I have ordered from this site once before and didn't have any problems with shipping, however I placed an order 12 days ago and it still says "processing." I need one of these items in a week which is why I placed the order so long ago, but it has not shipped out yet and I have expedited shipping. I'm hoping this issue is resolved because I like the items I ordered! I have also contacted them on the website and haven't heard back.

I previously wrote a review freaking out about whether I would receive my order or not. My order has come and the material, skirts and quality are excellent. I love 5 out of 6 of them and the one I don't like they have made plans to send me a refund for. Sizes run small so be sure to order 2 sizes up. Other than that enjoy!
I do shop from sheinside once in every month but never found anything bad they are very much organized. Customer support team is very much responsive to there customers. And till now i found nothing bad about there products.
I loved it very much. What a super collection on sheinside. I was confused to found gift for my cousin but sheinside give me super collection of some new dresses. I bought a dress for her from it and surely come again for me. Highly recommended.
I made my order on the 30th of april and I still have not received it. Eventough they say it is ready to ship in 24 hours, that is a lie since the 24 hours are for processing the order.
Then they produce in China! And you have to wait until the package comes to your closest warehouse. What is curious is that they take your money when they get your order, but when you want a refund it takes 20 days.
On the other hand, we cannot support websites that take the designs of other stores and make a cheap copy of them in China to sell it for less than $10 It is not correcto to support this type of businesses

“Ship in 24 hours” means the product is available for shipment within 24 hours, but it would still take a few days for the package to arrive at your door.

I ordered two things on Sheinside. I am tracking it on the Sheinside App. It was processing for awhile, but finally when I checked, one of the two items said it shipped, while the other says "OUT OF STOCK." What does that mean? I paid for both. Am I just not going to get my second item that says "OUTOFSTOCK" while during the time I've ordered it, it has been approved, meaning that it should be in stock.
A day later I received a message from Sheinside and they helped me solve the problem right away. I am looking forward for my items to come! Thanks for helping me solve the problem Shein!
My daughters placed an order for 23 items on 4/1/16. We just received 6 items. Who knows where the others are! I can't contact live chat it doesn't work. But oops can't contact them anyway about existing orders or problems! Have to send a ticket! I want to cancel entire order, but no response. I do not want shein dollars items awful. I want full refund to card i purchased on. But beware you have to state this or you get useless shein dollars! I am so frustrated. My advice stay away! Still waiting for a resolution, this site gets "nice" repsonses, so i will wait and see, and keep you posted if this ever gets resolved. In the meantime, i am contacting my credit card company.

The order was placed on April 3rd including 23 items. It normally would take 3-7 business days for the order to get ready and then 3-5 business days to arrive with express shipping.
Considering the order contains a lot of items, we shipped part of your order (6 items) first with express shipping, which you found not fitting after you received the package. Our customer service representative is already working on that and offered you the returned address. We will process the refund for the 6 items to your credit card once we receive the returned package.
The rest of the order was already packed and ready for shipment, but we have applied the refund of $241.69 per your request. It normally would take 15-20 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card since it would need reviews and approval at many levels, please check then.

I placed an order for a dress on 4/2. IT IS 4/11th the order is still processing. When I asked about the order I was told it would be 10 more days before it would ship. That is 19 days to process an order. I feel this to be totally unacceptable no matter how much you are saving.

I have ordered something from here a very long time ago, I actually lost count of the days. I opened a dispute and they told me it was being sent to close it. I closed it a while ago, and luckily remembered today about it! Do not order something from here if you want your item quicker than two months. It is ridiculous. I ordered something and it took two months and was sent from New Jersey! Now I'm waitin for the second time Still and cannot re open the case because i closed it, now I'm still waiting! If I don't get the item soon I will have to just call PayPal and open another dispute. Why is this happening? Not good.

I placed my order on March 30th and chose express shipping. Two of my items arrived but the bigger package is still in processing. When tracking it on FedEx, it was apparently supposed to be shipped out two days ago. Not very impressed.

I wanted to leave a positive review but I can't. Overall, the shopping experience was as described. Took about a week to process (as advertised). Once shipped, took another week to reach me. There was a tracking number to follow its process.
Quality-wise, despite the really cheap prices, it's not great. I feel that had I came across the product at this low price in the shops, I would not have spent the money.
I did wonder about the quality due to the price, but placed an order based on the very positive reviews. Now this is the part I'm REALLU UNHAPPY about. I left reviews about the products, some good some not so great, to warn others of the quality. Shein DENIED the negative reviews and approved the more positive ones!
This explains why so 'many' people raved about the products. Now it makes sense!
Be aware before you buy.
For one season wonders, this site is not bad. For more special occasions, you may like to think twice about it.

I ordered some boots they were way too big! After trying and trying to teach you guys via email (only contact info they provide) and getting NO reply I decided to just ship back using the address that was on the bag that the shoes were shipped in, i put a letter on the inside with order id & reason for return, I just asked for a smaller size listed size I needed and everything! It's been a month & no refund or shoes! They weren't cheap either 40 $#*!ing bucks to waste! Not to mention the 17 dollars I was charged to ship back! Unless I receive my damn shoe exchange or money back I will never purchase from you guys again.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
