I ordered 6 things from SheIn on July 7th. It's been a week so I decided to check if my package was coming. The website says that they have all been shipped but when I track my package on FedEx nothing is updated and it says that my label has been created and my shipment hasn't started traveling. I'm just confused as to where my package is and when it's going to get here.
Placed my order 10 days ago. Ever since have been following up on my order and every day I was told the order will be shipped in 1-2 days. Eventually I ran out of patience, as I had selected expedited shipping method and most items were to be shipped within 24 hours. Informed the customer care to cancel my order in case I do not receive a favorable response with regards to order shipment. Nothing received, and had to cancel after 2 weeks of waiting. Website seems all easy to use, however, service and logistics are very poor. Cannot rely at all, especially that I am shipping to a completely different continent. Hence, to avoid risk, had to cancel my order. Awaiting money refund.

SheIn always has great clothes at pretty affordable prices (some things can be expensive), and as a Canadian shopper, the shipping is relatively quickly and they provide compensation for customs. Would highly recommend!
I ordered 2 bikini sets from the site and they arrived one month after the order was placed. Both were extremely poorly made, the stitches cracked as I was trying them on and one of them was sown backwards. I had read some reviews about how their sizing runs a little small so I orderd them one size up (I'm normally a small and orderd the in Medium) and the bottoms still didn't fit. Horrible experience please don't trust the good reviews.

I have been wanting to buy from this site for quite some time and i saw they were having 40% off this week, sitewide. Also, realized I would be getting a 40% off coupon for it being my first purchase. So I'm checking out and i had entered the code but saw that nothing was deducted. Some sites have you check out all the way before taking off the discount so i continued with checkout and before I knew it i had already placed the order without receiving the discount. I have now canceled my order because I was not expecting having to pay that much. I'm just annoyed that now i have to go through the hassle of waiting around to make sure my order gets canceled and then making sure i get the refund. Their coupons need to be more clear and have a terms and conditions explaining exactly what it is and how it works. Its false advertising. I was so excited to purchase these clothes after such a long time of debating on wether or not i should but now i'm rethinking it.

I placed an order and I have never received any confirmation email about my order. The status of my order just says "processing" with no more specific details. When I opened the ticket to customer service (no telephone number or email), they said it will take 8 days to process (without counting delivery time). This is never explained on the website. Also, customer service just said that one of the item might be out of stock after already credited the whole amount of my order. Usually other good shopping sites, when the ordered item is out of stock, they would send an email to notify this. But sheinside never informed me by email. If I never open the ticket about my order status I would never know! Additonally, the item ID that she mentioned doesn't match any of the item I order. Its really a mess. I don't know how they manage their stuff. This is really negative point for online shopping website. Please look at good example of asos.com or other good website. There r still so many things to improve or else u will really loose customers.

Just saying... after posting here about shein, I had a bull sh*t response about why this and that had gone wrong. Then I was told on my private email that their "warehouse was moving" and they couldn't possibly send me a return label so I needed to go ahead and pay full price for it myself and they'd consider re-embersing me for the $67 plus return shipping I WASTED on the order. They do everything possible to drag it out and stop customers from getting what they order. What a ripoff

Olivia was great! She helped me decide if my items would come in time before my vacation before I ordered.
I placed an order on June 20 and until now it says processing. I contacted the customer service and they asked me to send my last 4 numbers on my card and a picture of a national ID or a diving license! I do a lot of online shopping and this is the first time that i get this reply! And the bad thing that they have warned me if i don't send them these details (WITH PICTURES) they will cancel my order!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
