This is my first time using this website. I have spent more time chatting with the help desk to navigate me and explain the actual coupons not as advertised, than it took to shop the website. A bit frustrating. Hoping the rest goes more smoothly.
Their photos are beautiful and I like that they show photos of real people wearing the items they received. You know what quality to expect. They also let you return to an address in the USA (competitors like Forever 21 do not allow returns!)... Also, their fast customer service chat is great!
Orders- Although we want it fast, plan for a couple days extra for shipment because it is coming through customs and over seas
Returns- Can ship to a US address, vs back to China. This saves on a lot of cost compared to other sites.
- If you return something, you need to check your Shein account. That is where they credit the refund. You then need to "withdraw" the credit from your account and send it directly back to your paypal or credit card.

I couldn't find a number, but got on the chat. I expected to be lost in translation, and i totally was totally surprised. The agent on the other side knew exactly where to guide me on my refund, corresponded with snapshots, and helped me figure the system out.
In all, i would shop again... great styles, great prices... just need to know the system. =)
I ordered on the 16th this month and my order still says it's processing. This isnt the first time i've ordered from this website, but the last time I did, processing took 2 days. I have a party on the 30th and needed a dress, shipping was going to take 4-7 business days so I thought it would make it in time, but I'm not so sure now, considering how long it takes to process my order..

I ordered about a month ago and i ordered express shipping in which they said on their website that they take about 7 days to get to my house. I havent recieved anything and everytime i check on the website it says being processed. And even worse all u can get to them is thru email in which they never respond. I have sent out about 5 messages with no response.

I had a very customer friendly experience with SheIn. I had to return an item and the chat representative was very helpful and willing to assist me. She stayed on the chat while I went to the website to open up a ticket. The merchandise I ordered from the site came in a reasonable amount of time.
I ordered three objects off the website out of the 3 1 was okay. Never bought from this website but a good friend if mine ha and recommended it. I looked at the size chart and matched it to a medium once my swimsuit got here it wasn't a medium it was too small leaving the size chart to be misleading and incorrect. Then it took over 1 week from when I ordered for it to arrive. NEVER again will I use this website.

I've just received my first order, and for few $$$ I got several amazing outfits!

I ordered about $70 worth of stuff and on the site it said my order would be shipped in 24 hours. It has now been 4 days and I never received an email with tracking number. After reading reviews on here I see I made a terrible choice to spend money here. I don't even want what I ordered I want a full refund ASAP and want to forget I even found this site.

I ordered from this website earlier this week. I used express shipping to ensure that I would receive this order in time for the start of my vacation this Friday. It has been several days now and every time I check my order it still says processing! Even the shipping date has been moving back to later dates. I am very disappointed because I love the clothes and cheaper prices but the shipping is taking much longer than expected.

I like the clothes Shein sells since they are very modern and represent my style. The fact that they are so cheap is a plus!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
