Hi! I ordered last 24th of june 2016 up to date I didnt receive any of the items. When i was tracking it is the same status that my package has left the HK. Come on it almost 3 weeks of waiting! You didnt even give me any update! Reminding you that the package status during tracking is almoat the same for almost 10 days! Does it mean that you are using a cargo ship that is why it took so long to reach UAE!
This is regarding my Order No. YAL7340 & XCL7341 which shows that my package has been delivered, But actually i haven't received my order.
I have also sent mail to your customer service mail ID but haven't received any reply from that too.

I ordered a bunch of stuff the past 11th of July with the express shipping which is supposed to be from 3-7 days, but so far all I get is "processing" and I am now really on my nerves because I need the package to arrive before the 20th of July.

I ordered 7.7 and it is now 8 days later. STILL PROCESSING. I ordered 15 items... Money I have been saving for vacation wardrobe for months and who's knows if it will even come in on time. More than a week to process? Never have I shopped at a website that took that long. I really hope the clothes when they eventually come in are worth it... I ordered clothes on the 23rd of June and I still haven't received them and after all that waiting they told me they are sending it back to the buyer. This is the second time this has happened and they only refund the money back to the website so u can buy more of their clothes. I really wanted these clothes but I guess this was all a scam and they just took my money and are never going to get me my clothes.

Ordered four shirts on June 14th, got a email on the 28th saying it was express shipped, it is now July 12th and nothing. I have called three times during there buisness hours and only got a answering machine, no call back, no email back, horrible customer service.

I ordered I think 8 pieces of clothing on July 3 with express shipping. Everyday I've been checking the website and it still says "processing". I need these clothes next week and if I don't have it then I am screwed. How long does it take to get some clothes and ship it? On top of this, the only confirmation email was a 40% coupon. Not even a tracking number. Professional! Clothes are cute, but probably never going to shop here again...
UPDATE: Just got the clothes. Most of them are cute, but you get for what you pay for. But, one item makes me look like a piñata and the other is unflattering *on me*. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
