I needed a very beautiful dress for masquerade ball so I ordered the Navy Spaghetti Strap Backless Sequined Dress, the dress looked the same as it did online. It was true to size, fit tight in all the right places and was beautifully crafted overall. I expected it to be itchy because of the abundance of sequence but to my surprise it was not. I received so many compliments! The ordering process was very easy and it shipped quickly. The packing was nicely organized. The shipping was very accurate and the ease of use on the site helped with the purchasing aspect. The search bar helps users find exactly what you are looking for. Definitely would buy from this retailer again and recommend to others.
Few day's ago i bought a skirt, i am surprised about delivery, really it was so fast. I got it yesterday, i am also happy to see the good color and design.
Seriously first 2 orders i enjoyed the shopping later the way they respond to the issues its irritating.
I raised a ticket and with out resolving the issue they close it. I tried using partial amount for the Order NO.: BAH5351 but then status says expired and completed. No idea how they work? Neither i received any products nor they reverted in the wallet.

I have order over $100 worth of dresses for an upcoming holiday. All items had 25h shipping and I had chosen expedited shipping. It has now been 3days my order is still processing and I'm going on holiday in 24h.
Disappointed while still hoping for a miracle that the package arrives tomorrow before I leave. Based on written reviews I hope to be able to revise my review with a positive feedback upon receiving the clothes.

I have received from SheInside has been quality, not to mention the great prices. That's what keeps me coming back. I have been more than pleased with the items I have received. I find the size charts to be very accurate as well as the items pictured. You just can't beat the prices. These same items bought at a high end boutique would be very pricey. I followed their return instructions and had to contact them because after receipt of my merchandise for 1 week, still no refund. I finally got in touch with someone by chat, and Noe informed me that it would take another week to process my refund. Really the SheInside is my best choice for online female shopping. 5 days ago I have bought a dress for my wife and that was really awesome and also quality of dresses is best. So I want to give a thanks to SheInside and highly recommended!
This was the first time I was using shein.com, and I have to say I was extremely pleased. I used it to order the a red backless dress, which was well worth the money. The entire process from ordering to getting the item was effortless. The product was actually as described in the specification and pictures, and excellent in quality in terms of fabric. The delivery was surprisingly fast, which is always a bonus. Being budget conscious, Shein was perfect for me as their prices are extremely economical for the kind of product they offer. The website is well built and responsive. Definitely a thumbs up!

OMG, after a month of placing my order, it actually arrived (3 out of 4 pieces) and I was truly pleased with the quality. Due to the stress of feeling like I had been scammed, (although good quality)but very slow delivery and no phone number to contact customer service. Never again would I order from SHEINSIDE. I order 5 items got them pretty fast and had to pay 19$ duty to the delivery guy which was not mention anywhere when I place my order, when I open my parcel the stinking smell that came out was horrible, one dress had a stain on it and everything was made poorly, very cheap quality, I decide to do a return what a nightmare, I pay 20.50$ for the return which I'm sure I'm not getting back, it's been 31 days still no refund! I email them over and over and over again and again and there are giving me the run around giving a ticket and other ticket saying the credit is in my account I try taking it out of course it didn't work, email them again waited for them to answer to tell me it's take 30 days to get my refund, I don't understand why they make everything so difficult and unpleasant, they sure took no time charging my credit card 24 hours when I did my purchase and now there taking all the time in the world to refund me like I'm gonna forget or just let it go, anyways I'm never buying from them again they have no respect for there clients

I ordered a good 200.00 worth of clothing the tops all fit fine they were not the greatest quality but that was expected with the amount I paid per top. The pants on the other hand ran small to say the least I ordered 3 pairs of pants and 1 romper in mediums the pants ran so small that they would have fit my 4 yr old daughter this is no exaggeration. I put the pants up against my daughters pants and they were the same size(4t) if not a few inches longer the site should clarify that they run in Asian sizes not US and that their sizing chart is completely off. When I contacted customer service for a refund they informed me I would have to pay to return the items. I then asked to have a manager or supervisor call me to which I was told they have no phone service. I doubt that in their entire company they have no phones seeing as I work for a clothing company and you need phones to be able to run the business well long story short after writing to the bbb they were gracious enough to send me a return label. I will not be ordering from them again the quality of the clothing was as expected for the price but the customer service was lacking and the return process was ridicules.
In response to their response they emailed me shortly after my review and asked me to change my review for a 40% off coupon I found this hilarious and worth mentioning since they had a promotion for 40% off all orders running on their site my review stand.

This is my SECOND review. It is a follow up to the first review for the same order. Let me start off by saying that shein contacted me explaining the delays (the dress was out of stock) and asking if there was anything they could do to improve their service (how about just send me my dresses?). Well, within a week, I received a tracking number. That would be great except that it has been 16 days now and that tracking number is "anticipating shipment date". Meaning, a tracking number has been created but the shipment has not gone out because they want you to think they shipped it out. Wonderful. Actually, no. Deceptive. Manipulative. Unethical. Give me back my money, damn it.

I ordered my items well over a week ago, and did the 4 day shipping. Well, my items are still not here. I sent in a "ticket" and all the customer service rep had to say was that the items have shipped and I should be patient. Fed Ex has only created a label, and have not even received this order yet. I placed my order 2.5 weeks before my event just incase the items needed to be tailored. They have already charged my card, and yet no items. Please fix this or expedite the shipping!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

The problem you ran into was a little bit complicated, but i have checked with our Customer Service Team carefully and sorted everything out.
Your order #KBA4557 was placed in last August, and then $16.66 was refunded to your SheIn Wallet for the sold-out product. Last December, you withdrew $10.59 from your SheIn Wallet to your card, so there was a total of $5.07 left in the Wallet, which you tried to apply while placing the order #BAH5351, and it worked. The problem is, the order #BAH5351 is still left unpaid, so there occurred the situation where you found the amount in your SheIn Waller was zero, but you had no idea where the $5.07 went.
Here’s how the problem can be solved. You can either continue to finish the payment for the order #BAH5351 so the $5.07 could be successfully applied, or, you can cancel this order so the $5.07 could be refunded to your SheIn Wallet.
