Have ordered a few things on Shein and have been relatively happy with what arrived in conjunction with the image displayed online. As all online shopping you have to be diligent with sizing, but I have yet to have an issue.
Lots of items which is awesome but just be careful when ordering because the Asian sizing is very different from US. I'm usually a medium/large so after several mistakes, I found out that I always need to order an XL on their site in order for it to fit me. Always read product reviews and find reviews that has customer pictures because unfortunately so many times, the picture used in the advertisement is totally different from the actual item. However, there are products that are properly advertised too so I always check.
Ordered almost $200 worth of clothes. When they arrived most were 2 sizes smaller than what I ordered. Also the quality was not like the pictures of the items on their website. Only one item I liked. Then when I wanted to return they said not only will I have to pay and be out of pocket for the return of the items that they will only refund me into the Shein wallet! Which is for all intense and purposes a store credit. I am not spending money to return the items to China only to get a store credit which I will never use. Do not order from this site. It is just money down the drain. Rather then return the items I will keep most aside for my 9 year old daughter who will fit into them in a couple of years. The rest can go to the charity bin.
SheIn had the cutest pieces listed on site for such a great price. I thought this was a little suspesious but I proceeded. The moment I received my order I realized why. The quality is subpar, the quality is not at all like what is photographed. They share photos of woman wearing these pieces so I have no idea how they pull that off (maybe a little photoshop or they are have the piece you think you're getting re-manufactured in a cheaper quality). Either way I proceeded to return the clothing and first off, their customer service is TERRIBLE. They are misspelling comman words and using short hand as if they hired a bunch of 16 year olds who just got cell phones (ya, cuz, u, um,). I could not believe it. As I then proceeded to submit a ticket as instructed they explain to me that I must pay to have it shipped and be reimbursed! What a company, right?! Not to mention this is not at all stated in the return policy. I don't trust it at all. I have responded to the customer care email and have yet to received a response. What they are probably trying to do is wait until the days are up that I have to return and send me an apology letter explaining how I can no longer return. We will certainly see about that. There's no way I'm wearing pieces of this quality. I am going to exceed great lengths to get every penny back for the daytime dresses I bought that came to me in sheer one layer nighty material. DO NOT SHOP this brand unless you plan to never return.

1 - It took FOREVER for me to receive the stuff I ordered
2- I received a pair of pants that did not fit, returned them via USPS mail and never heard back from Shein.
They claim they never received the pkge and just left the situation at that. As a frustrated customer tired of discussing the same issue thru email, I eventually gave up trying to resolve the issue because well... Shein isn't so great at assisting their consumers.
So I never got refunded for what I returned. I paid for an item I do not have or/ own aka Shein basically robbed me.
Also, the quality of clothing isn't that great.
They have NO phone number so you cant ever speak to a customer service rep if you're having any issues. You're forced to go back and forth via email, which can turn into a long drawn out process.
Terrible Terrible Terrible... I literally warn everyone about this site/ online boutique.

I actually enjoyed shopping at shein because their app was so fun to use. I spent over 3 hours deciding what I wanted. I decided to spend over $100 because I wanted free express shipping. I got my email and my tracking number but I did not get my link? It just says "no query result" what do I do now? My first purchase with Sheinside was not much of a bad experience, though they missed an item which I loved the most.
However they made up to it saying they can send something else instead of it as the one I asked was out of stock.
Anyway last November 28th, 2015, I placed a new order and till date I havent received those items. Reason coz they missed out to mention my address and this took them more than a month to identify what happened with my package. I still gave them time to resend my package and followed up with them every week, but they kept telling me that they havent received the package back and could not do anything about it. After the entire wait I asked them to refund the money coz it had already been 4 months, as soon as I asked for a refund they stopped replying to me and now I cant contact them in anyway. I dont think this is the right way to deal with customers, I was alright even when they messed up my package address and gave them time to sort it out, but as soon as I asked for refund they stopped responding.

Someone who works for them is involved in credit card scamming. My card number was used to purchase over $3,500 clothing, shoes, and services over the weekend. I KNOW the breach came from Fly Jane because it's the only place I used it. It was a new card. My order from them was fine but not worth the hassle. Shop carefully.

I usually shop at House of Frasier, and ordered a dress that had only a size 10 left. I wear a 12 and researched the dress to find that sheinside had one in my size. On line ordering was no problem and I received my dress within 3 to 7 days. I would order again.
This is the third scarf of this type I have bought from this seller for myself, and I have been very pleased with all of them. It is nice and long, really soft and can be wrapped right round the neck, and the colors are really well chosen to go together. I have bought a couple for friends for presents, and they have also commented on how nice and soft the scarfs are and the lovely color combinations. If you are looking for a scarf as a gift, or as a thank you, then you could not do better than these scarfs. I would advise you to order the scarf(s) way early before you need them/it, as they do take a bit longer to get here, but all in all, they are great.
We were confuse when visited the website shein.com because we saw large catalog and couldnt decide what to buy, finally we ordered a casual dress. But I was surprised when my wife received the package. The order delivered timely it was more then our expectations. Color and stuff was same as described and shown in the images. If you dont care about when you get the product I believe it would be worth the cost of the items. I ordered dresses from She Inside specifically for a business conference I am attending. I ordered them nearly 10-12 days before my conference assuming just like an other business I have ordered from that it would take 3-5 days to recieve my order. After 5 or 6 days passed. I created a ticket inquiring about if my items have been shipped yet or not they tell me it takes 3-7 days just to get the order ready. If I would have known that previously before I ordered that would have been helpful. Now, it says my items have shipped on 4/16 at 4 am. I go to check today assuming that they would be on their way to my house or arriving the next day. Come to find out they have not even left the warehouse yet. Not sure why you would package something for shipment and just let it sit in the warehouse instead of actually getting it out or why it would take 4 days to do that. All I know is the shipment process is a hassle, if would have known all this information before i ordered I would have purchased overnight shipment or whatever was the quickest.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
