The clothes are super cute, I'll give them that but with standard shipping (7-10 days) my package was ordered 6 days ago and the order still says processing. If all these people are complaining about this, I think it's about time they fix the issue wherever it may lie.
I ordered 5 things from Shein on May 27th and it's been more than a month and I haven't received a thing yet. I've tried to contact them through email and haven't heard back. I'm honestly tired of waiting and want my packages. I will not shop here again and I do not recommend this website.

Amazing online store, yet I was dissatisfied with the delivery. I purchased enough that I was promised a faster shipping (6-7 business days if I am not mistaken). I was going to leave on a trip, and I calculated that including business days, I would receive those items before I left. Everything lined up perfectly. I left on my trip, but my clothes did not ship arrive until halfway through my week-long trip. I was severely disappointed. These items were not only a few days late, which is understandable and forgivable, they were about 4 days late. I needed those items for the trip. They were RSHO******* and pant*******. Now that I am back and no longer need them, I would like to return those two items and get either in-store credit or a refund. You would pay back a total of $32.92 to me. Also, I will use the other items that came in the package in the future, so if I could just send back those two, that would be amazing. Thank you!

I had ordered a couple of items from here and had no email confirmation or tracking number. After writing a review on here a couple weeks ago they finally contact me and gave me a tracking number, my package came and all the clothes were great. It just seems that you can't get any reply from them unless you complain on this site, it shouldn't have to get to that. I was satisfied with what I got but the customer service is honestly the worst.
I was lured in to shop on this website because of the 40% off first time purchase coupon code. It let me "apply" my coupon, however it never took the percentage off during payment. It didn't give me a chance to verify the payment before taking it. After further searching on them, I saw that the coupon only works if the item isn't on sale for more. No where in the email with the code does it explain that. I immediately went back to cancel my order and I haven't heard back yet. After reading reviews I am worried that I won't hear back. It is hard earned money and I do not want it wasted by feeling duped. This order better get cancelled since I did it almost immediately.
I might have still shopped on their website and just ordered one or two things to see if I liked it otherwise.

Well I ordered several clothes on June 3 and still haven't gotten them, but probably will tomorrow. For people that have had similar problems, customer service always says so and so item is in high demand and that's why it took longer. They have said that to everyone! On the website they should say what products are in high demand and will take forever to process so we can avoid them. I'm hoping all of the quality of the clothes are good and my package comes tomorrow or else I'll be even more disappointed.

Quality wise, the products on this website are way better than expected. Customer service is always available, quick to respond and very friendly. Thanks to the three return centers they offer, my return was processed in just one day and shipping was at a national fee -awesome! I recently deleted the app to make more room on my phone, data wise, and then quickly re-downloaded it but I went to enter my email & I forgot my password so I tried to reset my password but it said my email was wrong. Entered in a couple more times and it said the same thing. I contacted customer service a few days ago and also sent a ticket with my new account. But nothing yet. And, I bought a few things for over 100$, got a processing email on Tuesday but I haven't got a shipped email.

I recently ordered almost $100 worth of clothes from SheIn, and never got my package. I got in contact with SheIn to see if they had sent my package, and they said my order did not exist. They had no telephone number, and only had "chat". When I spoke to them on chat, there were lots of spelling and grammar errors, and it seemed like they did not know how to speak English very well. They never located my order, and I never received my package, and I never got my money back.

Answer: Do not waste your money on this website, they are very disrespectful, and they do not help their customers. It was one of the worst shopping experiences ever.
Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
