So I'm reading these reviews that everyone is posting and i am legit scared and regretting that i ordered clothes from here, i love the items i picked out but if it doesn't come in time i might just have to cancel my order. I ordered Sunday May 8th and i need it May 19th, it honestly shouldn't take them that long to send out orders. If you don't have the items take them off your site. I order things from aliexpress and there in china and it comes within 4 days. Like really! Should i cancel or keep.
I have started buying here 1 years ago. I have a lot of clothes from this site, so I can comment on the quality. For me it's very good. Clothes are nice and pretty. I'm pleased with the purchase. Their customer service is great. Fast, nice and patiently answer questions.
I've had good luck buying from this site and have gotten adorable items for little money and fast shipping, considering they come from China. I rarely have to wait longer than 2 weeks for any order. There have been a few things that didn't turn out as nice as what was shown in the photo, but I couldn't complain because the price was low. I'd say 90% of the things I've gotten have been great - especially the basic cotton dresses. Just be sure to pay close attention the measurements they give for each size. I'm 5'2", 32" chest, 25" waist, and 33" hips so I usually wear size XS/S in American sizes, but sometimes I have to order size Medium or even Large in some items to be sure they'll fit properly.
Ive done more than 10 purchases from shein and am pretty satisfied with everything starting from the up to date styles to the amazing customer service who act very professionally.

SheIn is one of my favorite sites to purchase clothing. I've ordered about 5 times now and am impressed by the quality for the price. Not all clothing is the same size, but if you read the reviews and the sizing charts, they fit perfectly. Everytime that I have had an issue with an order, their customer service was helpful. I recommend this site to all my friends!

You guys sent me the wrong dress! When I looked back at my order the picture changed to a picture of a dress that looked similar to the dress I previously ordered...

I will say that it's important to focus on taking your measurements and comparing them to the teams listed as sizes vary with each piece. Also it's helpful to read the customer reviews for the items you're considering to buy. I'm quite impressed with the items and the prices are great. I seriously love this site. I stumbled across it a while ago and wasn't sure it if was legit, so I ordered just one thing and it went smoothly and I liked the piece. So the next order I made was like 5 or 6 things. I will say that the shipping can take a bit longer than they advertise, so if you are ordering for an event, keep that in mind. I just bought a dress for $10 on here and I will be wearing it to Derby. Also, returns are easy and customer service is always great.

I just got a notification saying my package was delivered but it was returned to to Memphis? And It was supposed to arrive to me in Dallas, Texas. Je suis une cliente fidèle de SHEIN parce que j'y trouve les vêtements mode que j'aime.
Rien à dire sur les livraisons (gratuites!) et sur le personnel charmant qui répond avec amabilité aux questions.Je n'ai eu qu'une fois une erreur de taille, je leur pardonne!
Non ce qui me chiffonne le plus, c'est la matière utilisée pour leur vêtements qui rétrécit automatiquement au lavage même à la main, ce qui fait que je rachète en plusieurs exemplaires les modèles choisis! Il faudra que j'éclaircisse ce problème avec eux. Je suis ravie de tout ce que j'ai acheté chez eux, et hormis le problème soulevé, je leur garde ma confiance.
J'ai un peu hésité avant de passer ma première commande, d'ici ( la France) les prix sont très attractifs, mais j'avais peur d'avoir en plus de frais de douane ou d'être déçue de la qualité des vêtements, et bien rien de tout ça!:-) Non seulement le rapport qualité-prix est extra! Mais la qualité me plait beaucoup ( jusqu'ici en tout cas) j'ai eu une fois un article qui etait en rupture de stock donc payé et impossible à livrer et il m'a étéremboursé sans aucun souci très rapidement.:-) Je suis ravie de toutes mes commandes passées et j'espère en passer encore beaucoup beaucoup d'autres! Je sis devenue fan! J'adore!
