so nice to work with! I got the dress and I absolutely loved it! Looked great on me too, just like the description said! Could not be happier with the service! Thanks!

Sheinside went above and beyond what I had expected. They took a long time to get me my order. But, once I received it, Finally, I have received my order. The package was destroyed and the dress cut but I don't think it is shein's fault but rather the postal office. I have started a complaint against the postal office as the shipping was disastrous. I was very satisfied. They made sure to maintain constant contact the entire time I was waiting for my order.
I was upset at first because I had ordered it for a trip. I didn't receive it in time for the trip.
I will definitely order more from them in the future, they really cared about my satisfaction. I just asked that they inform costumers on items that are back ordered.

I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS FOR MY DAUGHTER'S THAT CAME IN THREE "EXPRESS LOL" SHIPMENTS. MINUS ONE ITEM OUT OF STOCK. THEY ARE ALL OF THE POOREST QUALITY. PURE TRASH. THERE IS NO PHONE. CANNOT FIGURE OUT THEIR RETURN TICKET POLICY. THIS STORE IS FRAUDULENT. THE "REVIEWS" HAVE TO BE PARTIALLY FAKE. I OWN BUILD AND HOST WEBSITES AND BLOGS. ONE OF WHICH PROVIDES A LIST OF THE BEST ONLINE STORES WITH BEST DEALS/QUALITY AND LINKS TO THESE COMPANIES. SHEin will be on my new "watch out for scams list". If they don't refund all my money. I will have my card dispute the FRAUDULENT transaction and will report their deviant return and sales policies to the Atty General and BBB.

Still Waiting for refund

Well... here it is March and I have not received a refund for items they received back 1st week of January. I will be giving all the info to my credit card company today. Save your self a headache. These are poor quality clothes and the worst service ever. I can only assume that by holding refunds for a very long time they are manipulating funds, robbing peter to pay paul.

I love the quality and fit of the shirts. I got a chiffon like blouse in pink and an olive t shirt! I really love them. The customer service was good as well and I received a reply asap. I don't know about the negative reviews but with the fast shipping items I have a good review.

Upon receiving my items in the mail, every single item I want to return. Every piece of clothing was of the poorest quality including holes, loose string, the seems were falling apart, the sizes were off, and some pieces were extremely dirty. I couldn't even try on one of the shirts I bought because it was covered in dirt and there was a huge hole. I am very unhappy with my entire order!

Have not received items.

Cannot give an accurate rating due to the fact that I haven't received my items yet! I never got an email to confirm the purchase or anything about shipping. I need to have this dress by this weekend for an event that I'm going to. If someone, anyone, could tell me where to track my package or if it has even been shipped, that would be great. I ordered everything on 02/12/16. I get it that it has only been ten days but I should have been updated with what is happening with my purchase.
