I was hesitant at first based on some of the reviews, but I went ahead and placed my order for 3 off the shoulder tops. The total for all 3 was less than $50. I wanted to make sure my order was small so in case it went MIA, it would not have been a huge loss. They all arrived together and it took about 1 1/2 wks. The materials were very good quality and the sewing, stitch work was just fine like in any retail stores. I am completely satisfied and will be placing another order this week. These items are coming from New Jersey NOT China. LOL! So I feel pretty confident using this site again and again. If you are hesitant to shop here, buy 1 item, small price tag and use a Paypal acct if you are worried about having your credit card compromised. I paid for my first order using half paypal and half credit card. Just a tip... measurements are usually not by inches but rather by cm. So measure yourself properly and follow their measurement guide.

Where is my order?

I have ordered 3 items from your website and i received an email that it has been shipped and i got a tracking number but everytime i try to track my order it just says Hongkong and not found. I am worried i will not receive my items and lose my money.

Really upsetting experience!

I ordered from SheIn on 29 May 2016 and my order still says that it is processing. I submitted tickets on the website to: 1. "Urge shipping" and 2. Change my shipping address since it was obvious that my items would NOT arrive before I move. I received no confirmation or even acknowledgement that anyone read (or even received) my messages to the site.

Desperate, I tried contacting them via their facebook page and again - NOTHING.

At this point I'm beyond disappointed at the (lack of) customer service and now I concerned whether this is some sort of SCAM website because they definitely charged my credit card and now have disappeared into thin air.

Ordered 13 items on 22 May, one item refunded and rest arrived in New Zealand on 1 June. App for tracking orders was really great. Don't trust the photos on the Reds/greys they all seemed allot lighter. I had no sizing issues as I went off measurements not my regular size so sizes ranged from XS to XL and all fit perfectly. As I have a larger bust this was pleasantly surprising as I struggle to shop in stores.

Communication excellent but gmail did try to flag as spam. Got the small refund requested for unavailable item from my wallet within a week.

Where is my order?

I ordered 6 items from She In and received 3 of them about a week ago. However, the other three I ordered on the 19th has not been shipped yet. Its been 2 weeks since I've ordered these items and it still just says "label created". It has said this for the past week and a half. Not sure if I will ever get my item. Too bad, I love their clothes and their prices but it seems like I will never get these items. I need them by June 7th for my boyfriends graduation.

Shipping label has been created on 5/20 over 11 days ago. Contacted Fedex and the package has not been received. I am very experienced with using Fedex as a carrier and it does not take 3-4 days for them to update their website. I have been very patient on waiting for this order which was placed on May 10th. My daughter and I have an event for these dresses in a couple of weeks.

Horrible.

First time I decided to give shopping online ago and it was unfortunately from this site. While tracking my order I was informed that something went wrong and it was sent back to the sender. Now I am beyond pissed off I don't even know if I'm getting a refund. Overall the service is beyond awful.

Very bad quality

I ordered several items and needless to say I'm unhappy with some of the items I received. I did not receive a dress I ordered and paid for and a plush sweater is nothing like the picture onlinr. The quality is not good but expected for cheap clothing. Lots of strings not cut and looks very different from the pictures. I will not order from here again.

Disappointed

So disappointed - I ordered a jumpsuit and two shirts thinking I would get it withing 3-5 days... I ordered it because I was going out somewhere special and thought I would receive it before the special dinner but I was disappointed. Everytime I checked my item ordered, all it said was processing... a week and a half passed by so I sent a message through chat and the operator answered. I asked when was my package coming and all she said was that it's on its way... When I asked when will I receive by she told me that the jumpsuit I purchased has been sold out... and that the factory no longer has the item. They will let me know when they restock. I don't understand how can you not let me know that it was sold out!? How can you not send me an email... No refund nothing. All she said was to wait. I would have never known that it was sold out until I sent them a message. Unbelivable! I just received the two shirts I purchased two weeks and a half & still waiting for the jumpsuit.

I used to love shopping here, so much so that I used to recommend it to a lot of people, but now I have to rescind that recommendation because the shipping has basically stopped in the past 6 months. I'll order something, and a month later they still haven't shipped it. And when I email them about it I always get the same response; "This item is the big sale, we will ship it soon," and a week later, still no shipment.

Apparently every item is "the big sale," as if that's even a reason for not shipping. I already paid for the item, just put it in a bag and ship it out.

As these items ship from somewhere in Asia, I don't mind the 2 week average shipping time. What I do mind is the month or more long wait for them to even send it; so I'm paying for something and getting it 2 months later. There are lots of bad websites like this that I don't bother with, but Shein used to be really good. Now they're just as bad as the others.

Hit or Miss

I've bought all manner of things: from coats to shoes to dresses -- I will say this: I will always buy dresses from Shein. They are simple but extremely durable and well-made. I will NEVER buy their shoes again. They were so poorly constructed that I had to throw all of them away. Their coats are hit or miss, with quality materials and zero sew-man ship. That being said, I just went on a shopping spree just now. The prices are unbeatable.

I have ordered from this site before and never had a problem with shipping or the quality of the items purchased. This order, however, is quite different. I placed an order for 3 items 10 days ago and it still says "processing". I wanted these items for my vacation in a week, so I ordered in advance and left them plenty of time to get here. Given past experience, I assumed 2.5 weeks would be plenty of time. But my order has not shipped out yet, and I even (supposedly) have expedited shipping. I really like the items, so I'm hoping I don't have to cancel my order. But no one will be here to receive it after I leave on vacation, and I'll be gone a while. I contacted the site once, received a response, and replied back, but I haven't heard anything from them after that. They told me that because one item I have ordered is so popular, it's delaying the shipment, but why would it take this long? I'm kind of desperate at this point. Will my order get here by the 30th?

Very confused on why the website advertises "ships within 24 hours" because whenever I go to track my package all it says is that the shipping label has been created. I ordered this dress to bring on vacation with me and I am leaving for vacation in 6 days. It has already been 6 days since I ordered the dress and it has not even been shipped out yet! Very disappointed in the false advertising and slow confusing service. Would not recommend.

I like all purchased items as well as the client service.
But I am not pleased with the refund system; it's been over one month currently I actually have off one order and till nowadays I didn't receive my a reimbursement.
Overall, the Customer Service is terribly sensible and that I can continue shopping from this website when I receive my reimbursement.
