I ordered 4 items (3 dresses and 1 shirt). I received an opened package that clearly showed a stamp from my local post office that said "received unsealed". There was only 1 dress inside and no receipt, no paperwork AT ALL. The package had obviously been cut open and then the post office taped it closed and delivered it to me anyway. I had to go through PayPal in order to get a response from these people. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER! VERY DISAPPOINTED! They have now FINALLY offered to refund the money back for the items I clearly did not receive after a month of haggling with them! I am just going to wait for PayPal to give resolution because I do not trust this company for anything anymore!

SheIn has alot of nice clothing options at affordable prices. Their customer service is also good, I have returned something before and got my money back.
I ordered clothes off of they're app assuming they'd be just like any other clothing company which honestly was a bad assumption to make. The delivery takes absolutely ages and I (being a kinda last minute person) didn't realise that my items wouldn't arrive on time for my holiday. So I placed a ticket and they take ages to respond as well so if your wanting a quick answer to anything on this website go through 'My Assistant' because I was pleasantly surprised with the quick replies considering other parts of the website are painfully slow. I got a really lovely lady called Annie to talk to and within a matter of minutes she cancelled my order, however when you cancel an order you have to specifically ask for the refund to go back to your car or Paypal, otherwise they'll just refund the money back to your Shein Wallet which is useless and I really don't
Understand why they do that? But in future I will probably order from the company again, but leave plenty of time for delivery and if the clothes and materials are good enough I will probably continue to order from the site.

After my last review they finally sent out my order. But now it says departured CAN. What does it mean? That my order is already in my country or something else?
If my order does not arrive, I'll go to the police with the evidence of other costumers who have never gotten their packets. I ordered it last week, the same day I ordered something from another shop. The thing I ordered from the other shop arrived already 3 days ago (wich is normal!). I'd like to receive my order from Shein this week, I'm going on vacation next week and I thought by ordering it 2-3 weeks before, I'd receive it on time. I hope I didn't thought wrong. I placed an order of 4 items. 6 days later they send me an email saying ALL of my items were "sold out" and didnt know when they would have more of my items. Really? A week later all 4 items are sold out? Why even have them on the site?
On top of that I have to wait 48 hours for the money to go to my "wallet" which is pretty much credit towards your next purchase (which I wont be doing). Once its in my wallet I can withdraw to have it go to my account and that takes another 5 days... argh!

I ordered a couple dresses weeks ago (late May). It took an eternity before it said it was shipped, but when i tracked it with Fedex it only says the shipping label was created. It's been like this for over a week. When i purchased the items originally they said they shipped in 24 hours. I am not happy, and on top of that I had a 40% off code which it said was applied, but i was still charged the full amount. I wanted to address this, but the only ticket items i can request are canceling, exchanges and returns. I've found this entire process really upsetting.

I purchased over 100.00 worth of items that were all marked as will "ship in 24 hours". 4 or 5 days later I contacted customer service to see why the items hadn't shipped and was told that they were being inspected for quality. They shipped the very next day.
They arrived pretty quick once shipped considering they came from overseas and I was really surprised by the quality of the items considering the cost. They are not designer pieces or course, but they are really decent quality for the price.
I was really happy with the items that fit; however, 2 items did not fit (I guessed the wrong size as I wear xs, sm, and in some cases a med) and one item was not flattering on my body type. I contacted customer service again and they gave me their USA warehouse address for return shipping. I sent the items back via UPS ground and provided the customer service with the tracking number per their request. UPS said the items would arrive to the warehouse today and when I checked this evening, my money was refunded to my wallet on the site and I have the option of purchasing something else in place of the items returned OR I can withdraw the money back to my original card.
I don't feel like I should have had to contact them before they shipped the order and I don't think the customer should have to pay for return shipping but it is what it is. And overall, it was a really good experience. I am off to spend my refund with them! LOL
This site is legit. All depends on what you are going to order. Some stuff are pretty good, and some other not that much. Overall I like to purchase from SheIn.com

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
