I paid extra to have my items shipped express, that was on Monday, it is now Wednesday and they are still processing. This is a joke. I cannot find anywhere to cancel and hopefully get my money back. I'm sure they will say 24 hours on that too and take 1-3 weeks. Don't order! I don't wanna hear please be patient bc your website said ships in 24 hours!

I ordered a pair of shorts in a large to be safe & they are still so tiny. I have never worn a large in my life & they will not allow me to return even after a million emails. Wtf

I found this site by accident last October 2015 while in search for the perfect pastel dress to be worn in a wedding. The delivery to the Philippines took a while but once I had the dress on hand I forgot all of that. Good quality and the customer service is superb. After that, I never bought in other sites except SheIn. You may check my website for SheIn dresses I bought and reviewed.

Fraud & Cheating

M/s Trans Asia, M-1, Main Mehrauli Road, Hauz Khas New Delhi, INDIA

I purchased a handwoven Kashmiri Carpet from this company as per following details. Date of Purchase; 11. 4. 2016 Size of carpet: 12'x9' Silk on Wool Kashmiri Carpet Cost: *******/- Discounted Net Cost: *******/- Person who Dealt: Mr. Hanif Mir Delivery: The carpet was to be delivered in USA on F. O. R. Basis meaning all charges up to Door step were included. Review: The Carpet was delivered within 10 days. But the piece sent different & small in size: 10.5'x8' only. When contacted Mr. Mir said he does not know how it happened & size does not matter and now he can not do anything. The piece sent is of no use to me as it does not suite my requirement. Now I am really amazed to find an invoice for $93/- from FEdEx for custom & other charges. When tried to contact no reply. This is a clear case of Cheating & Fraud. While dealing he repeatedly insisted on Trust and would say this is business of trust & we will not have any issue. I stand cheated & my purpose has been defeated. But Customers must be aware about this Company.

Worst online store

This site seem nice but their customer service and shipping methods are horrible. I made my first order and requested 1-2 day shipping but it took them two weeks to send my items out and incomplete so I ask for a refund. Very disappointing. I decided to give them second chance and made a second order for expedited shipping and it's been a week with no type of info about my order. I try to talk to customer service chat and they don't want to reply to me. Please send my items because I'm going on vacation in a week or refund my money. Very very very disappointed with this company. I Will never order again. NEVER

Completely horrible

Honestly, the dresses I got in the mail were absolutely nothing like the pictures online. I was expecting lower quality products, since the prices are so reduced, but they were the quality of a Halloween costume. I got them in the mail and just threw them right in the trash. The hems were all unfinished, one dress had a hole in it and the other was entirely transparent. Never ever will order from She In again.

I live 40 minutes away from your establishment, why the HELL is is taking so long to get my clothes, I ordered 10 days ago! And for the past week it's been saying it's pending!
