This website it utterly frustrating! I placed an order almost 2 1/2 weeks ago and the order is still not here Even though the shipping was "express" and said it would be here in 3-5 business days! Wtf!

Well, I was pleasantly surprised and very happy when I received my first order from Shein.

I ordered 12 items on 4/24/16 which were split between three separate shipments. I received the jewelry within a week, the second shipment came within two weeks. I am still waiting for the third shipment of two items which were back ordered and is scheduled for delivery on Mon. 5/23/16.

Everything I purchased fit and the quality of the clothing was excellent. I especially love the Wine Red Oxblood Baggy Long Sleeve Floral Flower Dress, (dress*******).

I also bought three necklaces which are very pretty, bigger and better than the website picture.

One necklace was only $3.19, (necklaceNC*******) and the other two were $5.99, (necklaceNC******* and necklaceNC*******). All three are heavy, well made costume jewelry pieces which would sell for much more elsewhere.

I am a very satisfied customer and have placed and received a second order, (which was delivered within a week) and just placed my third order today.

Out of my two orders I only had one item that did not fit at all. The button fly denim pencil skirt was extremely small. I usually wear a US size 10 or 12, so I ordered an XL and could not pull it up over my hips. It was more like a size 0. What a shame because I really like the skirt, it's heavy denim material and well made.

I would highly recommend Shein to anyone based on my shopping experience with them. They are a good value, quality items for a good price.

I ordered 5/13 and am having shipping issues, too. No business I've ever ordered from has taken this long to ship items. I have also contacted the company via email with no response. Very disappointed to see I'm not the only one with this problem.

Am I the only one that didn't have a bad experience with shein? Lol I never heard of shein before but my friend refer me to this site when she brought a skirt from them. I ordered multiple items on 2 separate occasions. I was hesitant at first because after I ordered, I found this site and has so many bad reviews but I was shock that all my clothes came perfect and good material for such an affordable price (t-shirts, pants, skirt and cardigan) My last order I just place was on Friday May 13, they shipped it out on Saturday May 14 and I recieve d it today May 20. When buying from them, u have to rely on the buyer's reviews on their website so you know what's a hit or miss. So far I had a great experience with shein and most definitely will be buying more things.

I ordered 3 dresses last may 13 and still says that the order is being processed. It has been two weeks and i still dont have any tracking number or worst is i dont know how long theyre gonna process it and ship it. So disappointed

I bought som summer clothing, and bc I live in EU, my delivery was quick and came after 1-2 weeks.
My problem is that:
The 2 shorts I bought, had really bad zippers, and the holes for the button, didn't even have a hole.

The shirts material is really bad and uncomfortable.

The dress is a bad shape on my body.

The skirt was too small, and it could barely even reach my knees, even though I am a medium.
I suggest if you are going to buy something from Shein, I think its best to buy something without zippers, and maybe read the reviews or the comments before you order it.
With all the respect I am really disappointed and mad.

It's ok

So I ordered a dress and a t-shirt from Shein. I needed them fast, and wanted to make sure i'd get them in time before I'd spend 13 euros for express delivery, so I decided to make use of the online help they offer, but it's awful, this person totally didn't respond to my questions and began to send me a load of text I didn't even ask for, and asked me to give him/her five stars after the conversation. I was really not happy about that, the only reason I still ordered the dress is because I loved it, but online help never again. The delivery cost a week and I'm happy about the items, the quality is better than I expected!

I do really like the two items I got, but am concerned about the other two. Both say "delivered" when I track them, but I do not have them. It is also difficult to contact company through website. Hoping for an answer here.

A great experience

I placed my order on April 22,2016. It is May 16th and my items have not yet arrived! I needed this dress for a wedding so I bought it early but there has been no update on my shipping info for 3 weeks.

Edit: Since the package was lost, they contacted me and offered me a full refund which I received. Thank you for the excellent service.

So I've ordered about 32 items and in total it costs about $300... And this was about a week ago and I still never got my items which sounds pretty crazy Bc I order from forever 21 and other websites and I get my orders really quick. I placed an order from she inside April 20th. The tracking stopped working on April 24th. I have sent a message and they have assured me that I will receive my package but I would like to know WHEN!?! As it is almost reaching a month and I bought it to wear this coming weekend. Wtf shipping

I ordered a dress over a week ago that says "ships in 24 hours" and I even paid more for faster shipping. I needed this dress by this Saturday and I just now got the notification that it has dispatched. So much for ships in 24 hours and expedited shipping. Don't even need the dress now because I won't have it for the event. Don't order from here if you need the product for an occasion coming up.

I ordered a few items over $100, assuming my items would be shipped out on 5/8 - as stated on the website.

As of 5/8 the only status shown in "processing".

I'm must say, I have no problems with Shein communicating with me once I submitted a ticket via the website for status. My only challenge is, the vagueness of when my package will arrive.

I'm not sure if I should cancel my order or wait on pins and needles hoping my package arrives before I travel.
